Took my pool cleaner in for check up cant try it now but sure they did a great job. They were very helpful when I bought the pool cleaner even put the Carry cart together for me.

These guys build a great quality pool with quality components! The pool and hot tub Charlie designed and built have both been in service now about 5 summers. The Pools Plus service team has been great and the folks at the store are always helpful — thanks for making pool ownership so easy—keep up the good work!

Commercial pools/pools plus built our 57k Gallon concrete pool nearly 20 years ago. It’s evident that something has drastically changed in the last 2-3 years. When we dealt with Charlie everything was done with integrity. Was a first class company.I can’t say the same about the company these days. I’ve been constantly lied to by matt and brevin to the point we left and went to another company for service and new construction on another. They used a now class action recalled paint and didn’t stand behind it.Sad to see a family business get ruined by laziness.

Should be No StarsWe had this company build our pool 2 years ago - painful process but Charlie was good to work with and the pool seems to be good. However, after that they have been extremely difficult to work with for service and maintenance. They took our filters last year and could not find them this spring. I would have picked them up if they called me to tell me they were ready. I called them over the winter to ask if they had them because we would need them for start-up - they said they did.So when they came out to start up the pool - they just started it with NO filters - DID NOT TELL ME that there were no filters. I had to call them because the pool was not getting clean- they said there were filters - I opened it up - no filters.I had to call several times to find out what they were going to do - they said they had found them. They came and installed them when I was not home. Turns out that they put some very old filters back in our system - not the originals.They do not ever, ever return a call. You have to call them 2 or 3 times to follow-up. They all just say what ever story they want to make up - without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I honestly do not know how they stay in the supplies and service part of the business.They seem nice - but not truthful.

John and Brevin have always been extremely helpful in managing and troubleshooting our companys pools.

Sawmill Road location.Company is terrible with regards to service and it starts at the top. Service was scheduled but techs were never informed of the work. Only my call into their company a hour after they were supposed to be there reminded them of it. When they finally showed up, they wouldnt open the pool because a switch had gone bad. OK, I can understand that, but I was paying for them to do the work, not me.I replaced the switch myself and called them back to get the pump running, check the filter media, condition the water and to check/replace a small section of edge coping. For the second service call they showed up, made no mention they were there, only installed a new motor on the pump and left. The pump was not properly installed to completion, a hole from a past self-chlorinator was not repaired and the filter was not running. When I called to inquire, I was told that I NEEDED TO RUN TO LOWES TO BUY THE REMAINING PARTS TO FINISH OUT WIRING IN THE NEW ELECTRICAL MOTOR and figure out how to patch the hole from the old chlorinator myself. Are you kidding me?My motor now needs to be disassembled in order to put a very basic piece of PVC waterproofing conduit onto the it, otherwise the electrical components will continue to be exposed to the weather. It is expected of me to do this....why am I paying for this service again? I am remodeling this house, I dont want to work on the pool. I dont hire a service company to do half the job and expect me to finish out to completion a job.The filter media was never checked in the sand filter and the edge coping has never been addressed, despite 2 service calls and 3 requests to have it looked at.Currently, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The ball to remedy the situation is not in my court.

This company completed the construction of my pool including painting it. Not long after completion, the paint dissolved in the pool water - making it unsightly and unhealthy to swim in. Whats worse is once they were notified of the condition of the job they completed, they refused to make it right.

Worst pool company ever! Upon closing my pool they took my $1200 filters for cleaning and never returned them. Two years I called and asked for them and was blown off every time. Finally I went in to the store and was treated so rude. I bought new filters at a discount $300 off, and this season when I called for closing the pool found out that they now have me on a cash sale basis.They painted my pool at a cost of over $2600 and it bubbled up on the bottom before water even went in. It took many many calls to get them to react. The manager came to my house and said that they would repaint it next year, now they will not acknowledge it.This company chases the dollar and not customer satisfaction. They are rude and unethical!
