Beware like the plague. First 2 apps late. Didnt finish the job because he went on vacation. Told me he would be back the following week to finish. The floor buckled that he put in m he said he was in a rush. Put 1,200 of extra things on bill that he didnt even do. Took the check before job was finished n that was 5 weeks ago. Still missing all my drawers in laundry room, floor buckled, and he owes me 1,200. Im telling u people dont get them. You will be sorry!

Thought ALLSTATE sent help . Instead are stuff was throw in unmarked boxes and put in a room that also had to be processed as part of the damage, We were left with repacking, relocating and cleaning after the so call mitigation. They picked their equipment up when my sister in law was here to greet them and had her sign a satisfaction of work so they could overcharge my insurance company for crappy services. their ideas of disinfecting the basement was dumping Lysol liquid on the floor and spreading it around(Really)Wouldnt ever recommend them, and filed complaint with ALLSTATE to eliminate them from their list of providers

THIEVES! We were missing many salvageable possessions after our fire that they claimed were returned to us. Then we were told by company president Frank Samons: if we were concerned about losing items, we should have removed them from the house ourselves. IT WAS THEIR JOB TO CLEAN AND RESTORE WHAT WASNT ALREADY DAMAGED -- NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF US! When confronted with an itemized list of missing things, they quickly paid us out for the full amount then had us sign a hand-written agreement not to seek any more restitution from them. If your insurance company sends them out -- SEND THEM AWAY on the spot. You have too much to worry about post-fire than a salvage company going on a shopping spree through your belongings. Many of the things they did return to us were never cleaned and still smelled like smoke. AVOID SAMONS SERVICES LIKE THE PLAGUE.

AWFUL! Removed dehumidifers before the walls were dry. Painted and replaced carpet before dampness left; paint peeled and carpet buckled over time. Called and they wanted to charge to stretch the carpet and repaint. SCAM
