Used to be great! Then I try to book an early morning ride the night before only to find out that they now close at 6pm? You read that right, a cab company that only runs Mon-Fri from 5am-6pm...And only ONE driver smh. CARTS runs Mon-SAT for now. This is simply unacceptable. If they want to go strictly med transport then do it, dont destroy the reputation the company had built up in the community in the process though...

The hours are a pain, but they only have one driver right now, so its understandable.Rude? The driver is super nice. The only way I would think hes rude is if the person asking for a cab is rude to him, then you get what you give.

Ive never been disappointed with A-cab. theyve always been very polite on the phone and when picking up. Not entirely sure what the other women meant by cracker dealing? Do they offer Ritz or Toll house crackers?

Very poor service, highly recommend avoiding calling during a.m. hours unless you plan on being late, ignored, treated poorly, or all of the above. Not to mention they are VERY rude. Would NOT suggest this company to anyone in need of an urgent and immediate ride.

Been riding this cab for a year spent over 1000 dollars if there late and you call them they hang up just got told twenty minutes that was 145 pm called at 230 to see where the cab is because were on the way to work then they hung up her tried to call back ten times and he sent me to an answering machine ten times then another time I ordered a timed cab in the winter for nine I was at work I walked out at 901 they were driving away I called them they said theyll be back in an HR a timed cab! Your workers are ghetto idiots then another time I got a timed cab and it never came also in the winter sorry we skipped you for a fare in Dunkirk the cab was at 930 I ordered it a five pm so they only take easy faresill give a five star review if they actually do something about but they wont

They came fast and got me where I needed to got fast! Definitely riding with them again :)

We called for a cab at around 12:15 and were told it would be about a half an hour and that we would recieve a call from our driver. We waited for the call for about an hour beforea we called the number again to see if there was a problem. The company told us that our driver had arrived quite some time ago and had tried to call us and left when they got no answer. My phone was in my lap at this point and had not rung once. At this point we were asked if we wanted to cancel our cab or call for a new one. We were told that it would be another 45 min on top of the hour we had already waited for another cab. Needless to say, we decided to walk to a different destination that was closer.

I waited over an hour for the cab to arrive when they said it would only take half an hour. I called multiple times to see where the cab was while I was waiting and the women was extremely rude.

Always late to pick up never use if you have to be somewhere at a specific time or call it early

Most are cracker dealers....watch out. Lie, charge to much....snakes
