They did fantastic job on my son cradle ceremony function

I recently hosted a large outdoor event (150+ on attendance) and needed tables, tents, ect. I contacted (2) local rental companies and was directed to go to their website for pricing. Zero customer service. I then contacted Santha at Festa Rentals. He was amazing! Very responsive and his prices are extremely reasonable compared to the competition. Santha and his team came out to set up and take down as agreed and every one of them was professional, courteous and respectful. Far exceeded my expectations. Santha made what could have been a stressful day a true pleasure. If you are looking for a rental company-look no further-you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Santha and your amazing team!

I had organized rentals with this company and they just never showed up. We had agreed on a time and place for delivery and pick up, and yeah just nothing from them so no I would not recommend this incompetent company. I thought it was odd they didn’t ask for pre payment and there was no contract drawn up so I should have realized then.

I recently availed Festa Party Rentals service and the service was pathetic. My friends in San Ramon recommended about Santhakumar and his service. Santhakumar provided a student for providing the service, he never showed up and the student doesnt have any idea about anything. My experience with them was pathetic. The prices were way high compared to A1 rentals which I came to know after availing the service. Also, Santhakumar forced us to cater from Blue Fox restaurant. My friends warned me not to cater from Blue Fox restaurant and revealed that he will get 20% commission when we cater food from them.He became very upset as I didnt cater from Blue Fox and I guess he messed up with our event because we didnt cater from Blue Fox.

The chairs, tables and other things were in good condition. Good service with nice staff.

Worst ever! We went and booked for event 2 weeks ago and they said slot was available & quote will be sent in 2 days ! We were following every couple of days and their reply was same ! Finally after two weeks they said that slot is full!
