I cannot stand working with the USPS. Not only do the deliver my packages to other homes (none of which are near my home), but they tell me that they can’t help get the items to me as the item is not insured! It is NOT my fault they cannot identify my bright and easily identifiable house number! I have even stood out front of my house in the dark to confirm that my home number is readable from the street. It is and yet they cannot find my home with any level of accuracy. Unfortunately the USPS will admit that the package was delivered to the wrong address. They will do nothing to find it or get it back. I’m over using this company

This post office always seems understaffed and yesterday one lady was doing her best at getting everyone taken care of as quickly as she could. I was even more impressed when the supervisor started helping the customers too. The staff may be fighting an uphill battle but they deserve credit for their efforts.

We get our mail ONCE a week if we are lucky. Important mail hasnt come many times, even when its scanned on the app. I understand being understaffed, but people have a lot of important papers that need to be delivered. Once a week is not okay. Last time when attempting to go get it ourselves at the post office, we were told to wait for our carrier to bring it. If you cant deliver it, at least allow people to pick up their deserved mail.

My mail goes to my neighbors or I never get it. We use to have a great guy but now I don’t ever know who is coming

Slowly losing hope. Now that Im getting older, Im expecting important documents to come in the mail. I had my households mail scanned in for 6/1/21, one of these actually being an important piece of mail, for nothing to come at all. I understand being understaffed and the pandemic making things harder, but everyone relies on their mail coming on time.

I have never receive my important mails on time. If fortunately i received it either someone drop on my door or on the floor near to mailbox. What is this going on???? Yesterday i suppose to receive an important document but i dont know where is it. Even i went to USPS but they asked me for tracking number and i dont have any tracking no. Please take it seriously almost all people are suffering like me in Dundalk. Please Change the postwoman at my location.

I wish zero stars was an option. The mail hasn’t been delivered in 11 days. I have delivery digest, and during the timeframe when mail isn’t delivered it will still say I’m getting mail. That mailNEVER comes. I’ve missed out on voting forms, credit cards have had to be reordered, my wife has had medicine and insurance info never delivered. Packages from CHRISTMAS still haven’t been delivered. Every month we get a period of 2-3 weeks with ZERO mail delivery.Today I FINALLY got a call back from the post office. They told me if I want mail I can go to the post office every day and check for my mail myself. Something I’ve tried previously that they told me I can’t do.Worse, my hours make it so I CANT get to the post office everyday to check my mail.If these incompetent people can not manage to do their jobs efficiently they should lose them altogether. At least then there’s a reason for them to not do the most BASIC OF TASKS.

I made my daughter an appointment to get her passport for 12:30pm. I gave her cash due to the first appointment made she had to reschedule because they didn’t take credit card payments for passports (understandable, my fault for not reading that on the site ). When she gets to the second appointment today they informed her that she needed a money order and she needs to come back tomorrow. Am I missing something? Don’t you get money orders from the post office? The website said, cash, money order or debit card. So I am not understanding why she could not get her passport done today. If the post office was out of money orders, then why not say unfortunately we are out but if you go get one you can come back at two for the inconvenience. I tried calling the number but they had an hour wait so I opted to get a phone call back. I received a call back an hour later only to be on hold for 20 minutes so I hung up frustrated. Ridiculous

I ordered summer clothes from AliExpress back in April, it says it was delivered to Dundalk post office in May but I still havent received it and this is August 😩🙄

Would give 0 stars. I get my mail once a week if im lucky. Usually its someone elses mail though. God only knows where mine is going. I cant believe theyre allowed to operate like this. Can only imagine what goes on inside that dumpster fire of a building.

I get my mail twice a week if i’m lucky, i’ve gotten letters over four months later than the date on the letter showed. i get being understaffed, it’s tough during this pandemic and i get that they need to deliver to a lot of people. but people rely on getting their mail on time- checks, important documents, etc.

This mail service is not good, I get mail every 4-5 days if Im lucky . Need to improve, hiring some people that will actually deliver mail instead of pretending to and collect a pay check for not delivering mail. Its rediculous. I asked my family where they live they get mail everyday not weeks later .. .. no wonder I pay extra in fees, so I decided to go paperless because Im tired of paying extra money when my mail comes 2 weeks later . I haven’t had mail in at least 3 days. Our regular mail person (when she was delivering) was NOT wearing a mask or gloves. She would stop and talk face to face with neighbors. I’m NOT SURPRISED covid hit. Why isn’t the post office making them wear protection? Also why is EVERY delivery person on their cell phone with ear buds in? They can’t hear when you’re asking them a question . Js

The customer service at this location is ridiculous, the women are so unprofessional and rude. There’s no enthusiasm to provide good service, it always seem as if you’re bothering them.

