I got a decent (not great) haircut. Even with a Veterans or new customers discount it was still pretty expensive. Not sure I would go back again or not.
Great for kids haircuts. These girls know how to give a great cut to busy kids.
My husband went there today and WOW his hair is a disaster. One side is cut very short and the other side is drastically uneven. She had plenty of hair to work with prior to cutting it. He had grown it out for MONTHS so it’s not like she had nothing to work with. This was either done by someone who clearly has no idea what their doing or bad training and shouldn’t be behind a chair.
Makayla and Cassandra are extremely professional, and the absolute best when it comes to hair, for what the company offers! Retain and promote both of them!
I tried to call ahead to make an appointment and they said I had to do so online. I tried to do so online and their website insist that I did not have an account. Weird because I always used my phone number to identify myself before on their online tablet at the store... but in any case I tried to make an account and the website said that I needed to verify my account but showed an error when I requested it text me or email me. I tried to call again and it was almost as though the phone was sitting off the hook. I could not reach anyone in a half hour span. Solid busy tone. I tried to come in person and speak with them and some young woman ran to the door and talked over me telling me not to come in because I dont have a mask on. Acted like it was funny when I was frustrated. I will not be returning. Fix your damn system or be prepared to take appointments over the phone. Someone 14 minutes ago had almost the exact same experience and left a similar review. Blond woman black mask.
I took my grandson to his appointment which my daughter booked online May 18th, 2020. Now mind you this establishment has just reopened since covid-19. We arrived at our scheduled appointment with our masks covering our faces and from our vehicle called the phone number we were instructed to call to let staff know we were outside. The phone to the establishment remained busy as I repeatedly called for about 5 minutes. We decided to exit our vehicle and walk up to the door and again called the number that was indicated on a big poster board hanging on their window. Again busy. I decided to open the door, not to go in but to let the gal at the desk know we arrived for our appointment. The gal at the front desk was about as unprofessional as a wet mop. She hollered at us not to come in as I verbally stated I just wanted staff to know we arrived and continued to receive a busy signal on their phone. She nastily replied to me “that’s because we are on it.” I seriously don’t think I have ever been treated so rude by any establishment as I did this particular day. I didn’t get this gals name but she was short with bleach blonde hair and dark roots. Nancy was the gal who cut my grandson’s hair. She couldn’t have been nicer and she did an excellent job! I left flabbergasted due to the rude treatment thinking to myself how do you treat paying customers with such disrespect. Paying customers are the backbone to the success of a business and if this is the treatment I receive for services I will take my business elsewhere! Oh by the way when my grandson’s haircut was finished and it was time to pay they had no problem letting me in. Funny how that works 🤦♀️
