Called and got a quote over the phone to clean Duvet cover and mattress cover and was quoted $40 a piece ended up costing 110. Wasn’t happy about that.

Being new to an area, one of the many services you look for (aside from doctor, dentist, car mechanic, etc.) is a reliable dry cleaners. This was our first visit to Dublin Cleaners and it was a great experience. We worked with Demetria and her customer service skills were impeccable. In addition to the amazing customer service, our clothes look great! I cannot say enough great things about this place. I give it 5 stars!!!

This is a fantastic service! I live in Pennsylvania and could not find a good bridal store that would preserve my wedding dress (especially for the right amount of money). I saw Dublin cleaners and contacted them. I figured they would not be able to service a customer in PA, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that they could! Margaret was such a wonderful woman. She explained the entire process to me in great detail. She even told me how they had a service that would come and pick up my dress for me right from my house! I did not have to do anything but put the dress in a box. Additionally, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. I knew exactly where my dress was at all times. When the dress was finally returned to me (I did not even have to go pick it up), it looked whiter than the day I had bought it, it was beautifully portrayed in a preservative box, and it was accompanied by a hand-written letter thanking me for my service. You really dont find service like that anymore! The best part was the price. I am telling you brides, if you want excellent service, beautiful preservation, and all at an affordable price, Dublin Cleaners is the way to go!

Best cleaning experience! Dublin cleaners correctly laundered my white lab coat after it was nearly ruined by another local cleaner. It is brilliant white again, not grungy gray and filthy, as it was returned to me after being cleaned by the other cleaner. I love the laundry tracking system and email alerts! Demetria was friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and a great face of the business. I will ONLY take my clothes to Dublin Cleaners now! They have gained a lifelong client!

I bought my wedding dress from Wendys Bridal in Dublin in June of 2012. After having my dress altered through Wendys, I took it to Dublin Cleaners for a final cleaning before my wedding in December (the cleaners Wendys recommended). Upon taking my dress out of the protective plastic, I noticed on the hanger that the lace overlay looked short. I tried on the dress and found that about two inches of the material beneath the overlay was showing and the lace had shrunk. Whatever Dublin cleaners used on my dress are not the kind of materials they should have used, because nothing at a traditional dry cleaner should shrink lace. One of my bridesmaids used safety pins to fix my dress on my wedding day. After spending hundreds of dollars on a dress and alterations and $125 for a cleaning that was recommended by the salon, I was extremely disappointed with the entire experience.Additionally, I brought a winter jacket to Dublin Cleaners last December for cleaning, and realized after picking it up that one of the metal snaps had been bent so badly that it will no longer close and the lining in one of the sleeves was ripped.I also learned from a colleague in Hilliard City Schools that after using Dublin Cleaners to service the formal dresses for our high school womens choirs, 50 dresses had been misplaced over the summer. Granted, this was a large order, but 20 of the dresses were never recovered and our choral director had to replace them. Dublin Cleaners initially denied having lost the dresses, but later noticed the error. I also understand that our Bands used Dublin Cleaners to service our uniforms and there is now unexpected color variation among the uniforms. This is unacceptable from a professional dry cleaning service.

I have some old Navy uniforms that I am donating and I needed to have the neckerchief and Dress Blue bottoms cleaned among some old dungarees no longer issued to today’s sailors. These uniforms were a part of my original seabag received over 25 years ago. The uniforms looks good as new and will make a great addition to the donation’s collection.

I have always had great a great experience at Dublin Cleaners. The employees are always very friendly and prompt to help me when I arrive in store. Also, I am always happy with the quality of cleaning that is done here. The only downside is that sometimes it is a little bit pricey. I was a little bit surprised when I dropped off 4 things and came back with a $70 bill. They did send me a coupon for a free sweater cleaning to my e-mail though, which was nice.

Ive used Dublin Cleaners for the past few years, mostly for my winter coats and large blankets. The ladies that work there are always so nice and helpful. My clothes come back lovely every time and I dont have to wait very long for them at all! The great thing about Dublin Cleaners is that they email you if your clothes are finished early. As someone who is attached to my phone, I find this very convenient. If you provide them with your email address, you also get some great coupons and stuff from them as well. A++ service!

