The Manager, Eric, listened to everything I was looking for with my cut and style! It was my first visit to the Salon. I had read the Salon reviews and Eric was highly recommended. I was very, very satisfied. He also gives a wonderful shampoo!!! He was prompt and I will definitely be back to have Eric take care of my hairstyling needs👍🏼😎💯✅ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a must read reviewI recently moved to this area from a much larger city with a stylus that I had been seeing for years I was in desperate need of finding somebody that was super thorough and that was repeatable I had seen somebody a few weeks earlier who didn’t absolute shop job on my hair was absolutely the worst place ever that was Ulta, oh my gosh this place is a gym I had a 10 AM appointment with Eric who was absolutely fantastic he was super thorough he had excellent service in terms of what he could do for my hair my end goal of what I wanted and how I would get there which was really important because if you don’t know what you want done it’s good to have a stylist that can give you a few options on how to get there, he did a absolutely fantastic job on my highlights they look amazing they are the perfect color they are toned perfectly and the cut that he did was the best cut I’ve ever had I am absolutely going to be a very very loyal customer to this salon - if you need somebody who is thorough and who has exceptional communication this is the place for you do you not believe bad reviews this place is a gem!!!

It was nice at first but I could tell from the beginning that the girl doing my hair was new. Wasnt the greatest at explaining what she was doing and didnt fully understand what I was asking. I had my hair dyed blue with a black peek a boo and i know that colored hair dye can be messy and stain. But NOT ONCE have I had the color bleed so much and stain my whole body blue especially after I waited the appropriate amount of time before washing it. Not even with box hair dye have I had this bad a result. Never going back.

The staff here are fabulous, my daughter came in with a picture of very complex rose gold faded hair and they matched it perfectly she was so happy!!!

If you have Asian hair, I dont recommend going here at all, especially if youre wanting more than a trim. Not only did I receive a shorter haircut than I initially wanted, as you can see, the layers on my hair are uneven and not seamless at all; they are so choppy you can see where each and every layer is. I am so disappointed with the cut as this place is more high-end than where I usually go to, which is Great Clips or Cost Cutters; and even those places can deliver a decent job. This is by far the WORST haircut Ive gotten in my life. I do not remember the name of the stylist who did my hair, but she is an older lady with red hair. She was very rude and treated me as if I was a child; she acted like she knew how to cut hair and like she knew exactly what I wanted but delivered the complete opposite. Do not recommend, if I could give zero stars, I would.

Stopped in at 6:15pm to try and get a quick mens haircut, I have very short hair, there was no other customers in the salon with 2 stylists working and I was told they couldnt help me because they have appointments all night. Well, Im a customer standing right in front of you and you let money and a potential new customer walk out the door.

Ive only been going here to get my haircut for the last 3 years I would have five stars but I did have a bad experience with a beard trim otherwise they do an excellent job cutting hair and styling it I also bring my daughters here regularly

Worst hair cut I ever had by a rude lady who didnt listen to a word I said or do my hair anything like the picture I showed her. My long hair was chopped off and after 7 months its at the length I told her to cut it. Why be a stylist if you clearly dont like doing your job? and take it out on a customer? Lazy service. As soon as I left, I started crying. Ruined my summer as I felt so ugly

Daughters hair stylist didnt seem too interested and didnt do the best job, especially for the price. Very clean place.

Before the lady even cut my hair I explained that my hair was crazy floofy, and could get to Afro proportions. She asked me if I wanted it dry cut then and I said no so she asked me if I wanted layers... I dont know if shes ever cut hair before and knows what layering does. HECK no I dont want layers I just explained how poofy my hair is. After I told her I just wanted a trim she must have bern upset that I tried to included myself in the conversation. Because she burned my scalp with the blow dryer and tried to see how floofy my hair could get. She left if pretty wet after blowdrying up and shaking my hair all over. I was mortified that I left my hat in the car and could barely manage to get my hair into a braid before someone saw me. My shopping cut short I went home. My one day off i spend in Duluth ruined because of a mean stylist.

Horrible! Went to get a color done....Ive had colors done Id say like one a year. I got this color done on Sunday 6/25, I took a shower today Tuesday 6/28...now I am missing chuncks of my hair. I called and was told I had to call tomorrow because there wasnt a manager there! I wont be going back
