I order my kids a Christmas gift and I checked status yesterday and it showed delivered! I called to find out where it was because I didnt receive it and they delivered it to wrong address in another city! I have been trying to reach them for two days and they never answer phone or return calls or emails. Horrible place to do with business with!

I ordered razors for my husband on January 20th,2018. The tracking number they provided gave me 2 dates for arriving January 29th then February 2nd. Sent them a email Saturday February 3rd,2018 because the number listed is just a voicemail recording and the voicemail is full so you cant leave a message. Representative stated after sending an email that they could resend items on Monday which is today February 5th, 2018 or refund my money. After trying to communicate again to see if the razors were ever sent out because I know sometimes things happen with mail or deliveries, No response! Send another email today and stated if they couldnt resolve this issue then I would like them to refund my money.Sincerely,Disappointed Customer

I recently ordered some Boiron Avenoc Brand Supositories which I can buy normally in Spain for 14 Euros. Your company has sent me this small box wrapped in a large package box. This was clearly not required and sshould have been smaller. The charge fee was $46.08 and then I had to pay a further £17.00 to the post office when I collected the parcel. An absolute rip off. Please could you send me a return label as we do not want to pay such an extortionate price for this item.