I found this place just by visiting the other stores in the complex. I had a pretty nasty food stain in a sweater I loved and brought it to them to help me. Not only did they get the stain out but it was done a day and a half early. By the way, they email you when your dry cleaning is finished. On a side note, the front counter rep is very nice and remembered me and my garment/stain when I walked in. This place is friendly, fast and of high quality. I strongly recommend Dublin Cleaners.

I won’t be going back here. Most of the tags on my sweaters stating the size and material were completely dissolved, a Vince. Blouse had a snag and a new spot, and a Pendleton Cardigan I took had the same spots I paid to have cleaned. Very, very disappointed. And way over priced.

I took in a white Eddie Bauer winter coat that I bought from their clearance section. Dublin cleaned the dirty cuffs. (I suspect the coat was a return). What surprised me is that they even stuffed the coat with paper. It looks better than new!! There was an issue about pickup. When I went to get it, the store was closed even though it wasnt lunch time. The associate apologized and offered me a discount. Honestly, what amazing customer service!!!

Fantastic customer service! This dry cleaners went above and beyond for me. They where prompt, fast, friendly. I did give them four stars because I had to call twice about receiving emails that my order had not been picked up when it had in fact been delivered. I assume that someone just never closed out the ticket. Slightly frustrating otherwise pure perfection. I would HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family!

I love Demetria! I was honestly nervous about getting my wedding dress dry cleaned because I didnt know where to go. I ended up bringing my dress to Dublin Cleaners because they had favorable reviews.I brought in my Truly Zac Posen wedding dress to be dry cleaned two weeks after my wedding day, and she was so friendly and professional. I had a great time talking to her while we went over the dirty details of my dress.Demetria looked over each layer of my wedding dress ball gown (there are a lot!) and pointed out areas of the dress that will require special attention from the cleaners. I took notes and verified the dirty spots, snags, and rips.Margaret B. called me a day after I dropped off my dress because she wanted to check on a large rip with one of the layers. She let me know that I could easily fix it, but it was cost an extra $20 for her to fix. I assured her that Id be able to fix it myself. She was so nice for calling!I picked up my dress up last week, and it looks beautiful again! I cant wait to put it on again for my first wedding anniversary.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE: WAS TOLD THEY LOST MY ROSA CLARA WEDDING DRESS. I promise it’s worth the read.I trusted Dublin Cleaners to dry clean my RosaClara Wedding dress. When I initially stopped in to pick up my dress, the front desk associate was smoking outside by their front door. As I walked inside, she put out her cigarette and entered promptly behind me. I notified the associate of my name and item to be picked up, but when I looked in my purse, I realized I had left my wallet on the counter at home. I notified the associate of this and told her I would stop back home to get my wallet and that I’d be back in 20 minutes. She said she would get my dress in that time so that it was ready before I got back.Twenty minutes later I return. The associate then tells me that they have “LOST MY WEDDING DRESS”. I wait patiently as she checks racks under different letters (looking under my married and maiden name) and tells me several times that they don’t have it. After about 10 minutes, she says she’ll go ask her manager who is sitting in the back (visible from the front room). The manager finds my dress which was categoried under another section. The manager has an arrogant attitude telling me multiple times that she is “The Manager” of this store and is telling me for 5 minutes where I should sell my wedding dress. (I’m just thinking: What the heck. Really???? Mind your own business). I eventually become agitated but calmly say that I just want to pay and leave and that I won’t be coming back because they told me they lost my dress . The manager NEVER apologizes and becomes defensive, telling me what a great job they did. After paying, I left without saying anything else.There was no problem with the work, but the customer service was poor. I understand misplacing items in a large shop, but it was how the situation was handled that I’m very upset with. I don’t care who you are (the manager or the CEO)- treat your customers with kindness and respect and take responsibility for your mistakes. Don’t put them into a panic over a problem that could have been solved in a matter of a few minutes.