I understand the delays and usually its the same man who delivers our mail twice a week or so with no issues. We appreciate the consistancy he is trying to give while some places in the area arent getting mail for much longer than us. I dont know what happened this past weekend but I had 3 items from different sources just marked as delivered on Saturday when they really werent, and this morning one was left on my porch with the box all ripped like it was opened and I got a second notification of the delivered item being delivered so I know it wasnt a neighbor and the other ones are still missing. I am worried the state they will be in if and when they get here. If its delayed then fine but it makes extra issues if things arrive damaged days later than it was marked delivered.And no way to know if anything was dropped off at the wrong house now. What is going on over there? Be better.

The post man who just delivered the package was aggressive and rude.He pounded on the door multiple times and when I opened it, he looked around my apartment and shoved the package in my hand.He was unmasked during all of this. 0/10 would not recommend.

Have been having trouble getting my mail on time! I’ve been waiting on a package that says it’s been there since April 3rd, it’s now the 8th! Super disappointed because it’s really important. If it’s there, what’s the hold up.

No surprise here that this post office is rated 1.9! Not only is the number on this site the WRONG number. I have never came to this office and there hasn’t been a long wait prior to and during covid. Of course everyone there is going to have each other’s backs. Everything I was told about not receiving my mail was contradicted. First I stopped getting mail to my address 3 weeks ago when my row of houses moved out due to renovations now the mail carrier for this section are just going off of what the rental office says isn’t there anymore. Which was not the case at the time for me I was still there and not getting any mail. I understand why the carrier would want to take shortcuts because if she asks the rental office who has moved to a new location then then she wouldn’t have to deliver the mail to that place until the change of address is in. I was told by the supervisor that they are not supposed to deliver to vacant houses at the time the house wasn’t vacant and when at the address she didn’t have any problem delivering to the vacant house on the end of my block or when I got to my new location she didn’t have any problem delivering mail for people who didn’t live at my address no matter how many times i put the mail back on top of the box and wrote doesn’t live her or return. I stepped outside inquiring about my mail this week when she was delivering to the vacant house RIGHT NEXT TO ME. I don’t care what anyone says I know she intentionally returned the mail I specifically told her I was waiting for it’s not ironic that the only 2 pieces of mail I said I needed my son needs pampers I’m waiting on my bank card. Something needs to be done I will call inspection unit everyday. Mail was already coming once a week prior to me not getting anything for 3 weeks and because they are slow they were the last ones getting my change of address because I was already waiting for mail that I needed and didn’t want it sent back. I was given my new address 1 day prior to moving there. Since when can someone not have more than 1 address? Quoted from the male supervisor he came and spoke to me and was immediately annoyed. If you don’t have customer service or don’t love helping them you shouldn’t be there I may have been rambling to explain what was going on but I could clearly tell that he just wanted to go sit back down at his desk not be bothered and not have to deal with anything. He probably was upset that I interrupted him eating a breakfast burrito who knows. But as a SUPERVISOR this is what you should do I wasn’t raising my voice or being disrespectful to him or anyone in the post office I just wanted my mail. I actually called the police twice and the only reason I was able to get the post masters number. I’m over this place. I will continue to call and complain and report all the mail I do not get through my informed delivery.

He is very nice but is always putting our mail in the wrong mailbox usually a close neighbor has it so we usually find it but sometimes its important and we dont always see our neighbors and we dont get our mail when we are supposed to get it Ive tried to tell him but he apparently doesnt speak English

Ive had a package sitting at the Dundalk post office for going on 3 days now I have been notified by employees of the Dundalk post office that are friends of mine and made me aware that they still have 12 skids of packages sitting on the dock unopened, thats absolutely absurd and plain laziness, the worst post office in Baltimore.

