The techs arrived at my home on time the were friendly and professional. They were willing to the repairs I asked for but based on the detailed info they provided about my ac unit I decided to replace the system . A real voice actually answered the phone! The man was so nice to listen to my problem and tried to help me solve it immediately by face-timing to walk me through fixing my thermostat. When we realized the thermostat was bad, the service manager came out that same day when he saw it was 58 degrees in my house. He replaced the thermostat and all ended well. I will definitely use Norman Aire again, and recommend to others!

We had S.D come out for a/c tune up. He was very informative and shared some of his knowledge about how to run our zoned system that gives us problems every year. It loses freon every year. Here informed us why I was doing that and shared tips on how to properly use our system to prevent the loss of freon. So far so good. Well know if it worked around this time next year. I would recommend this company, especially the technician that came out.

Built our home in 2006; upgraded our entire system with Norman Aire in 2018. They performed the removal of the old system and the installation of the new system in one day! They provide service reminders and you can subscribe to their filter program. Today, I woke to a warming house, called and they had a service tech at my house in just a few hours. Texas heat can cause the capacitors to run a short life... simple fix but he checked over my system just to make sure it’s all top notch. I’m very glad I went with this company!

I called them because my 20 year old hvac system was broken. After a complete examination, they provided me with my options. I elected to have a entire new system installed. The installers were on time, and did a fantastic job. Now my home is nice and cold.

Norman Aire Services always provides excellent and professional services! I had a huge problem with another company two years ago and that company totally botched an entirely NEW HVAC system! I called Norman Aire Services and the problem was fixed immediately. I will always use this company because of their expertise, honesty, and great customer service!

Call around noon and they were at my door around 2pm. Thirty minutes later my AC back up and running. SD was very thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company!!!

Had an AC emergency and called Norman late Friday night at 11pm. They have 24/7 services but all techs were out, so JD over the phone talked me through how to fix my issue. I called back about 5 times and he still was patient and offered to help. Kinda rare for someone at a company to help that late of night and do it free. With that type of service Ill be using them for sure any time I or anyone I know has an AC issue.

Very good customer service, excellent time. They are very nice guys and know exactly what to do. No complaints at all. They get the job done.

Had a tech come out because AC was not blowing cold air. said he added coolant and put in a 4 inch filer. Unit was blowing cold when he left. 2 days later it was again blowing warm. Same tech came out and said since it was raining the first time he came out so he may not have put enough coolant in. (seriously? the rain?) He told me there could be a leak in the compressor if it happened again and then I would need a new compressor for around $6800. The unit ran cold for about an hour after he left. Had Baker Brothers come out. the air handler, that the Norman tech said he put a filter in, had no filter in it, and the old filter was just sitting on top of it. It has several material coolant leaks that the Norman Aire tech never even checked for. the Compressor also had a leak that was easy to detect with correct equipment. I am digusted with Norman aire - how would their tech not know these things? I would like a refund.

Our A/C unit went out on a Wednesday evening. We reached out to Norman Aire Services. SD answered our call at 8:30 PM! He assured us he would be here in the morning. SD was here as promised! He explained our options with pricing. We chose to replace the HVAC unit. SD had his team here Saturday to do the install. By 1:00 we were cooling off! The team cleaned everything up and they did a walk through. Later in the afternoon, SD returned to do a walk thru and to help us set up ou r ecobee. I highly recommend Norman Aire Services, for their honest pricing, customer service and dependability.
