Fairly rude on the phone. Very impatient! Tried to explain the situation, but the owner seemed to interrupt me readily and laugh about how long I had stains on my carpet. Unprofessional, to say the least. Maybe he was just having a bad day...but Id recommend others keep looking.

These guys know how to clean carpets and make it look like new. They’re awesome. Not enough words to describe they go above and beyond!!!! Have a two story home tenants left carpet in bad shape they made this look AMAZING!!!!

Very rude and unprofessional. When I told him I would talk to my manager to confirm the details, they told me to call another company instead and they will not do it. Very disrespectful.I WILL NEVER recommend this place at all.
