I decided to finally write this review. I am use Duong Vo American Family Insurance for both my personal annities, life insurance and business insurance. Very rude. Don’t waste your time. Answers the phone like you are an inconvenience and a problem. Not a very good representation of American Family. There are far better agents in the area.
