Kevin and Jessica have been amazing property managers, we have been renting our home through them for over 5 years now and they are always so quick to jump on any maintenance issues we have. So thankful we found them and what has become our home for the past 5 years.

I lived with cock roaches the whole 13 months I lived there. Keller Williams knew when they rented to me that the whole 4 complexes all attached had an infestation next to my appartment. They had a personal guy come out and so call treat, which never cleared up the problem. 2 other renters left and Keller Williams continued to rent it out and the Cock Roaches are still there. I was told by the Keller Williams Company, that they do have an issue but are working on fixing it. Never got fixed. then I completely wiped down all walls, professional came and cleaned carpets, I cleaned out Stove, Frig, Dishwasher, all CLEANER THAN WHEN I MOVED IN, AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO HOLD MY DEPOSIT, MOST OF IT. WHAT SCUM LORDS.
