I absolutely love this place! Charlie is so skilled. I have gone through my share of nail styles and he is always on point when it comes to that style! Laura also gives the best pedicures and gel manicures. I am never disappointed with either of these two geniuses:

Absolutely amazing, would recommend to anyone. I had the longest/hardest day at work and needed to get my nails done to just help me. I scheduled an appointment with them an hour before close and Charlie did a beautiful job and even stayed past close taking his time and giving quality service. I nearly cried I was so happy with the results. Completely changed my day. It seems like such a little thing to most, but having nice nails is such a treat. So grateful for the skill and service I received.

Appointments were made for two clients with two different techs, one being Charlie. He came highly recommended. Clients dipped nails look completed with a smooth finish. Due to spring break and extenuating circumstances their were some bumps in scheduling and the dip process but Charlie has reached out with professionalism and I feel confident the issues were isolated and won’t happen again.

This is the only place in Duncan, you should ever get your nails done at. There sterile an very clean chairs an work spaces. An new clippers every time comes right out the package so you know there nail an toe equipment is new. They only advertise what they can do! An they do it really good. I have been to other places in Duncan an they don’t compare! Nor, do they take the quality time as these amazing workers do. I came in with nails that were super hard to get off an fabulously bedazzled, an they treated my nails with care as they took the nails off. Massaged my hands an arms in the process:) The other staff were very friendly an attentive:) I choose to go the no fake nail route cause my nails were suffocating because I’ve had nails on nonstop For the past 6 months. An they did my real nails wonders an transformation seem like putting life back into the nail bed itself and then did the best paint job ever! I’ll never go to any other nail place in Duncan 💯

My nails were crooked and not even close to the color I chose. The lady tried to bend my arm in ways it couldn’t and rushed and walked out right after me to leave. I will never return.

They do a really Great Job!!

Everybodys super nice and friendly I go there every 2 weeks. I also have really sensitive cuticles and they do a good job of being gentle and taking care of me. I also love after I get my nails done they take this a sensual oils flower nail Polish bottle and put on my cuticlws or rub it in and it keeps my fingers from cracking.

You always feel welcome there. They get to you as quick as they can if you dont have a appt. Just tell them if you have issues like RA and they will be gentler while doing your nails. The Atmosphere is great they like to talk and laugh with you. Go there as much as I can👍

Im never going back ... I was attended by who I think is the lady manager. She was so rude to me and doing my nails she was stressed and doing it all really quick, so I couldnt relax at all. They need to learn a bit about how to be polite and customer service. NOT recommended. I stayed because I was in a hurry but otherwise I wouldve walk out because of the disrespect!

Over booked very long wait time.But the price is great!

Initially got my nails done at Regal Nails and was so disappointed and the person who done them had a bad attitude. When I said something about a mess up I was informed they have been doing nails for 20 years and know what they’re doing. I left with all kinds of air bubbles, divots, and other issues. Went into Pro Nails and they were fixed. They took their time and had a great attitude. When we were done they didn’t want to charge me a whole lot for just fixing them. I walked out with pretty nails and a smile. I will be back!

Another salon with no communication with the customer I sat for 25 minutes with my hands in nail polish remover before I was finally told the lady that was taking care of me didnt do nails. What?? ANYWHOOS, 1.5 hours later I was done.

Charley is the best nail tech in Oklahoma. For me and my nails he is the best in the United States!

I didn’t have a good time and the girl did my nails the exact opposite of what I said. It makes me angry because I wasted $35 on a crappy nail job! I can say. I am never coming back. I now have 4 open sratches on my fingers. I hate this place.

The girl that did them wasnt nice at all. Ordering to wash my hands after she was done. I give the little girl that was rude because of no reason 0 out of five. She didnt do my nails right. I wanted them longer but she didnt listen and kept filing them down. But the woman who did my legs and toes was perfect. If charlie wasnt doing my sisters nails I would have asked specifically him to do it. Never going there again sticking to my nail salon.

Truly awful experience. I agree with other reviews, they need to learn basic customer service seeing as nobody except for Charles spoke to me kindly. I had scheduled an appointment the day before for noon and was not helped until 12:30pm.The woman who did my nails seemed irritated with me the whole time and would jerk my hand around rather than telling me what to do. Also, she cut me during my manicure by accident. It bled and hurt, she did not apologize. My nails look terrible, she left me sitting and waiting for them to dry and then walked away and started on another customer without telling me how long to wait or whether or not we were even finished.Charles was kind and happy to help, however the overall experience was awful and I’ll likely have to fix my nails myself since I am getting married in two days.

3 stars only because my sister in law liked it,Im unsure of my next visit. I had a mani-pedi it was okay,but Ive had better and from someone that knew the toe was connected to an actual living being!! I hope someone is offended but it is hard to do business with people that refuse to learn English!!Im pretty sure the lady called me a baby in VienameseI had to pull my foot away!!My first reaction was to kick the person causing me this pain!I pulled instead of kicked!She did say sorry and almost seemed concerned!?!?!?