They are incredibly rude and slow. There was only one woman who was working hard there rest we’re taking their sweet time doing the simplest tasks. The one lady at the front literally huffed when people asked for a receipt. They should clear out this whole place and hire staff that want to work and have pride in their jobs. They get paid way too much to be rude. I never even got my mail which was the reason for my visit. They guy who was waiting on me disappeared for 20 minutes after saying he was going to ask the ladies in the back since he was unable to locate it. When he reappeared the lady in the booth next to him had to ask him about it because he forgot and started doing other stuff leaving me standing there. When he was asked he looked straight at me and went oh...I ain’t doin that today, have a nice day. I was livid but I didn’t want to get accused of being a Karen for calling out his horrible customer service, so I just left. Several days later I have yet to receive the mail that was confirmed to be at that location.

If I could give zero stars I would. I mailed a birthday card to my niece with a gift card inside 3 WEEKS ago from Bel Air, MD. She never received it. At the same time I mailed a card to someone in Bel Air, MD. They received it 2 days later. Clearly there is a theft problem at this Post Office that needs investigated. I have reported this to the Postal Inspectors Office.

I believe the Dundalk Post Office needs to be reported for Fraud, Waste and Abuse. They are withholding mail by not delivering it, employees are abusing taking time off by calling out all the time and not showing up for work. The Dundalk Branch is obviously mis-managed. The USPS is producing false advertisement by saying you can count on the usps for quick delivery and deliver you can rely on I think its time to take action. Call your elected officials and complain. I am in the process of acquiring direction of how to report the Dundalk Post Office of Fraud, Waste and Abuse.

Terrible customer service, I have been in contact with USPS, since my mail has not been delivered in 4-5 days. Pam called to let me know she believes the mail has been delivered but when I called her back she told me my area didn’t have a carrier and I would have to collect my mail from the post office. We have not been getting our mail regularly-- missed two of the last five days. Been waiting on a paycheck that was mailed to me. When it didnt come today I asked our post man and he said he hadnt worked those days, so I drove over to the post office, waited in a line and then on a supervisor to talk to me for over 30 minutes. The supervisor first said our mail was being delivered on time-- I told him the postal worker said otherwise. He then stated that according to the new postmaster general mail only has to be delivered every third day so we should just be glad we got it as often as we did. Im not sure what else to do-- this post office is not delivering mail on time (my parents are in the same area, but a different postal worker route) and they dont seem to care at all.

Lately for the last maybe 2 or more months, our home delivery (pinewood rd,21222) person he is great. So friendly respectful & helpful. Very nice person. Hes a black male, always lately has a reddish hoodie on. Mail carries need to follow his work ethics. & HES NEVER ON HIS PHONE

Even with extremely long lines, they will only have one register open. I could hear the rest of the employees laughing loudly In the back smh, a lady came out and pretended to be interested in helping but when I simply told her I was there to get keys for a P.O. Box she said “oh I can’t do that”.

Crazy haven’t received my mail in 7 days where is the mail people at they need to hire people

Absolutely the worst, so I get a postcard saying that there is a large envelope waiting for me after 9 oclock today, I get there and its 9:15 and still no package.....so unorganized it is crazy.

If I could rate a zero, I would. The postal carrier picked up my Verizon bill on September 10. Verizon texted me on September 26, saying they never received it. Dundalk Post Office has not improved! I live on a major road in Dundalk, German Hill Road. We still do not get mail every day. I have the postal app that says, I get mail every day. I blame the person in charge who should be fired if she cannot recruit reliable help. If it rains, we get no mail, if it is dark, we get no mail. There is again, no improvement. I worry about our election ballots even arriving! No one seems to want to help us, believe me, I have written letters, telephoned, and texted. They help for a while, but the problems still arise, and no one listens! A sad commentary on a place in which I have lived and worked for over 45 years!

Lately my mail has been in someone elses mailbox and I am reaching out so that the Post office is aware.💐

You don’t even deserve one star, the service at the front desk and the disposition that the lady had as if I had asked her to something outside of her job! My package had arrived there and instead of waiting to 7 o’clock the next day for it I asked if I could pick it up! Her response was you just going to have to wait until tomorrow to get it anyway, she leaves then returns to the desk “Yeah your just gonna have to wait until tomorrow because it’s under piles and piles of mail, I’m not getting it!!” Karma has your name on it ma’am!! How you treat others shall return to you in one way or another!!

