AWFUL service. The last two visits I paid $25.95 plus tax for the oil change. This time they tried to charge me $89.95. When I showed them my previous receipts after letting them know that I have never spent that much on my old car, they reduced it to $47. When I went to pay, they guy rang it up as $57 and said he “misspoke” earlier. They said it was more money for the full service, and then didn’t even fill up my washer fluid. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible service. The manager Ghassan was extremely rude to me when I began asking questions about why they were increasing the rate so much. They said it was because of a “special filter” in my old and basic Dodge Journey… which doesn’t make sense. Seems like a bunch of scam artists to me, trying to make a quick buck on a woman who is going there alone. Find somewhere else to go. 0/10.

Car was running just fine. Took it for a oil change and ever since the moment i left my car has been overheating. Been out a car since and now need to take it somewhere else to be fixed

Went to get inspection today, May 3, 2021. Mechanic states I needed new wipers. I told him I would replace them myself. He states that he would have to fail me.I told him that my wipers were doing the job (it rained a lot last week). I told him this would be my last visit to this business! I know that I was robbed as they got an extra $30 from me for those wipers! I am making a report on this business. DO NOT USE their services!!

They will lie to you about what you need to charge you more money, during my car inspection, they took apart my brake lights to put bad ones in and charged me extra $10 to replace it, during my wait, they also tried to make another customer pay $50 for synthetic oil when he did not request it, and I heard from a customer waiting that they sold them an air filter but never changed it for them, horrible way to do business, they will lie and cheat, if u happen to go here, expect something to be wrong with your car and they will charge u more

False advertising. The billboard sign says 39.99 for synthetic oil change. They changed my oil then when Its time to pay they come back with a receipt, its now at $74. They are scamming, so please ask your amount up front before the do anything on your car.

Great experience. The service men explained everything that I needed with trying to sell me on something that I dont. The prices were fair. I plan to go back again.

I have been going to this place for about 3 years. And now its became a very in comfortable and harassing place to to come to. I came here to just get my inspection done like I have been for the past 3 years and the guys kept harassing me about getting my transmission oil changed and then came back a second time about getting my air filter done after I had already told one guy that I would check in to it not today. And for the third time here comes another guy asking the same thing!!! Then on top of that they missed placed my coolant jug cap and vauseing me to have to buy an while new one . Im so done with this place and ask for no one to go there.

Bunch of cons, asked for a $19.95 oil change they had on a sign, “we’re out” they said then opted for $28.95, during the oil change they said my wheels needed grease, I said ok, when it was done, they charged me $70!?!?! $50 for Synthetic which I didn’t ask for, and $20 for grease on joint, when I looked, seems like the guy just threw some jelly on there, will never do business here again! Stay away! The people that said they were fast, they probably didn’t even change your oil or filter, make sure u check!

Staff are Always Courteous & will go the extra mile. This time helped me with replacing my car headlights! They can do it all here at good pricing. All locations have the same excellence.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! I went in for a full service oil change on 5/16/2019 and on 5/20/19 my engine blew out. They were very rude in telling me its not their fault and denying all accusations. However, my car was not making any noise when I brought it in, and they kept trying to get one of their mechanics to fix my brakes. These guys are crooks and Im now without a car.

They charged me $10 just to top off fluids. It didn’t even include oil top off that would of been en extra $8... that’s rediculous their oil change is $20. I had changed my oil there last time so I was a returning customer... They are not friendly at all!!! I would recommend to Pay a little extra an go somewhere else...

Had oil change mechanic put wrong oil filter on oil spilled all over my garage...

Horrible! Went for an oil change, a couple days later had an oil leak, continued driving, engine failure. When I took it to my mechanic he stated the oil cap was loose, and wasnt screwed on tight enough, therefore all my oil leaked out. If I knew to stopped driving I wouldve, so now Im paying $300 to get my vehicle fixed, and having to wait 4 days before I can drive it again, but God is still good! What the devil meant for harm, God will turn it around in your favor. After reading these other comments, I see this is an ongoing thing, and this business cant possibly be around much longer. I will be returning to this establishment to inform them, and I WILL get my money back for the oil change I got, and they WILL be informed of my review, and many other reviews.God Bless

I had been a loyal customer for 3 years having been recommended by others. Ive always gotten the full oil change, fluids filled, wipers checked, oil filter and air filter changed. My mistake was never checking to see if my filters were actually changed. I recently started having a small oil leak. I had my mechanic check it and he said the leak was coming from the filter. When he tried to remove it it was practically glued on. They used multiple tools and after 30 minutes of work they finally got it off. He asked when I had it changed. I said at my last oil change. He then informed the the filter was over 5 years old! 😠 Management has been notified with photos of the old filter, statement fcom my mechanic, and three years of my oil change receipts.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I took my van in for full service oil change and tire rotation about 2 weeks ago. My van developed an oil leak shortly after my visit. I took it to Petriks on Main St and he showed me where the leak was originating and then why. 10 Minute had failed to replace the O-ring on the oil filter resulting in leakage once the oil pressure built up. What exactly did I pay them $50 to do? Nothing more than to leave lots of greasy hand prints on my van and oil all over my engine compartment and my garage. Never again!!!! This place sucks!!

This place is ridiculous! Went here for a regular oil change. Price on the sign says $19.95 + $2.99 disposal fee + tax. I pulled in and the man asked if I wanted a regular or full service oil change. I told him regular and he said it would total $24.83. Another man comes out while my car was in the bay and asks if I want regular or synthetic oil. He said for synthetic its $6.00 more. I said ok. I go to pay and he gives me a total of $46 and some change. He said that was the price for synthetic and I was asked if I wanted it. I told him the man said $6.00 more not $46. I told him I wouldnt pay that much and it should only be about $30. He asked me how much I wanted to pay. I told him $30. He then tells me a total of $35 and change. Again, this didnt add up. He said that was after taxes. I broke down the math for him and told him I refused to pay that. I had a $50 bill in my hand and told him you can either give me 2 $10 bills or a $20 but Im not paying anything more. He punched some stuff in the computer and gave me a $20 bill and receipt. DONT GET RIPPED OFF BY THESE CON ARTISTS.

Super sketchy environment. It looked like they kept trying to hide things from me and secretly tamper with my vehicle. My car went through rotaion 3 times for some odd reason and I ended up waiting 45 mins for just a simple oil change. I would rather go to the firestorms down the street

Quick service usually and good priced basic oil change. I did go once at 540pm (20mins prior to close) and was left waiting in the car and at 555pm the techs all left with me still waiting outside the garage doors.

Wouldnt recommend this place.Went for oil change .They were putting the wrong grade oil in my car 10w30 vs 5w30.Which would do harm to my engine.The guy putting in the oil had no clue as to what he was doing. I had them drain the oil again and replace with 5w30..never again.
