BUYER BEWARE - One of the worse experiences I have had! They claim to be a corporate store, but the employees do not care and the managers just do what they want. I have purchased many vehicles from a Cadillac, (I am a die hard Escalade owner) and I have never been treated with such disregard and disrespect. They will withhold information from you and later turn around and blame you as the customer, as if you work there.I bought my car, BRAND NEW car at 6 miles, and by 1457 miles I took it in with a problem. They told me I was just being sensitive and that there was nothing wrong . . . after refusing to accept that answer, they partially put a bandaid on the problem and sent me away, saying itll work itself and just to keep driving. Well, it didnt go away and now they claim is out of warranty, when they never fixed it correctly to begin with. The Service Manager was rude, constantly interrupted me and had not a care for my concern. He even blamed me, saying I should have asked when the warranty expired. He thinks they dont need to disclose any warranties, even if its a shorter like 5,000 or 12,000 miles (most things on a brand new car doesnt have such a short limitation). With the pandemic, who else has been out and about doing non essential things?? (Not many of us.) Foolishly, I took their word with honor and believe that if I drove my car like they said, the problem would resolve, since I was only being sensitive. Their words mean nothing and they will blame you, even though the problem was brought to them at 1457 miles and they didnt fix it correctly to begin with and now they want you to pay π€·π»ββοΈ Stay away from this company!!Dont purchase at any Hennessy dealerships. They dont care about you, they just want your money. After you buy, youre on your own, even with a brand new vehicle. I will never stop there again. Im going back to Classic Cadillac in Sandy Springs where I bought my other 6 Escalades. (Its very sad that I have to drive almost 40 minutes for simple maintenance like oil changes, but at least Classic Cadillac actually values your business and want to help you as a customer.) Dont end up paying all this money for a new car and then they try to scam you out of more money.
Usually pretty good service. This last time I went I went it was good customer service as usual. But one of the services I got to treat the smell coming from my vents when the AC comes on didnt work. It lasted for a day. To pay $207 on the recommendation and SUGGESTION of the service advisor (when I asked for an air filter change he brought up having a foam agent sprayed on the ac unit to clean it) and it not resolve the problem is an issue. Outside if that i usually have great service here.
I was very pleased with the service I recieved from point of contact with the service department, who went out of their way to ensure a seamless transition of the drop off of my car, to reception of the loaner, then the exchange back to my car. I had a two hour commute to the dealership so they concerned themselves with the value of my time- spent traveling and made sure I spent no time waiting on them to do their work, once I arrived. They went out above and beyond the ordinary service experience and I appreciated it.They also did a great job fixing the issues and I was very pleased with how much better it runs now. Thank you for doing your jobs,so well and for your empathy concerning my time frame.
I cannot express how amazing my experience Is/Was! The sales team went above and beyond to make sure my crunch for time was met. Answered each and EVERY question I had with a Stress and Hassell free environment. We prepped a head of time andNo games or having to play hard ball. The deal I received was amazing and I have high faith they will treat everyone the same way. If I could give 10 stars I absolutely would. I have purchased 23 vehicles and by far this was my best experience.Ive let them know, and Im happy to share with anyone. Great customer care deserves the review!
Overall had a Great experience at Hennessy. We drove about an hour to this dealership because they had the best selection of cars that we were looking for. Our sales person was David Bacchus and he really went above and beyond. Extremely easy to get in touch with. We had to wait for our vehicle to be delivered and his communication was outstanding. Chris in finance also helped tremendously getting us the best financing.
I went in to HC because my lift gate wasnβt working properly. I arrived and was kindly greeted, my wait to see a consultant was very short. My issue was pointed out explained and fixed, he also gave me an overview of my car, explained my warranty and answered any additional questions I had. I was on my way in 1 1/2 hours with my issue fixed, well informed and a nicely washed car. ππ double thumbs up they were great!! π

I was greeted at the door, shown to my service advisor Curtis who was professional and courteous . He kept me informed while my vehicle was being worked on and his estimate was right!
Great job, short wait time. My only complaint was with the safety inspection. The windshield was checked off as fine and there is an obvious 12 inch crack right in the driverβs line of sight. If something this obvious was overlooked how much can I trust the rest of the inspection items? Small but troubling problem.
Curtis was very good in gathering the info on my 100,000 miles checkup. I was given info on the immediate concerns and the area that could be done a little later. Curtis gave good information, also kept in contact on car status. He reviewed my back history well and knew what had been done on my car. I would definitely use him again.

