They are absolutely amazing! We had our AC go on the fritz after lightning struck nearby with family in town and they came out the next day and got us back up and running. They’re respectful of your time and property and also super great with dogs. I cannot recommend them enough!

Dustin, my technician was on time to start with. He was very friendly and super professional (he even used boot covers before coming into my home). He knew exactly what was wrong and didn’t take his time to fix the issue. I was so worried that my AC would have to be replaced because of how old it is, and it does, but he didn’t take it there. I am single and have three jobs to keep my home running. He fixed what needed fixing and left the rest for me to decide at a later date, which I am very grateful for. Before he left, he checked his work 3 times, cleaned up, and I had COLD air flowing through my vents! (Omg thank you!!!🥶) I was super stoked because it was not at all what I was expecting to have to pay! Super reasonable! I RECOMMEND and INSIST anyone needing an HVAC company, to look into and use Arcadia. As for me, I know I will be using them again in the future. Arcadia HVAC has impressed me on every visit to my home. Not only on the install and service calls, but how quickly they responded.I recently had an issue with my cooling system. Wouldnt you know the temperature outside was 92 degrees. These folks were great. I made an online appointment over the weekend, they called me first thing Monday morning and had someone out later that afternoon. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, he found the issue quickly and had my A/C running again in under half an hour. He had all the parts and tools he needed in the truck, and took the time to show me how certain parts of my system worked and what had gone wrong. I will definitely call them if I need any hvac assistance in the future, and Id highly recommend them to any of my neighbors.

I needed to get my 25 year old unit replaced and got 5 quotes from different companies in my area (all had high ratings on Google). Arcadias quote came in a few hundred dollars higher than most of the others; however, I ended up going with them because of the high touch and expertise presented by Cam (the owner). A few days later I had some air flow questions regarding my unit and Cam (again, the owner) took over 30 minutes walking me through my questions and putting my mind at ease. I have had quite a bit of work performed on my home by various contractors over the 14+ years that I have owned my home. I have had some terrible contractors as well as a few decent contractors but I have never had the pleasure of working with such a professional, courteous, and efficient contractor as with that of Arcadia HVAC. My HVAC system gave out on us sometime during the early morning of Monday, August 12, 2019. I did a little bit of troubleshooting on the unit myself, replaced the condenser fan motor and the motor run capacitor only to find out the compressor itself had given out. I am not a qualified HVAC technician so I did not attempt to break that coolant system open. I performed a quick search for HVAC financing and Trane brand equipment and came back with Arcadia HVAC who has an A+ rating with the BBB and 45yrs longevity. I made the call and spoke with Cam who asked me some simple questions and scheduled his technicians to come to my home the next morning (it was already late afternoon on Monday when I finally got around to calling) between 11am-12pm. He told me their names (Matt and Matt) and that they would contact me when they are heading to my home. They came out near the end of that one hour window and assessed my square footage and my HVAC system. Cam and I had already discussed the financing through Wells Fargo. That application and approval process took only as long as it took me to fill in the blanks with my personal information. I received immediate approval for $8k at 5.90% APR over 67 months. During the assessment we discussed my options and I opted for replacement of the gas furnace as well as the outside condenser unit. This came in well under the pre-approved amount. During the initial call with Cam we also set the appointment date for the unit installation which was Thursday, 8/15/2019. He told me they would arrive between 7-7:30am. While Matt and Matt were at the house performing the assessment we discussed how long they thought it would take to complete the installation. They told me they would have the AC running by 11am. True to their word they arrived by 7:15am and we had cool air flowing by about 10:40am. They kept my carpet clean and cleaned up all the debris they generated during the swap out. Cam took care of the estimate, invoice, Trane registration for the warranty and the Wells Fargo cardholder agreement electronically. The whole experience was absolutely hassle free.I highly recommend Arcadia HVAC for all of your Residential HVAC needs!

