Received vacuum, non-functional after day 1. Multiple attempts to contact Paradigm Enterprises to cancel and never received a response. Do not buy from this company. Customer service was way beyond poor, particularly for such a high ticket item. No one answers phone for customer service, voicemail only, messages left, no call back. Stopping payment....B
