If you enjoy spending 2-3x more for an outdated and faulty product then Carewatch is the place for you. This is a sinking ship and they are losing customers left and right they are too expensive and clearly outdated and run by geriatricsor something who cant keep up with the times. And if you have a technical issue and want technical support good luck with that
As a client of a Home Health Agency, I resent being forced to use 390 minutes of my 500 minutes a month. I requested an alternative for my care providers to call in on, but was angrily told to accommodate the providers w/my phone, period. I wonder if it is legal for an Agency to insist I pay $30 more a month, out of my $920? If an Agency wishes to BOOST THEIR BOTTOM LINE, they should find another way, other then taking clients hostage, to obtain more $DOLLARS.
