A regular Sams club. Great deals everywhere and good finds. I drink a lot of seltzers and Sams Club had some flavors that the regular stores dont. So that was a good find for me. I didnt eat at the cafe this location, but I assume it is just as good/the same as the other locations.
This is the closest Sams club to me and I am happy about it. The store is very clean, stocked, and easy to stroll through. I like that there is self checkout and I have never had to wait yet. I love finding items here in bulk. I sometimes get hooked on something and buy a bunch. I think they have a great fresh fruit section and at great prices. One Stop Shopping.
Normally no issues. Always clean. Did pickup on latest order which was cancelled. The kicker - It was cancelled 25 minutes after the time we were supposed to pick it up while we were there buying other items.
Terrible service at every level. Constantly cant find things that their website says are in stock. Theyve charged me for a pickup or that I never picked up. Theyve told me an order was ready for pickup only for me to drive there and then they tell me the item isnt in stock. Ive tried to make this place work because its closer to me, but Im switching to Costco. I cant put up with their terrible customer service anymore.
Decent for your bulk needs. Not always best price so be smart about it.

Always well stocked, clean, bathrooms are clean. I love their self checkout and they usually have plenty of check out lanes open so its easy and quick to check out. They now have two people checking receipts at the door which is efficient and quick.

I really like buying things in bulk but the selection can be limited so thats the only reason Im giving it 4 stars. That being said this store is clean and well organized, has friendly and helpful staff, and obviously has great prices. Last I was there they only had quarts of half and half, which I thought was kinda weird for a bulk store. I usually buy it by the half gallon at a normal grocery store. As a new customer, Im not sure if thats how it always is or whether they were just out of larger sizes.

If there was a 0, that’s what I would give THIS Sam’s Club. Only this one on Sawmill Rd. In Dublin, Ohio. If you want to be harassed and chased around the store by employees, then this is the store for you! I was asked 4 times in ONE visit to sign up for their Credit Card. Saying “No Thank You” once, twice or even 3 times is not enough for them.On one visit, an employee found me in the clothing area and wanted me to sign up right there on her clipboard. I declined more than twice.During another trip to that same store-Walking INto the store I was asked, “what was in my purse” as he glanced in it.At a different visit, a lady named Edythe looked into my wallet at checkout and told me I “needed one of her (Sam’s Club) credit cards”! She was bumping me in the shoulder/arm and touching me in jest-I guess she thought something was so very funny and was joking around about something. She grabbed my friends hand and my friend had to pull it away from her. She created trouble between me and my friend- WHILE WE WERE IN THE STORE! We had to sort it out in the car!! All of this in a 30 minute visit! I had only seen this Edythe in Sam’s. I do not know her apart from that. VJ will ask you a hundred times to sign up. If you say no he will ask you why. He will get in your personal space and harass you! I mentioned that I really hate being asked countless times to sign up for their card, and how pushy they are. EDYTHE repeated over and over to me, “Don’t say “hate”, you don’t “hate” it. We don’t use the word “hate”, come on now….” She talked to me like I was a 5 yr old child. When I called the store manager, KRISTIE WAGNER to discuss this, she actually acted like she couldn’t be bothered. In fact, I had left her a couple of messages over several days and never received a phone call back. Not until I drove to a different Sam’s and told that manager what had happened and I couldn’t get KRISTIE WAGNER to call me back. I got a call the next morning. Several days later I followed up with HQ and one of their representatives read me the email documentation KRISTIE WAGNER submitted after my call with her. She bold-faced lied about several things. I wondered why the phone rep kept asking me if this was about about weird things: 1. My lost wallet. 2. The sexual abuse. 3. The assault. And was I planning on or have I called the police?” I was so confused I had the rep verify my name and address to make sure he had the right information in front of him. He sure did. Then said, let me read you the email KRISTIE WAGNER sent us. I was ASTOUNDED! Nearly speechless. That was last Saturday. I don’t know what to do about it. I was harassed, touched by an employee, offended, personal boundaries were crossed, I think this lying about me is defamatory. All of this at THIS Sam’s Club!! So DON’T go there! Drive 20 miles out of your way to avoid getting treated like absolute trash. Kristie never apologized -she barely said, “ok, ~I’ll talk to the staff…. I almost let it all go until she lied about me. That is where I draw the line. I detest lying. And when you lie about ME- well, that’s MY character and reputation you are destroying. I will continue to post about my experiences here s often as I remember to. They have not even called to discuss this with me. I guess big business doesn’t really care about their customers. It’s clear, Sam’s Club does not!

