I honestly say: on average, 5 hours waiting to unload. If you don’t like to wait, this place is not yours. This place is ideal for 8 hrs break. Also, don’t book a load if your are coming here, because you will cancel it. It’s really sad that BEST BUY has to be like this.

If youre planning on visiting this facility, then just decline the load because its better to lose money than experience this awfulness.Ratings are low for a reason. The management has no idea how to run this business and letting all these employees just run around. How can the entire facility be so unprofessional is beyond me.

Good place to work but not so good supervisors

This is the worst place I ever been, they are completely slow, I came at 8 am and is 2 pm and still here, I lost my next load, they don’t want to work, and causing delays, is better Best Buy fire this people in this facility, we need productivity people no lazy people. Come on supervisor push your people or is better stay home and don’t come to work . The forklift operators. Change it pls pls pls .

I wouldnt give them any star. Service as great as area around receiving looks like - mess. Probably last time been clean here year ago before karantin. Deal with 6000lb of load for 4h - slower than turtle. They have restroom available. Otherwise you have to look for empty Metro trailer.

Well I have been a truck driver for more than 25 years and I can honestly say this is one of the worst place that I have been to deliver...starting from the security guard and the people in receiving NOT professional at all...Almost like they dont even want to work here I saw how the treat the drivers as unbelievable I hope I dont have to come back here ever again...

They were really fast go unload me.

Had 10am appointment here, I arrived at 9, got a door fairly quickly, but now I’ve been waiting for almost 3 hours and they still haven’t started to unload me yet. Don’t make any plans for the day when you have to come here.

Very lazy crew they takes an ages to get u unloaded I would just recommend anyone not haul for them if u respect the TIME an off course no body wants to waste their precious time. God bless

This will be the last time I come here. I contract with FedEx custom critical, i have 5 small pallets. I have been here for 4 hours now so I went in to see whats up. They only have 7 people working in this distribution, seems though everyones are sick. If I get this coronavirus they will pay. Thank God if I see a load going to Dublin GA I dont have to take and wont.

Had a 07:00 appointment didnt leave until 11:00, and only had 6,000lbs for em, way too long!!! BS!!!

Drivers, stay away from this place ! Worst place ever, driver checked in at 5:45am(6am) appt and was not empty until 2:29pm...Save yourself and dont go here for any money, lazy and unprofessional people working there !!!

Absolutely the worst unloading experience I have had in a while.....I wish i had read the reviews before I dispatched driver to this location. Every negative review by a truck driver is very much accurate. They will hold the truck more that 4+ hours whether you have 1 pallet or 20.

I have a reservation at 5:00 in the morning, give me dock at 7:40, and unload dock green light at 9:20. Now it is 10:40, and I havent given paper. The 11:30 pick up I have booked has been cancelled and will not come to this place again.

Delivered here, hoping for a nap after reading the reviews. But, had no issues. Took 2.5 hours, thats from pulling up to gate, and exiting. People were pleasant and professional.

If I could give a HUGE 0 I would. This place is horrible. I have been here almost 6 hours for them to unload me. It doesnt take that long to unload half a trailer. Walmart is even quicker at unloading and that must say something! Stay away, no load coming here is worth the price that you will be sitting and losing your next load.

Excellent trip for a pickup.

They held us up way too long as a truck driver time is money and when the wheels arent turning were not making money but still not at home with our families. They held us up for over 4 hours taking 1 skid off every 15 minutes or so.

I was here for 5 hours and they say there still doing my paper work for 9 pallets of jvc kenwood radios it is crazy I have seen trucks get here after me already leave this is the sorriest place I have ever delivered to I wish upper management would read there reviews cause if I was a shipper I would not send any trucks to this location

I ordered a product that was supposed to be delivered in two days. Two days later after many calls, this distribution center said UPS has not come by in two days to pick up my package! What? Without a doubt UPS has daily pickups from this center. What BS. A logistics giant cant get my package on a UPS truck? My bet is they dont even have my product even though my order shows packed and ready to ship on my order status page.

Love my computer and flat screen TV.. Helpful Customer Service.

Security people were awesome, unloading was in a timely fashion because they have to count all of the product! Best Buy sucks but the people working here make it better!

We were late to deliver because of a accident that shut down the freeway. They still took us in and got us umloaded in 2 hrs.

