Came into town and ended up with a large bolt in my tire. The employees at Automedics were all very polite and friendly and worked me in within a couple mins. I would highlu recommend this shop!

I go to them with any of my car issues and if they cant help they always recommend someone else awesome in town that can. 10/10 customer service and knowledge.

Best place to take your vehicle, to get fixed

After a few recent visits to see Mike with multiple issues, I will be a loyal customer. Pricing is fair and honest and I will definitely return for any future repair needs. I had a problem that was not clear and Mike was very honest and did not do any unneeded repairs and spent a lot of time trying to figure out what the problem was. The pricing and work is made clear before being done and communication is great.

I called AutoMedics last minute during the holiday season, they got me in for an oil change and tire rotation before my travels! They are friendly, knowledgeable, do a great job and put a better oil in my car because they knew it would be helpful, all still while being more inexpensive than other places. I highly recommend them!

These guys are the best in town! I’ve been taking my vehicle to them for years. They are honest, friendly, and have gone out of their way to help me out many times. They also don’t talk down to me like other mechanics I’ve encountered. I’ve felt 100% satisfied with every interaction and they’ll continue to be my go-to shop!

These guys are the best! Very honest and committed to doing what’s best for their customers, not what will make them more money. Mike is always so easy to do business with. He dumbs things down for me and explains them so I can understand. They will always have my business.

I was driving up from the cities on 4th of July weekend when the AC went out in my van. Not knowing who to call, I started calling shops not too far from my hotel. Another shop that didn’t have time recommended AutoMedics. What a wonderful experience!!! They were gracious, kind, and so willing to help even though they all wanted to enjoy their holiday weekend!! The diagnosis was spot on, the price was absolutely reasonable and fair, and the service was professional and quick. I was back on the road in 90 minutes! Thank you so much for taking good care of me while I was away from home! I highly recommend this shop!!

On a long journey. Had a slow tire leak. Stopped in. Mike was awesome and they patched me up fast. Back on the road 20 min later. Was ridiculously inexpensive AND Mike gave me a great recommendation for a delicious lunch spot! Great experience in Duluth.

While driving through Duluth on our way to a speaking engagement, I just about lost a wheel due to loose lug nuts from a recent tire rotation. I called over a dozen shops, including Autmedics in Duluth MN (all of which were were fully booked out for at least several days). With our 4 kids in tow, my wife and I needed help. Mike at Automedics had compassion on us and worked with our vehicle himself to help us out. That level of compassion in the midst of a backlog of work and phone calls is rare. I recently had a substantial amount of work done here on my volvo and was very pleased with the knowledgeable service and reasonable price. The work, as is often the case with a Volvo, wasnt strait forward and required substantial trouble shooting. The mechanic put lots of extra time in resolving the issue and got me back on the road in very reasonable time.

Working with Mike and the crew was a great experience following some less than stellar work Ive had done in the past. He was very straightforward and clear with what was going on, how to fix it, and letting me make the final decisions. I brought my vehicle in at 8 am and was done by 5 with with clear communication on what was going on the whole time. Id definitely recommend it.

My daughter is a student at UMD and it is nice to have a auto repair shop you can trust when you live hundreds of miles away. They have done work on her car her first year at school and she had another problem this year. I had her car towed to Auto Medics and they found nothing wrong with her car, could have been her fault for starting it out of park, who knows. Regardless since they could not find any issues after several tests they did not charge me anything which is refreshing and I admire their honesty. If you are in Duluth or have a family member up there go to these guys if you need auto repair!!No I am not related to them and I hardly ever write reviews but I feel great service requires that I spread the word.

I needed them to fix a strange starting issue with my Impala. They figured it out, got me back on the road fast, and the bill was so much less than I had feared. I will not go anywhere else in the future.

Best auto shop around, mike will do anything to help you find the the problem and fix the car with out trying to charge you for what you dont need. I recommend this place to everyone.

My last visit changed my high opinion of Automedics. I have been exclusively going to them for years, however my last visit they totally took advantage of me. Instead of fixing my tire they ruined it & charged me an outrageous amount. I am disabled & cannot afford to be taken advantage of! After they ruined it, I had to replace it!

This is the second time I had a terrible experience with these guys. I am done. Last summer took my car in for a brake job cause I was having problems with sticking and pulling to one side. Two days later, metal squealing again, caliper stuck again. They basically just said we didnt look carefully enough.This time my car wouldnt start, had a tow out for a jump and the tow guy couldnt get it to jump, and said its not your battery, something else is wrong, you need to get it to a shop.SO I had it towed to Auto Medics, they call me later that day and say, Oh, your battery was dead, we replaced it.Cause they said I had a Wal-Mart battery in there, which is utter BS. I paid over a hundred dollars for my last battery, at AutoZone. I tell them this, AND I tell them that this is the third battery in this vehicle in 3 years, doesnt that seem odd?They blew me off. I get the car back, (after paying over $240 with the tow!) and now 2 1/2 days latter get stranded, exact same issue. Wont start, but I have power. Wont crank. Jumping doesnt help.I call AutoMedics back and get the total runaround, well the battery was dead when you brought it in...Hel--lllo, are you not the mechanics, arent you supposed to figure this out, not just go for the first thing, especially when the customer tells you its an ongoing problem?A friend gets his mechanic to come look at my van and IN UNDER A MINUTE, he has it started and figures out the problem. My neutral switch(in the shifter) is going out and needs replaced. Car wont start because its not reading that its in park.NEVER EVER again. They do not do their job, they just try the easy fix and dont get to the real probelm. Lazy and no damn intergrity. Women especially stay away if you need someone you can trust to do it right the first time, because these guys are not it.

Diagnosed a failed radiator and replaced it. 350. Fixed the issue the day it was scheduled. I will return.

Just had rear end work done on my toyota seals were leaking and making noise they found some other small issues and werent forceful saying need to be done asked before fixing them will be back for more work in the near future