This store has worst customer service ever. I called customer service multiple times today. They were not picking up. Even If they would pick up the call, they will put on hold and will never respond back. I even tried holding it for more than 15 minutes. Very disappointed.
Recently I joined Sams club after terminating my Costco membership.I loved to find sashimi grade salmon and I loved to enjoy it fully at home as sushi is pretty expensive in Columbus when considering quality of sushi.Pros:- Easy to find products with signs up on stock- Packed unit of some products is smaller than Costco. Sometimes, bulk unit of some products was too big for my family and wastes was made also.So personally I thought this is one of pros.Cons:- Variety of products are not broad.- Price is little higher than Costco. I think this is because bulk unit is smaller than Costco.

Typically I have good experiences at this location, but tonight I did a grocery pickup while I was out shopping and the guy who brought my order out to my car didn’t want to close the back hatch of my suv and ordered me to do it so I asked him to step back and I would get it and he wouldn’t step back. He could have at least gave me a 6 foot distance if he didn’t want to close the hatch but he wouldn’t. Guess I’ll have to make the journey to Hilliard from now on if I’m doing grocery pickup because his attitude was unacceptable
This place is a great place to go if you’re just looking to get things at great prices however I have noticed that they do not treat their employees well at all. They also didn’t implement any cart cleaning measures like Costco did when the Covid crisis emerged and still do not have any measure in place. This makes the cart area fill up with 30+ people at once as everyone is trying to sanitize their own carts. Because of the treatment of their employees and the lack of care of their own customers I choose to bring my business to Costco where the employees are happier and the carts are sanitized.
Saves alot of money
I was over charged had to go back and get it taken off my bill. So I put my food away and had to go back. With gas at 2.99 and I had other things to do. I just happen to look at my bill . it was $11.88. Not sure if there were any more charges because I had put some thing away.

I really enjoy Sams club. Their brand name items are high quality, and I love the variety of items they have there. Everything from bulk office supplies to all you need to cater an event, and all the food in between. They have a great selection of organic foods, even some that are difficult to find elsewhere. I just hate how easy it is to spend $400 here without realizing. That said, Ive never felt like I didnt get my moneys worth.

Generally I have a wonderful experience here. But today was totally different. Usually I check myself out but decided to let employee do it. The lady scanning the items was polite and friendly. The lady putting my things on the belt to be scanned then place them in my cart was another story. She was gruff & didnt smile. When I pushed my cart to the parking lot, 2 items fell out so I retrieved them and in doing this put a large scratch on my leg that started bleeding. While unloading the stuff into my car I saw that both boxes of the Slim Jims were busted. The packages I chose were intact.Im not sure what was going on with that lady but she put a real damper on my day. Did I go back to talk with someone? No. At that point I just wanted to leave.Ill scan & pack my stuff myself next time.

I stopped by Sam’s Club yesterday and happened to walk in behind a middle age couple who walked by the greeted with no issue at all; however, when my husband and I walked in and were a little past the greeter he proceeded to “yell” not loudly but that he needed to see my membership card. Why is it that the couple in front of us and the ones that walked in behind us did not have to show their cards, but I had to show mine? If you’re going to make one person show their card it should be a consistent thing and EVERYONE should show their member card.

Its a sams club. This one in paricular is a bit more spacious and open with walk in refrigerated sections. Like most clubs, checkout on weekends takes forever. If tou havent tried checkout with the sams club app, you should. It works better than any other checkout app Ive used and its3 surprisingly responsive...certainly better than spending half an hour waiting to check out.
Everytime we shop there, we are constantly bombarded by employees roaming through the store trying to sign people up for a Sams Club credit card. It is so annoying that once the year membership is done, we will not renew.
Friendly service, great deals, healthy options, convenient, awesome curbside service. Lucky enough to have my order ready very early and able to pick it up early, too. Extremely convenient.

I got everything that I wanted today.
Sams Club now offers an application for scanning items and paying for them . This avoids the checkout line wait. This particular Sams Club is still recovering from Covid 19 panic buying. This Sams Club has a good supply of fresh produce though its beef supplies were limited to ground beef. There were also some cheeses that were not available, shredded mozzarella being one of them. Even with all that the shopping experience was still good and the staff helpful.
Its been years since I was a member. Used their promo for a free membership and ended up walking out with $150 in groceries. Very nice store. Has changed a lot. Happy to be a member again.

ZERO STARS!!!....forced to give at least 1 to post the review. Screwed us out of the Ohio 10% wine case discount on 2 cases, even though they admitted it should apply. Was told to escalate to corporate HQ, which we tried for 1 hr. only to get routed to support lines in the Phillipine with horrible english. Was told I needed to speak to highest store manager. That was 2pm, 2 calls and 2 measages, and no call backs 3+ hrs ago.

Clean, well stocked in all departments, and love the scan and go option in the Sams Club app. Avoid lines by using the app. Only downfall with Sams is that the food court is still closed at this time.
I have always had good service from the people that work here. The prices are fair. They are very good at keeping checkout lines down. I hate shopping, but can tolerate Sams Club.
They have good deals on a lot of stuff. Just a fair warning, we only get their gas in the summer, if at all, because our cars wouldnt start in the Winter when we were using Sams Gas.

