Brought my motorhome in after my axle seals went while driving home. Justin was very professional from the get go. I did have to wait 5 days to get my service done (I cannot say what spot I was in terms of getting service done + brought in on a Thursday and the seals had to get ordered in over the weekend).Will update if any other things happen in terms of their service job but so far I am highly satisfied.

I came in for a regular oil change for the first time with this company. I immediately noticed the great customer service skills Justin, the store manager, has. He answered my questions professionally and genuinely. And the team was fast! Its hard to find that kind of service sometimes these days. I would recommend.

I got my brake lines replaced here. The mechanics were friendly and knowledgeable. However about 6 months later I had to get my muffler replaced and found that they had just zip tied the lines to the bottom of my car instead of running them through the guard that is suppose to protect the lines. I did not pay them to cut corners and install in a way that increases my risk while on the road. Needless to say I wont be back.

I could not be happier with the effort and results. They fixed a major issue another specialty shop couldn’t fix after three attempts. Trust goes along way, and I’ve had fleet cards here and now my truck. They have turned me away on non-issues and fixed what others couldn’t. Fair price and great results.

Ran into a really rough situation: sensors went out and shut down my car entirely. Everything Auto helped me to get my car towed to them, they diagnosed it and called with a best (and a worse) case scenario. They fixed only what needed fixing and gave me a very fair rate. They could have told me they needed to do far more than was really needed, but they did not. They were absolutely straight with me, and have earned my loyalty.

Had my oil changed here and they are priced reasonable. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. An $25 for Synthetic Blend oil change is very reasonale.

Brought my F-150 to everything automotive because a engine light went on and my truck lost power. I was told it was a timing chain..... 4 months and 2700 dollars later, they still couldnt get the engine light to turn off but the power was back. They told me it was fine to drive. 7 months later my engine went out completely because of it and now I have to replace the whole engine. Word of advice.. if you cant do the job send it to someone else.

They fixed my transmission and were very friendly except one staff who was not so polite. The women taking the calls was helpful and friendly. My vehicle is under warranty however they delay in getting it fixed had nothing to do with them but the company that I have my warranty with was slow in getting back to them.

Cant speak to how good the mechanics are because I didnt have any actual work done on my car, but the front desk guy is nice and easy to talk to.

Wow horrible service rip off .. Bad attitude to be honest I have nothing good to say about this place. Watch what there doing to your car theses people are not to be trusted .. Dishonest, worked for him and his partner. Said he was a man of his word owe me over $2k, was settling for $600, never heard from him or Jesse Sinell, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THEM! There are still people from years ago that haven;t received their titles. Both stole their money, didnt register vehicles or pay the taxes! FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD - Karma will catch up tp both of these CON-MEN!!!

Very rude people they dont know what there doing over there .. Josh was very rude to me. They dont make things right even when they were the ones that messed it up in the first place.. I can handle mistakes but come on now make it right.. They also get cheap parts the cheapest parts they can get and charge you for the quality parts.. Witch is very unsafe for my family .. Just what I need is my tire to come off on the freeway and end up killing my family or Someone else just cuz this place put I cheap cast iron tie rod end on my car... I went there once never will go back.. Place also looks like a slum just nasty .. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY .. Brad up at Brads auto clinic is by far the best guy I know for all your auto needs.. Very friendly very clean shop good prices ... It took him two hours from the time I dropped off the car to the time I was picking it back up fixed.. Everything auto had it for 3 days and couldnt figure it out and I got charged more there then brad charged me to fix it.. I hope this helped you to stay away from this place

I would not use use this shop. My daughter took her car there. They made repairs, which did not fix the problem. This happens sometimes right? When I called them to ask them some basic questions about whether they stood behing their work, they were rude and unprofessional. Go somewhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN!! A CROOK OF THE WORST CALIBER. I bought a car from the owner so I could get back to Michigan. The owner, Jed Carlson, told me would send title to me. That was at the beginning of March. Despite me calling constantly he has not sent title so I called the DMV of MN and was told that he sold me a car that did not belong to him and that there is a lien on the car. I have called over ten times and all he does is lie. Tries to tell me he sent it, the DMV is too busy, then that he sent it again, that he would send proof, etc. All lies, over and over again. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. I REPEAT, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. A LIAR AND A THIEF. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!

Hmm; some okay, some disappointing, and one very questionable experience. This is a change from an earlier positive rating I gave them. A repair to a power window on my moms van failed again 9 months later; we had to pay. Who knows what the reality was. A repair last year to my Jeep was fine; everyone was polite, shop clean. But this year I was told there was a leak in the master brake cylinder on my older van, and that and the brake line needed replacing; I brought this information to the Dodge dealership nearby and they concurred (why not, I told them what was wrong). $1500-1800 total; just about junked the van. Turns out, was not the case. After frustration with waiting for parts, called Brads Auto Clinic on Rice Lake Road (excellent reputation, competition-award-winning highly-trained father and two sons; Brad has a car-talk type radio show): over the phone, without check a reference book, said the diagnosed parts did not even exist in the place described, offered a free diagnosis. Not leaking. Probably was my error in failing to refill the brake fluid before driving up north. Kept the van. Saved the $$$. Nothing leaking. Now I would hesitate to go back.What can I say? Especially, shame on the Dealership that E.A. suggested tackling the master brake cycliner (which they, to their credit, admitted theys never seen one like it - that was honest of E.A). 2-3 rating.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! My brother brought his Subaru here for an oil change and they didnt tighten his chamber down afterwards, causing the oil to leak out of the car. His engine totally burned up as a result and how his car is totalled. They totally screwed over a poor college student who cant afford to replace his car/put in a new engine because they werent paying attention. Terrible. Bring your car to Smileys in West Duluth instead- Brett will take care of you.
