I received an estimate over the phone based on the type, age and maintenance history of the piano. It was also explained that certain conditions, if different than expected, would drive a higher price. He showed up on time, worked efficiently. I had to pay a little more as was explained but it was a very fare price. I must say my piano sounds better than when it was new. I highly recommend Thom Tomko Piano Service