This Sams was undoubtedly the worst one I have ever shopped in. There was one helpful employee on the floor but the check out and customer service staff were not polite and were down right rude. I got so frustrated that I left my cart and (1)item sit and left. I hope to never have to shop at that store again any time soon.

Saturday afternoon the register area is a mess more than half hour waiting on a line with les than 8 shopping cars in line. They work without any pleasure to work sad because few months ago was a god place to get prices and service.

The Sam’s club associate at check started to tell me about the Sam’s club credit card and tapped apply on my check out screen and though I mentioned I’m not interested. NEVER start tapping buttons on my screen when I’m paying for something. It’s rude and unethical high pressure sales tactics. Treat me like a guest not a mark.

Having worked for Sam’s Club Optical, I know what should be done as far as Customer Service goes, and this shop does a great job! Tatsiana and Teresa have been helpful to me as Associates, but also when I was a customer. Even though I no longer work for the company, I am treated very well here. The Manager Michael also was helpful to me with a recent Rx change issue.Don’t bother with the one in Hilliard, this is where you will get honest, caring & great Customer Service.
I love the store. The food always looks great. The warm food is good too for the price. Only negative is poor service at the hot food counter. They are not as efficient ever since their new kiosk method was set up.

Line outside of a 140000 sqft location to be let in. 150 people is the allowance but theres not even that many cars, to have even close to that many people in a store this size. Waiting out side in 95 degree heat when the entire parking lot could fit inside here and have no issues. I hate this.

The Sams Club on Sawmill is always clean. Their staff is extremely helpful. Love their fresh meat case, the fresh cut prime tenderloin is delicious and less expensive than the choice in the grocery stores. We love the fresh baked hoagie rolls, use what I need the first day and freeze the rest in Ziploc bags and thaw use as needed.
By far the best Sams Club in Columbus.
Worst staff no meners to handle customer its worst place. No cleaning . no vipes or no sprey to clean cart even. Cashier is to rude and resist. I buy only 5 stuff and when I stand to check out its take 40 minutes and there is only one customer and 2 cashier are taking care for 1 and its for 40 minutes. Wast my time for shoping n checkout . cashiers are working like volunteer.
Just got done with Sam’s. Associate Sarah was amazing! She helped me find the items I needed and was awesome! Even on New year’s day, which I know is busy. She took her time and made sure that I received the best care. Thank you for making my visit a great one!
I’ve been to the Sam’s Club on Morse Road and in Reynoldsburg on the East side and this one is by far the best. They always have the store nicely stocked and the associates are friendly to help if you need it and the store is clean as well. One of the many things I like about this location is the fresh squeezed orange juice they have on weekends and the fresh meat counter where you can get as much as you need and they have fresh seafood and sushi also.This location also has a gas station and the prices are always at least 30-50 cents cheaper than others in Dublin and Columbus which is why I prefer this one over the Morse Road location, plus I’m too far north in Columbus to go to the East Side.I do agree that it’s annoying that the First Energy people try to sell you stuff, but I politely say hi and slowly walk over or say I’m not interested.Also if you do join Sam’s Club, I highly recommend getting the Plus membership. Free shipping online, early store hours Monday-Saturday and for every $500 you spend, you get $10 back and I’m up to $40 so far.
Always friendly staff with a clean store and prices that have you buying things that didnt make the list. End of season markdowns and instant savings are a nice bonus to already discounted items. Ive never taken advantage of the Plus Members benefits where you can shop earlier hours prior to normal operating hours. I must say, it was a very nice experience!
The so called “greeters” of the store make it seem like you’re walking into a funeral parlor. Every time I go there it’s hard to not notice how understaffed they are. Course if their site worked that might help with the application process. A lot of the produce you have to inspect closely or you may get mold as well as add onto the fact that if you’re busy with something the greeter when you go to leave is apparently planted there and can’t move from their stool. I’m sorry “Doesn’t have to move” cause after all their job doesn’t involve moving at all. It’s an alright store but staffing the place with friendlier people as well as more people wouldn’t hurt in the long run.
I have memberships at both Costco and Sams Club, but Sams offers a few extras that keep me renewing every year.The first is that Sams offers convenient access from I-270 and SR315. Additionally, the Plus Membership offers early opening hours which add convenience if you like getting shopping done while avoiding crowds This Club also added large walk in refrigerated spaces for produce and dairy, along with an area with freshly prepared seafood. Arguably the biggest plus is the shopping app which allows you to scan what you buy as you shop, so you can check out without ever waiting at a register. You simply walk to the door with the purchase, have your phone scanned, and off you go. Its worth noting that the last photo I included with this review, is one of the lot taken when I stopped by to pick up a few things during the Plus Membership hours.