I would give 0 stars if I could. No mail delivery in over a week! They say our mail carrier is on vacation. So what. Send someone else then. Package tracking says it was delivered in my mailbox 8/6/20. Guess what? No packages either. The USPS is the most horribly run business. They keep asking for more funding (our tax dollar) but, the service gets worse every year. No mail at my business either for over 3 days! Private businesses have to figure out how to make things work during this global pandemic, why cant the USPS!!!! Totally unacceptable.

It’s funny how I get all my other mail, but when it comes to money being delivered I never get that. This time they have taking my hard earned dollars. It’s not the last of hearing from me. The supervisor tells me they don’t know what happened. I just received mail but no check in site. The first time was 50.00 this time over 400 was taking from me.

If I could give no stars I would. No mail for 3 days, still waiting on a paycheck. Call and have the automated system give me the run around, finally get the option for them to send me a link to open a case as to why I haven’t received any mail for days. Was never even sent a link to open a case. You’re messing with people’s lives and livelihoods, at a time when people are want to do desperate things during these desperate times. Customer service is awful! My intention was to run in to get a box, not even deal with anyone at the counter. They refused to help me! They locked the doors BEFORE 1pm and had me standing out in the rain. A lady comes by to let the customers already inside out and precedes to tell me they are closed. I asked for a FREE box and she reluctantly hands it to me. A 30 second process resulted to me standing in the rain for 15 minutes in my Military uniform to get a box .

My favorite thing about this post office is how the drivers will literally drive right past my house when Im expecting a package, but leave a we tried to knock, sorry we missed you note inside the mailbox.

We havent receive mail at our house for 3 days we have one neighbor come to our house and give us mail from yesterday that they must of got are mail. The majority of mail carriers are extremely lazy . They dont take the time to look at the adress on mail . To put in right box . Or dont get mail for weeks at time . I get emails say that my Bills was returned. Including BGE really!!!!!

This office seems to have improved in the area of customer service recently. The past few times I have been to this location have been pleasant with little waiting in line and a friendly smile at the desk. This is much improved over my past visits before 3 months ago.

I have only had to use this branch 2 times to pick up a package that could not be left at my door... I always get my mail delivered and My mail person is super awesome.. He is always so nice.

I live in north point village in dundalk md I have talked to several of my neighbors and we have not received mail for 4 days now my husband went to the post office 44 shipping place today stood in line for 2 and a half hours to get our mail just to be told it was on one of the 3 trucks that went out well it is now 5pm still no mail I am going to call Washington DC and file a complaint this is terrible no notice or explanation why we are not getting our mail.

My new postal carrier is so cheery with a wonderful smile. He always has a kind word. The previous a short girl was awful...she was always on her phone while delivering the mail... she radiant I HATE MY JOB! My camera caught her several time throwing my packages on the porch while standing about four feet away. Service is horrendous and they wonder why NO ONE wants to use this branch. There is no friendly or helpful customer service at this location. They do not look happy with their jobs and it shows. We are a business that would like to get our mail during our normal business hours and they tell me when our regular mail carrier is on vacation, days off, sick, etc. that the other carriers have to do their normal route and get to us at the end. Really?? It would be days before we see mail if we didnt call to complain. I was even told one day by a manager at this branch that WE should consider changing our work hours. All I can say is it does no good to complain, they dont want to hear it and can be very rude. Too bad the Postmaster General doesnt check up on his post office branches. He would find plenty that wasnt working for the customers at this branch. Thank you email !!

Bring your own tape if you need to put a label on a package. This shipping provider does not have packing tape. I was told to get out of line and buy tape to put label on the padded envelope that I bought in the store!

Returned home this morning from out of town to discover my FORWARD MAIL to temp address service had been totally ignored. I had 41 pieces of 1st class mail in my box, not including the junk mail. This is not acceptable. I also have another persons mail in my box from their mortgage company. Dundalk post office is GHETTO!

Horrible customer service. Supervisor very agresive and not polite.Not able to send packages. Not able to get refund. Customs have told me the same thing when I tried to call and tell them about my situation. Called them 4 months straight. No buddy know nothing. Paid $73.40 for packages never been delivered.

Local carriers are not on a regular route I receive no mail for days on end, then suddenly a ton. Then nothing again. It has has become such a problem I set up a PO Box to try and get my mail on time. Today a slip was left in my door saying a package was undeliverable because house was vacant this with my car on the parking pad....

