Long story short, they ghosted me. Im guessing because I wanted to pay cash and not finance through them.Went interested in a car, test drove it and decided I wanted it.The guys were nice that I talked to. Was planning on buying a car, they told me they could fix a part that was missing or take it off the price. (120 dollar part of the convertible top) They said theyd call after a day or two.After about a week I called and the lady said my guy was there. She transferred me to him, he ignored my call. I left a message asking about the car.I called again and he picked up. After telling him who i was, he said he would call me back later. never called me again.Used cars dont make much money, financing used cars is how they make money. Its literally in their name.

We recently bought a Chevy Cruze from Curtis and Vance. The day after we purchased it we discovered that a leak in the transmission line had caused damage to the transmission. This leak was missed by both their mechanic and a mechanic that we took the car to prior to purchase.Vance agreed to get the transmission fixed or replaced if we would cover the first $600 of the repair. It turned out the entire transmission needed to be replaced and he covered the remaining costs. The car was bought as-is and they were under no obligation to help with the repair bill but they still did. They have been more than willing to help out and make us feel happy about our purchase. I would buy another car from them in the future and recommend them to others looking for a car.

I love them. Curtis, Jon and Vance are amazing. They have always kept their word and helped us in every way. When I was told a car I had purchased there less than a year earlier needed a new engine, I was upset but figured they could not have known and went there to buy another car. Not only did they offer to trade in a car that was undrivable, they actually looked out for me to make sure I got the best deal possible. They offered to look over my old car for free and see if they could get the engine replacement could be covered under my warranty. After looking at it, they decided it would be better for me to fix the old car. (There is no commission for a salesman for fixing a car. They were looking out for me and my family.) They looked it over and it did not need a new engine, just a few parts replaced. They went above and beyond and gave me a loaner while everything was being fixed and made sure my car was in perfect condition when I got it back. They have been a blessing to my family over and over again. (3 cars and all the help we needed) Thank you

Myhhusband and I will never ever buy another vehicle from EZ Auto. We bought 2 vehicles from them. The HHR has spent more time being repaired than it has driven. The Equinox we bought had problems with oil consumption that we told them about numerous times and they kept pushing us off and telling us its normal and to just keep an eye on it. This continued until we were over the mileage for the replacement engine cost to be covered by the recall. We had to get a loan to pay for the engine. Now after the engine has been replaced, the rear main seal goes out. That should have been replaced when the engine was replaced. We brought it to the attention of EZ Auto. And they said oh gee, we dont cover that. Youll have to pay for it. So once again, were in the same boat as we were before with Easy Auto. I will never recommend anyone to get a vehicle from them after this and we will never purchase another from them. The saddest part is we bought a car for $275 and its in better mechanical condition and drivability this entire time than the Equinox or the HHR put together.

I went here to look for a car of course and this obnoxiously guy came in here yelling and being very rude talking about his car cutting me off as I was trying to make a deal on getting a new car the workers there stopped helping me to talk to this super rude guy even though we were there first. The workers didn’t say anything to this man while he was interrupting and being loud in the office. It was just very unprofessional. The guy was helpful whenever he wasn’t being interrupted but I felt uncomfortable the whole time I was there. Got into a argument with the guy and worker still didn’t do anything. I will not be proceeding in business with them.

I have bought 3 vehicles from EZ, I returned 3 times because of John. I did not get his last name, he was very personable, likeable, rememberable.This is the last vehicle I will purchase from this place. Without John you have the owner who is NOT A PEOPLE PERSON then to add insult to injury the REPLACEMENT is a drone. There is no friendly greetings, just two guys that look unpleasant.Last time we buy from them. Looking for John...where is John?

Great service, great customer service. 2 stars for the great guys there, but docked 3 because a month into owning my first financed vehicle I had to replace the slave cylinder, clutch, and flywheel. Not fun.

Just got a car from them a week ago. First two days, I absolutely loved the car. Day three, making brake noise. Needs all pads all the way around, and both front rotors are warped. While having it looked at, the mechanic informs me that the tires are the wrong speed rating, making it unsafe to drive, and the rims are also the wrong size. That throws the speedometer off and mileage is not recorded properly. Great job on that guys! (that was sarcasm) Now this morning, check engine light is on, and I have a Maint. Required light lit up. Never ever again. I will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Auto Experts know exactly how to screw people over. They have more than 5 years of it. I am being sued for a car purchased from EZ Auto Finance. They repossessed the car, auctioned the vehicle at their own will and are still coming after me for more than $3,000.If you want to have your credit ruined and a car that barely drives, the go to EZ Auto Finance. They have plenty of nice looking vehicles that have massive internal damage.I took the chance on a cheap car, dont do the same mistake. Go buy your car at a reputable car dealer

I would not recommend this place to any one I know. I purchased a used car and had so many problems with it. For example the day I took it home the bumper falls off, I then had to take time to go back and there answer to fixing it was super glue. Well that lasted a wk then fell off again. I felt like I was being lied to constantly when I wud start asking about things I thought were wrong and the credit ppl they work with are just as horrible. When I first got the car my sister then got a van and had the same problem with it breaking down right away and just getting the run around from them!