This company was not originally on my radar. I only found them from browsing dealer reviews on Tranes website; and Im very glad I did. Ive been working with a number of other contractors, getting various things fixed up/improved with my home, and Arcadia has been my favorite company to work with.Cam and Richard made sure my needs were appropriately met; they did not try to oversell me on unnecessary functionality. The team that was sent out to replace my HVAC system completed the job in record time, and left the area cleaner than it originally was. Pricing was very reasonable as well.

I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC. You just dont find customer oriented companies like this anymore. They came out and put a part in my 25 yr old system. Still had some issues so we decided to install a new heating and air system. Cam even scheduled a duct cleaning service to come out and clean the ducts before the install. The technicians were here on time to do the install. They answered all my questions and cleaned up once the install was complete. I am a customer for life.

My wife found Arcadia and asked them to quote a new AC for our house. We always read lots of reviews before having a company out and Arcadias were top notch. As a picky, middle-aged engineer I suspect I am more difficult to please than most. I expect things to be installed correctly and to function properly, but I also look for craftsmanship. Its a dying art and many companies neglect it because it cuts in to their profits. Time is money and most would rather do things quickly, get paid and get out. Its also something I no longer expect, but I am pleased when I come across. Arcadia was an awesome surprise. Matt, Tyler, Cam and Dustin did a wonderful job and they were pleasant to be around! I dont know about others, but who wants unhappy workers in their house? Everything from initial quote process with Cam to final cleanup was exactly what we hoped for. We are also very happy with the results of their efforts. Our new system seems to be much more efficient than the old and the installation looks top notch (I do care how my ac looks). It was also interesting to learn more about the company from Cam and Richard. Three generations of family business is rare these days and you can tell that a lot of knowledge has been passed down. We look forward to working with Arcadia again on future needs.

I reached out to Arcadia HVAC as I was preparing to finish my basement and need to get A/C working in that space. I inquired about a split unit system. Cam took the time to really speak in depth on how the system would work; at the end of the conversation I had a really good comfort feel. The work was scheduled and the crew arrived - right on time. Arcadia HVAC installed the split unit system plus a HALO-LED air purifier system. They were able to find a creative solution so the ceiling didnt have to drop. They also went above and beyond by pointing out plumbing pipe that wasnt properly supported and that was starting to bow. These guys are simply awesome! They are professionals and know their stuff! I would highly recommend Arcadia HVAC if you have any A/C, or heating needs - they knocked it out of the park for me!

Cam was very helpful and straight forward in the different HVAC units and the quality of work that they do. I do feel that I got the best value for the HVAC unit I purchased.Sarah was also helpful with getting me scheduled quickly as my tenant was without heating.

Tyler and his coworker were on time and prepared to go to work replacing my in-laws HVAC unit. Took less than 2 hours and the was very comfortable. The team from Duluth arrived on time and completed the total HVAC replacement in 4 hours, as promised. Installation was explained as they worked and thermostat relocated to improved site. Review of thermostat opertation and complete clean up before they departed. The team was dressed neatly in Arcadia shirts, very professional in their manner and cordial. Was happy we chose them and would highly recommend them.

If their HVAC skills are parallel to their driving skills, then I would advise not to use this company. I was cautiously driving on a spare tire (I was only going 3-5mph below the speed limit) and an Arcadia driver was closely tailgating me, flailing his arms out his window in frustration and when I turned he let me know he was mad with a big honk. Not exactly the type of person I would want to let in my home. I can’t imagine what this individual would do if he came upon a frustrating situation with someone’s HVAC, considering the childish way he acted when I was going 40mph in 45mph speed limit.

Very impressed with the immediate action to come and service my AC, quick diagnosis and fix. I know all their clients are important, but I felt most important. Problem solved within 24 hours, very respectable workers. Will call them again for service. Highly recommend.