Another reviewer put it the best by saying the employees look at you like How dare you walk in during normal business hours. That is the exact feeling you get when you walk through the door. I dont expect people to be super cheery and have big smiles on their faces but itd be nice if they didnt glare at you like youre disturbing them from the first second they see you. It seems like the employees here are as rude, dismissive, and incompetent as they can be ON PURPOSE. They know they wont be fired no matter what they do and there are no repercussions, so whats their motivation to try to do their jobs?We also get our mail delivered by this post office and that is a huge disaster. It’s a regular occurrence that we get other people’s mail. God only knows who in our neighborhood has also gotten our mail. Anytime I get someone else’s mail I put it back in my mailbox to be picked up by them again. I hope anyone else who gets my mail by mistake does the same. We eventually had to sign up for USPS Informed Delivery because we were not getting so much of our mail. If you live in the area serviced by this post office I recommend you do the same. Complaining about them to the post office customer service hasn’t made any difference so you have to look out for yourself.They even forwarded my wife’s mail without our permission and without notifying us. This ended up getting my wife’s identity stolen. Not that they cared at all or investigated it when we reported it. If anything the post office seemed annoyed WITH US.

My carrier ran over the tip of my foot when I handed a letter to her for CORRECT address delivery. Then I asked her to close my mailbox in the future CAUSE Im tired of wet mail when it rains and mail in my yard that blew out of it.

It sucks I dont get my mail every day. It takes days and days to get it. No consisty of the mail. One day its noon and the next is 8pm. Ive been waiting all day for an important package and no one can help. Ive had plenty of packages coming up missing. Put in a claim and still not heard anything about it. Avoid this at all cost!

Waited in line for 25 mins with 5 people ahead of me. I couldn’t wait any longer and there was still 4 people ahead of me when I had to leave. SO SLOW.THE lady behind the counter has no urgency to help Brooke move through the line and she seemed so casual like she was on vacation.

My postal carrier keeps throwing my packages in my front yard rather than bringing to my side door. Then my dog tears up the box before I notice it out there. I am furious and will be calling to complain. I hope this matter gets resolved quickly.

Really bad customer service. The clerks always seem to have horrible attitudes. One lady told me I should bring my own tape because she had a hard time trying to find the priority tape. It just really nasty here. I would recommend the USPS in Essex if you can. Try to avoid coming to the branch in Dundalk

Havent received mail for 3 days. April 3, 4 and 6th. Whats going on?

Im try to avoid this place like a plague, but sometimes I have to drop some package off, but still have bad experience. The workers seem to have no respect for their job or their customer.

The USPS doesnt hire their best and brightest to work at the Dundalk office. As soon as you walk in you can see the angry looks on their faces, how dare you come in during business hours! Then when they claim one thing and you show them proof of the opposite, they claim you are yelling at them and demand you leave. I will be having any packages that need signing for delivered to someone in another zip code from now on. After living in Dundalk for over 20 years, I have yet to have a pleasant experience there, but this was the final straw.

They make it so you can never get through on 800 # why is it impossible to speak to anyone because they know people only call for a problem so this way they can say... we never have any problems or complaints. What a job!

The mail delivery from the Dundalk Post office is terrible. We have a business to run and cant get the mail. One day the girl goes right past, doesnt pick up or deliver. Yesterday we received no mail again or pick up but I received a notice that a package was delivered at 12:45.. Just about everyone in this area is feed up with the dundalk post office.

I dont understand why people complain about this post office. OF course youre going to deal with waiting in line once or twice depending on your situation. Get over it. I get my packages delivered with no problems and a lot cheaper from here compared to any other delivery company. I can count on the exact day and usually the exact time i will receive my packages when it is being delivered from here. Also my mail delivery person is extremely nice and very helpful she knows what days i work and will make surei get my items when im off with no problems what so ever. Everybody needs to realize these postal workers handle an extreme amount of mail day in and day out and have t deal with rude people on a government salary. They are working 6 days a week and your mail is moving 24 hours a day even when the post office is closed your mail/packages are still moving through the system. Give these guys a break.

The customer service is horrible. Im standing in line with my child and the employees are behind the counter cussing really loud. I will never go there again I was so disgusted I walked out!

This place need new management quick.....

They suppose to close at 1 pm, instead I found them closed at 12:45 pm.

Great service never takes long staff is decent
