It was my first time going to the shopso I cant really rate it but the front desk person was very nice n was very helpful with advice n knowledgeable suggestions.

I went thru Asurion to get my TV repaired they picked it up April 27th, told me and my wife TV will be back in 7 business days. no call ever for any updates had to call my self after 2 weeks of no calls was told waiting for part. 10 days later i called again to check status and was told same thing. finally receive tv on May 28th 31 calendar days from taking it. Jon didnt even give me my power cord back for the TV. when asked about it he first stated its been so long i dont remember, so he checks in the truck doesnt find one then comes back stating hes 99.9% sure he didnt take the power cord. then he gets loud and gets a tone saying he didnt take the power cord. me and my wife placed the tv with the power cord by front door for them to pick up. horrible service, super unprofessional i would never go back to them. i still dont even know if my tv works and wont know till i get a power cord. tried to call teresa many times and they are not answering the phone.

I have been going to Duncanville Tv and video for decades! They are honest and very fair for the services they offer. I highly recommend this place. I always try to give my business to local establishments!

My TV wasnt fix due to not being covered by my protection plan.The employees were very friendly and professional. Teresa was very helpful with advice after finding out my TV wasnt covered. She was very honest on pricing to have TV fix by them. John who picked up and returned my TV from my apartment was very professional durring this Covid pandemic. From my experience from Duncanville TV & Video, I would truly recommend them because of the great employees working here.

Tried to park in front of this place but as soon as I get out she asked me to move for her customers to park there. Nobody was there and I didnt know you couldnt park in a public city owned parking lot. Get those fake signs you put there cause you dont own the parking lot nor have any business at your shop.

I would never recommend this place. My VHS player was eating tapes, I took it there. I was required to pay $20 cash. It was questionable whether it could be repaired because parts are unavailable. I left it on Aug. 30. The lady said I needed to allow a couple of weeks before they could check it out because of a promise they had made to do church related work. Never did I hear back. On October 11, I called them. I am inquiring about my video player. The answer: You can come pick it up. We cant get parts. But I was supposed to be called!On Oct. 18 I went to get it. The same lady there. I said, I thought you were going to call me. You said you would let me know in a few weeks. You have not called. Her answer : I did not call because I had nothing to say. Cant get parts. But I was not worth a phone call. From what I saw, I am not sure a screw driver ever touched the player, either. I predict a short future for this business. Rightfully so.

All though I was pleased with the repair, excellent job so far, it however was a little pricey$$$

I called to ask about screen repair. I was told there is no way to repair, it could only be replaced and not even worth it. I just find it strange that they did not even ask me the make, model, or size of my TV. Is this an electronic repair business??

Have gotten multiple TVs fixed here and always had great service. Even bought 2 used TVs they had for sale and they’re still working great! Super convenient and friendly.Highly recommend.

Good place if business

We saved a lot of money getting our tv fixed here instead of replacing it or calling another company. Ms. Bryant is so nice and kept us updated on our repair.

This is a “family owned” company that has 2 employees - THEY WILL LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Didnt call back about my TV. I had to call them for them to tell me they couldnt fix it. Shaky operation.