I want Arcadia to receive an Outstanding review! I called to see if anyone could go out to my mothers house to check her air which was not working. She is a Senior citizen and two others live in the house with medical issues including asthma. They were out there within 20 minutes and found the air-conditioning unit needed to be replaced. They gave my mother two options and she chose one and they were out the next morning early to put the unit in. They kept in touch with me to let me know exactly what they would be doing and how much it would cost. My mother said they were all very very nice and they were right on time and did the work in an hour and a half versus the two hours they thought they would need. I even requested that the installers wear masks when in the house and they had no problem with that. We are very happy with the service from Arcadia and would recommend them to everyone!

In my experience, this is a 5 star company. Calls are answered promptly and service scheduled quickly. I have a yearly maintenance contract that they manage. My AC stopped and I couldnt hear the fan. Dustin and Matt diagnosed the problem and explained the options. I made the decision and they scheduled the work the next day. Fortunately it was a cool night, but the weather forecast is for a return of GA heat! They called ahead, and completed the work in several hours as estimated. Customer service is reflected in everything they do. Dustin and Matt reviewed the new thermostat with me which was helpful beyond the manual. These men are personable and tolerant of a barking dog...making friends with her quickly. I feel treated like a family member...fairly and honestly.

They tried to sell us on some sort of subscription plan, then Nicole and dime us to death.Arcadia was so much different. We had new AC installed by Arcadia HVAC on June 3, 2019 and are very happy with the choice of the company. Richard gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable as it showed every step of the installation leaving no room for doubt. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone, friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. And the team of technicians (Matt, Matt, Dustin and Tyler) worked so well together and installed new unit quickly in less then half a day! They arrived on time and cleaned up after completing their work. They graciously answered all the questions I had, were very polite and friendly. The whole experience was above and beyond. Also Richard worked with out Home Warranty which was greatly appreciated as we heard that Home Warranty usually does not cover big labor intensive replacements, but he was able to get part of the expense covered and we are very grateful. ARCADIA team is very responsive and efficient even in the busiest time of the year, the first hot week this summer when a lot of people had AC problems! I hired Arcadia HVAC to replace a 15 years old hvac system to a more efficient model. On the first day, Matt came by to review my current setup. Matt is a professional and an easy person to work with. He didnt try to upsell anything and was honest to the point. On the day of install, Matt and his team completed the installation in 2.5 hours (wow!). There were no messes left behind and the install was clean and professionally done. They also helped fixed some minor issues on my other two systems without charging me. That was extremely nice of them! I am looking forward to hiring Arcadia HVAC next year for my basement unit.

I called Arcadia to inquire on a quote. My HVAC system was original from when my townhome was built in 2000. I had been patching my system for past 3 years. In speaking to Cam, he explain what type of system I currently had. He advised what type of system should perform well based on my square footage. He stated most likely once TRANE system was installed it should keep my home cool. It was NOT A sale pitch! Once I received the quote it was detail along with warrant detail. My system was installed within 4 days after I agreed to quote. This is the second time we used Arcadia, and the experience has been impeccable each time. I engaged Arcadia to replace my aging HVAC furnace and cooling unit, and I was very happy with the entire experience from initial contact to installation. Richard was a HUGE help and so knowledgeable with Trane systems. Our existing Trane unit (which was installed and serviced by another company) went down and he immediately sent out his technician to inspect it and then immediately contacted me with my options based on their findings. Exceptional service from start to finish. Cam the owner made sure we got the HVAC system we needed and didnt try to upsell us on unnecessary equipment. Their financing option really eases the burden on such a large purchase. The crew had our old unit out and a new Trane system in within about 4 1/2 hours. My highest recommendation!

I had a very good experience with Arcadia all the way from the initial meeting and quote through the installation of 2 new systems. My original systems were old and a mixture of various manufacturers and vintages. This last summer the downstairs system started to struggle and it was not worth it to fix it. I spoke with Cam on the phone and everything he said made sense to me. I also met with Richard at my home and he provided good recommendations and a good price.The installation team came on time and in 3 separate vans with 4 guys so instead of having an extended day we were able to have both systems in and complete by 1pm. All the guys were great to work with and answered any questions I had. The installations look great and I believe the equipment will last many years. I am very happy with Arcadia and I plan to work with them for all my future HVAC needs.

