Where do I start? Purchased a Jeep Renegade to jump start my credit. When the car was dropped off, the oil pressure light came on. Car was taken back to dealership so that they can FIX the problem. Had a loaner vehicle the entire time so I was not out of a vehicle. Fast forward, the car is Fixed and it was brought to me. I have never had any car experience like this EVER! Too much to go into details with but they do not have your best interest at heart, especially when you are a woman - so ladies, BRING a MAN with you so you are not jipped or told anything about your purchase. The reason I rated a 3 star is because of my sales rep JUSTIN WOODS!!! If anyone has any problems with your credit and you are trying to re-establish your credit due to life, see JUSTIN!! He works with you. He is awesome. He knows his craft! You can call him anytime to get your situation worked out! ThANKS JUSTIN!!!

My accent is thick and usually people don’t have the patience for it and I can tell. However, that was not the case with Mr. Michael Chang. Respectable young man who pointed me in the right direction. A real friendly, patient comrade to those of us who don’t speak English as our first language.

Bailey was good at selling us our 2021 Ram. I had a 2019, so I already knew what I wanted and what to expect. The vehicle sold itself really.What I didnt expect was the catalog of screw ups coming from the back office. We werent quite ready to do the deal but we were allowed to write a check to hold the vehicle on the condition that the check was not cashed. They cashed the check the next business day and put our account overdrawn. The truck they tried to sell us was not the same VIN as the truck I test drove, so we had to deal with that on the paperwork. I could go on and on, and perhaps should go on because we are still not fully resolved..... We were promised a few gas fill ups and car washes here and there as compensation for the multitude of back office errors. We told the team there that we were not going to keep traveling back and forth to the dealerships for car washes and fill ups, so to their credit, they converted those verbal guarantees into a dollar value and cut us a check. HOWEVER, after depositing the check the dealership cancelled it without notification and issued another check. There are still problems that are unresolved. They are not returning our calls and I have a text message to Taylor which was not returned. So, beware of this dealership. Ive seen all of the many great reviews here, but after all the issues weve had, I just cant trust them to follow through on their promises. Its easy to buy a vehicle youve previously owned and researched, but its the customer service that makes a dealership stand out. And this one stands out to me for the wrong reasons. Im expecting to see the standard Hello! It is never out intention to upset anyone or make them feel that way automatic dealership response to this review from Taylor Stewart. Lets see where we go from here.

My Jeep is under warranty and I called in advance to get a repair appointment. When I called to confirm there was no such appointment so I had to re-make the appointment. The appointment was for a Saturday so I dropped the car ofd the Thursday before because we had to go out of town. We rented a car. We.had been getting intermittent text messages to acknowledge that they had the vehicle and to opt in for text messges. That was basically it. Then on Tuesday I received a text message that my Jeep was number 1 of 2 . I was excited because I thought I would know what was wrong. Then Wednesday I received a text saying that they didnt get to look at it. Then I get a call from a guy saying that they couldnt see what was wrong with the vehicle and asked if we could come up and show them what was the car doing so my husband had to get off work to go up to the dealership to show them the issue. They kept the car for an additonal 2 more days and never did a single diagnostic on the vehicle. They still charged us almost 300 dollars and they never even looked at the vehicle. My husband spoke to the manager and they ended up not charging us at all. Evwn so we still had to pay for a rental car for additional days because of the poor service.

Dmitry ward did an excellent job helping me find a used vehicle and then I was denied. Which is fine, but I’m still receiving letters a month letter and my score continues to drop. Horrible experience spending 8 hours at this place and then receiving congratulations letters for the 300m I did not purchase. At this point I’m not sure a commission was not issued for something I didn’t purchase. Pay more attention to your costumers. I shouldn’t make you take me on a test drive and you never even showed me the vehicle you wanted me to get a mile down the street at the other dealership. Also, my 2020 Dodge Charger in perfect condition, was sold OVER asking value by a dealership that was did not trying to cheat me out of my cars value. Never again at this dealership.

My new 2019 RAM Limited with 32k miles battery died. Had to hire a mobile battery replacement. Took in to have it serviced for 30k mile service.1) was told the battery cost would not be credited, even though the truck was under warranty2) was there 3 1/2 hours, and spent over $800 for the service. when truck was brought back out the engine light was still on.3) told it required full diagnostic. OK, how long? 2-3 days was the response. OK, I need a loaner vehicle. We dont have any.....4) lets see when we can get you back in. First appt is not for 6 weeks on Oct 2nd!Dont buy Dodge! Will get a Lexus next time just for the Service!
