Synergy is a great company to work for. The owners and management truly care about their employees. They dont just send you on a job and never talk to you until the end of your time with your contracted company. Synergy follows up, checks on you, cares about what you are doing, etc. The company surprises you on your birthday, holidays, just to let you know that you arent forgotten. I love this company! Synergy was very quick to address any questions or concerns I had about the contract I was assigned to. The contract was not descriptive enough, however, so when the company I contracted to said they couldnt guarantee 40 hours a week, I did not expect that to mean I would be lucky to get 16 hours a week. I understand that the position I was working had up and down periods, but the fact that hours could go this low should have been explained by the company, and Synergy should have mentioned that this was a possibility, and maybe offered some shorter term or part time contracts to fill the gap. Other than that, everyone I had dealings with at Synergy were always helpful and cheerful. If it became necessary, I would work with Synergy again.
