Although, the staff were very nice & very welcoming. I didn’t have a good experience here & I feel I got ripped off. I only got my roots touched up. [[Bleached/toner in 3 small sections of my head]] And had only 2 inches cut off AND was charged $99 in total!!!! Which I find completely ridiculous, considering my roots were patchy & not even the desired color. She also used TISSUES to incubate my hair, not foil & charged me for foils.

Best place I’ve Ben to everyone there so friendly I love michelle she’s so nice and I felt really award at first but as soon as she started having conversations u can just warm up to her and my hair was dead and bleached and just look horrible but she made my hair look 100 times better
