I had the worst non professional device reptresentive by the name of Brandon tells me the reason why my service hasnt been restore is because I should pay remaining balance using my card. I paid cash of $140.0 through western union since the close office here and the before rep did not tell me it would take days to be posted. They forever charging more every month yet gives poor service. Just a big rip off

The service leaves a great deal to be desired. Other potential customers need to be informed before getting inefficient service like we did. I have informed the billing department, the front office, the repair service provider from day one about the lack of service, little or no connection and I got absolutely no where. No one in the office I spoke to seem to know this companys rules. Internet connection was outsourced to a third party company who never turned on service at the poles. The lack of technical knowledge on the third partys role has caused my husband and I, customers, real headaches and inconvenience for over a year. Being that we are seasonal customers in Dublin, we were even charged when the service was requested to be held a specific time. I spoke to a supervisor on last Saturday after informing her of the inefficient hook up by the third party company. This lady was no different than the rest, she gave excuses. The companys records uploaded on her screen went back only six months. Everything informed to this supervisor, she gave excuses or had no lack of knowledge like the rest of Charter Spectrum Service. I am looking for new service, but if you sign up with this company, do it at your own risk. The services leaves a great deal to be desired - CUSTOMER SERVICE that the employees are lacking from the head supervisor I spoke to on down. The only one appeared to know something was Tracy.
Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I had internet and a tv streaming box. I had returned the equipment for tv streaming and asked that the streaming be removed from my account, and only keep my internet. They continued to charge me for several months after for the streaming service. Then they refused to refund me my money or even apply the money to my internet service. Also the internet gets cut off multiple times a week at midnight for hours on end for what I assume is some sort of service maintenance. The representative spent 30min trying to sell me more packages instead of dealing with my issue. I will be looking for a different provider for my internet service in my area.

Got my service order wrong.Disappointment.Upset me and my family.Try to tell repsentative they had our order wrong.They would not listening.
So the fact is Spectrum offers faster internet than I have experienced. However, they change their prices often. The only notification that your bill is going to be higher next month, is a message in the side bar of your monthly statement. I have left them twice for this reason. Recently, I decided to try them again. I simply asked what the full price, no promotion price was and I said well I would like the service but I dont want a surprise balance when I get my bill in the mail.Now, unbelievably, I get my new statement and my service went up 10$!! Why? According to the statement my promotion has ended. What promotion?!? My experience with them has been less than pleasant. Im not going to change but it isnt the best way to run a business. I have called and complained about it on several occasions. About 3 months ago, one person actually told me that they would send me the equipment to ensure we could watch Spectrum on an older television we have. Im still waiting for that! Not.
Our cable has currently been out for four days! All Charter could tell me was there was an outage at MY house alone. The bill for cable, internet and phone is as high as our light bill! Which is a joke. I’ll be actively seeking new service from a more affordable, reliable company ASAP!!!

I had an issue with billing and the representative I spoke to at the location, Martha, was extremely helpful and kind!
Opened account asked about their video service and was told that too get new customer discount had to get all at once. Also was told that if you decided you didn’t want video just bring the receiver back. Got no disclaimers the fine print stuff and was not told by the sales lady that you had to bring receiver back in 30 days or you loose all new customer discounts. Brought back 33 days and lost all discounts very rude about it and told me it would not do any good to call corporate. She was right no bending of rules even though no one told or gave literature on the rules.

Ive been a long time customer of the now.. Spectrum..The service is great here and the representatives are very understanding.
Screw charter I pay $70 a month and they Dont have the balls to tell me when they are working on it or it goes out. I have email.....they Dont Tell me when they are working on it or when it will be down...and they harass you about buying cable all hours of the day morning and night about their cable package that I Dont want or need.
Anoying bill pay, they always try to upsell even after you tell them not to waste there breath, and the service goes out a lot. Although they are much better than AT&T, they still blow, you cant get good internet around here. Even in the middle of town😂.

Been sitting on the front porch of this business since 8am waiting on them, supposed to be here by 10am. No one called, no one came here but at 10:30 when I called they told me the tech closed the ticket stating that no one was at that location. Techs lie and company does not care about your business.