We have had a wonderful experience with Arcadia HVAC. We recently replaced the furnace and air conditioning unit in our home, and Cam Mayhue, who is one of the owners of the company, and his team did an excellent job. We called about 8 HVAC companies in total and chose Arcadia because of many reasons.First, they are very honest with their pricing. Not only were their prices the lowest, but they itemized everything they were going to install, so we knew what the individual costs were. They did not pressure us into adding new features or upgrading the units like other companies did. When we received the bill for their services, there were no surprises. They are true to their word.Cost was not the only factor because there was another company whose price was similar. What set Arcadia apart from the other company was that whenever I called Arcadia, they would pick up the phone right away. The other company would not respond to my calls even when I had left a message. So I asked myself, if there were ever a problem with the furnace or AC unit down the road, isnt it important to choose a company who is reliable and is available when I call them? Yes.Third, we found Arcadia through Tranes website. They are North American Technician Excellence (NATE) certified and are a certified Trane dealer. Having those certifications made us even more confident to go with them.On the day of the installation, the whole team did a great job. Their work was excellent, they really paid attention to detail, and the units they installed were brand new. They respected our home, left everything clean, and they provided excellent service. It was truly a pleasure working with the team at Arcadia HVAC. They were very professional, knowledgeable, very responsive to my questions and concerns and got our AC installed in a timely manner. Mr. Cam gave us a very detailed estimate and made us comfortable with every step of the installation. Mr. Cam and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with over the phone. They were very friendly and the team of technicians (Matt, Dustin and Tyler (I hope I got the names right)) worked so well together, arrived on time, installed the new unit quickly and cleaned up after completing their work. Matt even gave us a call half an hour before he was at the house to let us know he is on his way and when they had completed the job they graciously answered all our questions and explained how the system works. Then Sarah called to make sure we were satisfied and completed the paperwork for the warranty. The whole experience was above and beyond and is greatly appreciated. I would definately recommend ARCADIA HVAC to anyone who is looking for an AC unit, furnace or HVAC system.

He helped me select the best AC unit to replace my damaged one, especially he did a great job convincing the insurance company to replace with the unit I desired. Repaired heating system and did annual service to 3 units

This is my second experience with Arcadia HVAC and it was just as pleasant and efficient as the first experience. My first interaction with Arcadia was with my personal home. They were on time and one day turn around for the whole system. First class service great follow up. This second unit was installed on a rental property. Arcadia went out of there way contacting the tenant and arranging all appointments for the install. Which was done in half a day with several professional technicians. I would always recommend Arcadia of Duluth to anyone who wants the job done correctly, on time, and professionally.

Arcadia was great! I would highly recommend them as I was impressed with the initial call to the office and the results of my appointment. Matt, the technician that came to my home, quickly diagnosed the problem and solved it on the same visit. I was a new customer but they were able to help me the same day! They will definitely get my business for my future HVAC needs.

I recently had my furnace and air conditioner units replaced by Arcadia. I sought 5 different bids from 3 different brands. Arcadia was the most comprehensive company with regard to the bidding process. All of the other companies were going to replace the units (which were 30 years old) with the same capacity of new unit. When Cam came out to work up an estimate he recommended a higher capacity AC unit and blower. Cam was also the only person to point out a few other things with my existing setup that were going to have to change, none of the other vendors said anything about those issues.The installation process was very straightforward and took around 6 hours total. There was even a defective part right that was discovered during installation, which was ordered and replaced within a week.Overall, I couldnt be more pleased with the service and the products from Arcadia HVAC. I plan on recommending them to anyone I know who needs HVAC work and plan on using them in the future for my HVAC needs.

