I like to speak with the manager when getting a quote. Spoke with brent a while back about a good deal. He mentioned hes never really in the office. I went to his office location and he was there. He start telling me a different price and how my clothing judges my character with my rates. Im completely shocked on how he was acting and brushed me away like a stubborn teen. Cant believe state farm promoted him. Clothing doesnt make the man brent. Find another agency for insurance.

I haven’t had to deal with any claims yet, thankfully, but the customer service here is awesome! For once with my insurance I have someone I can call directly, no nationwide number to sit through robo-menus for 20 minutes to talk to someone. I’ve had a few little things come up on my end since opening our insurance policy with them and anytime I call with my questions, I get a real person who listens and helps me get answers and whatever direction I might need. I have loved my experience with this office and how responsive and helpful they are!

Brent Troyer & his staff are amazing! He has taken care of our policies for years and even assisted both in the purchase & the refinancing of two of our vehicles. He is always looking for a way to save you money with accurate premiums and coverages. I had a homeowners claim over the summer. There was an issue with underwriting not processing the right information. I was told there can be a 30 day delay which would delay my payment that long. Brent had it resolved and processed the same day so a payment could be overnighted & in my hands the next day. The error wasnt made by his staff, but that didnt stop him from having rectified immediately. The other thing that & Brent and his team excel at, cant be taught. The care they have for their customers on a personal level is extraordinary. I have health issues and Brent reaches out to me multiple times a year to let me know they are thinking of me & just checking to see if there is anything they can help with. Thats not about selling insurance, thats about care & compassion for those around you. I cant think of any other agency around that I can say that about.

Is there 6 stars? The staff (especially Allyssa) are on top of it ALL! I was buying a vehicle out of state and had instant service with proof of insurance coverage for my safe and my street legal trip home in minutes! I was late many times with payments and she took care of everything. Alyssa also hunts down discounts and specials almost weekly and notifies me of them when they appear. Need I say more?