Excellent service. We were assisted upon arrival, very accommodating and friendly. Our service agent, Walter was extremely efficient. We discussed our needs and he processed the paperwork in an expedient manner. He arranged for me to see an agent for loaner car during the oil change, transmission fluid change and repair was made to our car. Walter discussed future service with rear brakes. Upon return for pickup, he discussed the repair and other services. I would not ask for another service agent other than Walter at Hennsey Cadillac. Rating: Excellent +
Took 2016 Escalade in for regular service and check tires. Picked up and they fixed the tire issue but didnβt even change the oil. Got to Florida on vacation and by grace of God noticed I only had 11 % oil life left. Now I am sitting in the extreme heat π₯΅ paying 141.00 at Jiffy Lube while on vacation..Not a happy camperWho doesnβt check the oil?

Appointment was on time and the service took about 1 hr and 30 mins. Waiting room was good. They had a TV and another area had snacks and drinks/coffee. Was able to get in and out quickly. Restrooms were clean. I was able to sit, walk around and the time went by fast.
Service was great! Needed 3 tires that Walter price matched, gave me discount on oil change and allowed me to use an additional coupon from dealership. Provided a loaner car during service. Also now offer pickup and drop off feature for a minimal charge! Thanks Walter!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and point inspection. I brought my book and tablet expecting a long wait. By the time I picked up a free snack in the waiting area and sat down, my car was ready and clean after a free car wash. I gain rewards for purchases that I make and was able to use them to reduce my service to $20. The mechanic didnt come out to tell me I needed a new lug nut for $100 or some other trivial item. He said everything checked out! Wow! Ive owned about 14 cars in my lifetime and thats a first(LOL).This is why I drive the distance and pass other dealers to come to my dealership!

I arrive at my scheduled appointment and was taken care of right away, maintenance took about five hours, I was offered a loaner and was on my way within 30 minutes.Iβd received a call when my vehicle was ready, I received online bill, which I was able to conveniently pay online. After returning to dealership, I had my car and left in less than 15 minutes.

Hennessy has consistently provided me with superior customer service. From the time I purchased my Escalade through all of the service I have been really satisfied.
Tire rotation was done. After I left I had to return to Hennessy because driver front tire was under inflated. After that was done I returned home only to realize that the tire cap was left off. I then called to get it returned and was told that someone would call me. After 3 days Iβm still waiting. The small things do matter.
Took over 2 hours for an oil change.. Now I have an oil leak I did not have before i had oil change. Once had best service team .

I noticed that my tire pressure wasnt checked. Mt right front was 27. The remaining 3 were at 34. I would have hoped they would have added air to the low tire. π

The service center at Hennessy Cadillac is great. Iβm always greeted when I walk in. I canβt stand waiting around a dealership and everyone pretends to be too busy. Not Hennessy! Everyone that walked passed asked if there was anything they could help with, or if I wanted something to drink. Service was excellent. They fixed what they said they would without haggling to take care of other issues. They were clear with their intent, and I appreciate that. They even washed ole girl before giving her back. Keep in mind, it wasnβt a detail wash but it was great to get the dust off her so I could speed away in style. I brought my first caddy from them and it wonβt be my last. Side note. Yβall could have hooked a Brotha up with a Cadillac face mask! Just sayin!

I like coming to Hennesey Cadillac Service Dept because they are so professional. I had an appointment and I was in and out in less than 2 hours. The highlight of my visit is that they washed and vacuumed my XTS because it was so dirty. They are honoring the CDC COVID guidelines and I felt safe there.

I purchased a preowned 2016 Range Rover in December 2019, which was supposedly checked out by Hennessy Land Rover Gwinnett only to find out now that there is a $2,130 replacement of 2 motor mounts. Not a HAPPY CUSTOMER AT ALL. I will be escalating this further.

Was told I needed an alignment. Was charged for a 4-wheel job, but they only adjusted one wheel 0.1 degree to bring it just inside the tolerance range instead of getting it closer to center. Reached out to the service agent, but never hear a word back. Not the level of service expected at a Cadillac dealership.