I just replaced two units in my home and I cannot express what a GREAT experience it was working with Arcadia. The installers arrived on time and completed the work ahead of schedule. They were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. I wanted the both of the units integrated with an existing smart home system and the team took the time to understand what I expected and made the integration seamless.

My 10 year old unit failed and needed replacement. Cam helped pick the perfect unit for my home size and made recommendations on what was needed to fix two rooms that were not cooling and heating properly. Literally the fastest response weve ever had from a service company of any kind. We called Arcadia at 1:00pm, and by 3:00, Dustin and Tyler had not only arrived but were pulling out of the driveway after diagnosing the problem, installing the required part, and even taking time to install a new filter that I had bought elsewhere at no extra cost. Arcadia installed complete new system during a torrential downpour. They were totally prepared with canopies and left everything spic and span. Worked like trojans, up and down three levels, removing old equipment, installing new The stairs were covered with a durable canvas and were spotless when they left. My first electric bill was 14% lower than projected and the system runs beautifully. Ive lived in my home forty years, and have had experiences with major HVAC companies and this company is the real deal. Knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and honest.

You will not find a more capable and professional team than Arcadia HVAC. My experience started with a visit from the company owner who truly knows his business and more importantly, suggested a properly sized and efficiency appropriate HVAC system. I saved over 1000.00 because he did not attempt to oversell me on equipment I did not need.The office team is incredibly responsive and takes personal interest in your needs. Estimates are delivered quickly and are highly detailed. This is a critical differentiator when comparing HVAC companies. You need to know exactly what they are going to install and how they are going to install it.Finally, I cant say enough about the tradesmen that installed my system. I call them tradesmen intentionally because they are the most highly skilled technicians I have ever encountered in 20 years of home ownership. They are extremely well mannered, they took time to explain what they were doing and were genuinely interested in answering questions. They were impeccably dressed in clean uniforms, took all precautions to keep my property clean and performed the installation to my exacting standards without the need for me to do any prompting. Everything was level, plumb, well sealed and thoroughly tested. Neatness counts, even if you dont see the work. I recently had to have an a/c unit with furnace replaced in the upstairs of my home. Arcadia HVAC did an amazing job installing my system from the first phone call for an estimate right through installation. What a great crew of professional men. Left my house exactly as they found it. No mess and no damage.

I had a Rheem unit installed 5 years ago by a “Friend” who owned his own A/C business The unit never cooled correctly over the 5 years.The first cooling coil failed within 2 weeks, the second had a leak that the “Friend” nor 3 other companies could identify. Very frustrating having to have it re-charged yearly, sometimes twiceI needed a new unit for my down-stairs space. I called Arcadia and spoke with Cam for almost 30 min.He was confident he could find the issue in my Rheem unit, I must say I was not.I told him if he fixes my upstairs I would use Arcadia for my downstairs unit.His team showed up, on-time and a team of 2.The guys were clean-cut, well spoken and I could tell they knew what they were doing based on the way they worked in-synch30 min into the visit I hear my wife say “ I think they found something”Up to the attic I went and Cam’s team had my cooling coil out and could see a leak ( There was Dye from the “Friend” who had been out 2 weeks earlier and somehow could not see the dye.)The team went ahead and tested my lines and felt confident the coil was bad ( This would be my 3nd in 5 yrsToo add insult to injury, the “Friend” failed to register the Rheem under warranty.Cam made me a deal and gave me a quote to replace the upstairs cooling coil with a Trane Cooling cool. I felt it was very reasonable considering they frustration I have had for past 5 years.We scheduled for a full new install for downstairs and the replacement of the Cooling coil for the broken Rheem unit upstairs.This time a team of 4 showed up, all as impressive as the next. They went right to work and in 4 hrs I had a new unit as well as a upstairs unit blowing the coldest air I have measured since the unit was installed.I know this is a long review, but I know excellent service compared to customer service. These guys are excellent. I was waiting to see how the units would perform when the temps are in the 80’s.Today I am absolutely thrilled I found Arcadia and cannot recommend them any higher 10 Stars!