Very unprofessional Ive been here in a door getting unloaded for 6 hours. Now 6h 18 mins. No one to call to complain. People here in the warehouse are helping.

Horrible place to deliver to. They are not fast at unloading, and dont care to provide updates. Be prepared to sit much longer than 2 hours. These places are whats wrong with transportation. When are they going to be held accountable? If a driver is mandated on his hours and when he can drive, why are shippers/receivers not fined for holding a driver for more than 2 hours? HORRIBLE!

Got unloaded in 30min.....but didnt get the paperwork for 3 hours and still waiting! People here are so slow, they look like they hate their jobs! Id give them a zero if I could!

Legitimately had one pallet. Got here at 0412 for a 0500 appointment time. Will never be back. Its now almost 0700 and they still havent gotten me unloaded. ONE PALLET!!!! Yea my truck wont be back on this property ever.

I’m a truck driver, I came here by appointment it was at 7am I came 30 minutes early. At 830am they finally gave me a dock to back up to. It’s about to be 11pm and yet haven’t been even touched. I’m guessing around 1pm is when I will finally be able to leave.. I feel that the company needs workers who will hustle more and less sit around doing nothing....

My daughters laptop was sent to this Best Buy Distribution Center by Dell for some reason. When Fedex tried to pick it up to deliver it to the correct address they refused to return it. Why would these morons keep it. Calling the Dublin Police dept about this theft.

This is one of the worst places i have had to deliver too . If they insist on making stupid laws that govern our time then they should fine places like this one because they certainly do not care that they are taking money out of truck drivers hands . One of those places that expect you to have respect for them and their business but they dont give any in return 4 hours to unload 7 skids of freight .

I have not even gotten in! Drive a 2017 nice truck and unexpected had a belt break. A whole day and a half before my appt they were asked if they would give a new appt due to my being now 5 hrs later than expected. They said sure and made an appt for five days later. Yep, begging everyday to please get in and to no avail. They are ruining Christmas for six beautiful granchildren. Literally losing over $1,000 as a poor driver just sitting stuck here.

Gate personnel were very clear on directions to drop trailer and most pleasant

I went there and did a resticker for a company when it first opened, those where the sweetest people and so accommodating considering they were having to work around what I had going on. I could not have dreamed for a better situation.

Dont send your trucks here! Workers are lazy and they dont care about getting your truck empty. They will tell you empty in an hour and then 30 mins every time you call without even checking. Bad name for BEST BUY.

Been here 9 hours waiting to be unloaded. This place has horrible customer service skills. The restroom for the driver havent been cleaned in a year. I hope my company never sends us here again.

Checked in at 7 AM. 9 hours later still here. Expecting 2 or more hours still. Deliver here only if you want to sit for 12+ hours.

Didn’t think I would ever deliver to a consignee this bad. Perhaps the worst attitudes of any distribution center in America. This includes Walmart. Something about the south makes minimum wage employees slow and stupid.

Our truck was on time for the delivery for 6 am, they were unloading 9 hours, 27 PCS, 15000 lbs, that was insane. Dont waste your time doing delivery here.

This place is filth, and Best Buy should be ashamed of themselves. They purposely dismiss drivers upon entry and make them sit for days. If you get a load from them, or any shipper going to this address, you need to first contact the warehouse manager, have them put it in writing your detention of $500 a day to be paid upon delivery, or do not take the delivery. We as carriers are the ones in control, not the receivers or shippers and definitely not the broker, they only care about themselves not the carrier.

Best buy plz dont wast drivers driving time is not fare to keep drivers 4-8 hr for unloading.

Delivery scheduled for 9am and get there at 8am and was told to come back, arrive at 9am and was told to park in back and was told they would call me to unload and what dock to pull up at. 3 hours later get call to unload after they pull trailer out of dock 249, waited 35 minutes for trailer to be pulled. I finally get to unload 2 pallets after almost 4 hours.Please truckers and companies do not send or deal with these people they have to understand without trucks they would go out of business. Im not asking for a red carpet and buffet but just a clean restroom that doesnt smell like an outhouse and some respect.

It does take awhile to get unloaded, but make sure to go in as close to your appointment time as possible to reduce the wait. The people were friendly. Truckstop right up the road when done.
