Great company. I used one of their 80ft lifts to work on my house and business, the Page House Bed and Breakfast. Had the machine for 2 weeks and never once had a problem. The lift started up the first time every time and never stalled or got stuck. Will definitely use Tristar again.

Top-notch parts dealer.Im a painting contractor in northern Illinois. Recently the gcon went out on one of my lifts and left us dead in the water. My Local service Company was insanely over priced for a plug and play module so i researched the part number and saw TriStar had one listed online. I contacted TriStar To buy the part myself. I called the contact number and was pleased to get a person, not a computer menu. Audie was extremely thorough and took time to contact the manufacturer for confirmation that the code i was getting required the part i asked for before selling it to me. I think the majority of places wouldve just sent me the part and if it wasnt right its my problem. The cab kit we purchased was complete. All components fit. We had an issue with a warped door, but the problem was addressed quickly and we received a replacement in a matter of days. Audie done ok trying to get everything that has been a bad experience resolvedTo begin we were told it would be 10-12 days to receive a new motor. On day 65 (AFTER they got our money) we got a motor. Then we were told once they received our core we would get our core charge back in 10-12 days. Well finally on day 62 after they received core we got a partial refund. Audie did get us a little extra because of the trouble we have had. Now After almost 5 MONTHS we are finally finished having to deal with this and this company. On another note the 3rd party company they got the motor from was extremely helpful and willing to talk to me every time I called
