Service has been great. When we first started using them they bypassed us the first time. I called them they came right away and picked it up. They come by the same time every week so I know exactly what time it needs to be by the road.

I’ve tried to contact this place to use their service several times but they don’t answer the phone or return messages. I know they operate in my area of Dodge county because they do my neighbors. I guess they don’t need my business. This has motivated me to help my son start a competing business. I already have the rolling trash cans from a paper recycling company I once owned. Thanks Evans!

I am not understanding how all of their customers in my area trash was picked up but they chose to pass by my house not one time but two times, slowed up, looked at the can and kept going. We dont have problems paying them but they dont always perform a good service.

They would probably do better if they would answer their phones. Their competition provided us great service. No need to call here again.

It is apparently too much to ask your guys to place the empty receptacles a couple of feet off the road so they will not be blown over by large trucks into the road, ditch or driveway. I have made a couple of calls to you in the past and it was good for awhile but soon reverted. I am home now for a couple of months after back surgery. If I stand in the door when they pull up they will place the receptacle behind the ditch off the driveway and even wave. Today I wasnt watching for them, so where do you think they left it? Yep! Right on the edge of the road in front of the ditch. So before I can get dressed to go out and push it down the driveway, of course a big truck comes by and blows it over. After back surgery I can push it but I cannot pick it up, so it will probably lay there and get blown into the ditch by another truck before my husband gets home from work. And you wonder why these receptacles get torn up so fast! I say all this to say, I will make one more phone call to your company if the same thing happens next week or the next; and it will be to cancel my service.

Always courteous, always leave cans where they are supposed to. Never complain

Terrible, awful service. I should have listened when everyone told me not to sign up for their services. They skipped our trash more often than they picked it up. I had to call each week to remind them to come pick up my trash .I would never, ever recommend this company to anyone.
