Mailed a request for fence approval which was received by the company on July 30th. Since August 3rd it has shown in progress through the TownSq app. I called on August 31st to see if I was missing any paperwork or what the holdup was. I left a voice-mail and received a call back the next day. They said I needed to call back in 2 weeks because it hadnt been the full 30 business days yet..... I called back Sept. 14th to see if it had been approved yet and to ask how I would be notified when it has been approved. It is Friday, Sept. 17th, and I have still not received a phone call in return...Im really disappointed in this company. 😞 I had corresponded via email before submitting my application to be sure it would be approved quickly (meeting the HOA guidelines of a 4 foot fence, wood material, privacy). I wanted to get the fence up the beginning of summer so my 2 year old could play freely outside. I had no idea we would still be waiting in the middle of September to be approved.

Do not respond to emails/phone calls in any timely manner (if at all). Dates and reasonings behind fines/violations are not accurate - extremely broad violations with no further communication when asked about it.Please keep record of any communication you have with them as they do not document things accurately. Dont do the tasks they are supposed to (i.e. snow removal) but we are required to pay for it anyway.Highly suggest avoiding this HOA organization.

I would give them no stars if I was able to. Negative stars even. The lack of blatant disregard to their basic responsibilities such as responding to emails or calls is bewildering. We have been attempting to contact them over a month. Immediate resolution is needed now. Please respond to the emails that have been sent.

Not very responsive to emails/phone calls/requests. It tooks us 22 days to confirm what address we should be mailing the check to for HOA dues payment. Now we probably owe late fees thanks to them not making this information available on the portal and relying on a letter then send you via USPS.

This is probably the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I have been emailing and calling them now about an issue for over a month. A month. I have gotten no responses, no emails, no callbacks. All for a very simple HOA issue. This is not only preposterous, but borderline illegal when it comes to an HOA. I have never been this disappointed with any company ever before.

I reached out to Associa to inquire about making a complaint about my HOA and was sent a complaint form. I was told and the form said, it was confidential. My complaint was very sensitive in nature and was forwarded directly to the person my complaint was about. In trying to find out why this was done, i had to make multiple calls and leave numerous emails and it took days to respond with little to no explanation. I would not recommend this company. Their actions were reckless and possible even illegal. NO STARS!

There is a problem with our trash being picked up at our condos. Associa is totally unresponsive. I was even told it was my problem to take care of. Now, there is a dish on community property which is not allowed per our by-laws. Associa is doing nothing about this. What are we paying for?

I turned in an application for a permit to build a fence on July 12th and after leaving numerous messages, going back and forth via email without my actual questions being answered, I had to hear from someone I found from my HOA via Facebook that they never even started processing my application because they are missing documents. That was this past Tuesday and both my closing company and myself tried to call to figure out what they are missing and how that happened. They also will not give me my account number so I can communicate with the HOA via the TownSquare app, saying that my property shows the previous owners name. That is not my fault, as all of the necessary documents were provided to them. I just moved to Columbus and most everything has been great, but dealing with this company has been an absolute nightmare and I don’t know when the end is in sight because they refuse to respond to my requests.

Our property has constantly gotten worse since this management has taken over for our community with things like the grass literally being let to grow over a foot tall. Recently, I had issue with my home’s roof, so I need urgent roof replacement. I did an application few days ago, and I was waiting for the HOA approval. Wendy Stockman, administrative assistant, played significant role in hearing my voice and needs. She responded my emails quickly and provided best services without any hesitation, and toady, I am receiving the approval letter in mail. I am extremely proud for her customer service and fulfilling clients needs on time. Based on her service, I hope that she doesn’t have to wait too long for further promotion .

I just paid a service fee on top of the service fee payment I was trying to make (we have now paid them $900 this year to do nothing but organize - not pay for - street vendors to show up at our house during a pandemic). This place is a complete money grab, not responsive to your issues at all, but right on top of taking your money. Thank goodness that set of fees was to leave. Can’t wait to never buy a home in their control ever again.

We started getting letters from them the week after we moved into our new home. They stated we needed to fix a small section of fence in our back yard. The neighbors tell it’s been that way for years. They threatened us with a fine if we didn’t fix it in 30days.Why didn’t they address this with the former owners?Then we paid our HOA fee on their website the day it was due and somehow get a late fee.If you drive around our subdivision there are people who clearly don’t take care of their property. There has been people who store their full leaf bags stacked outside their garage regularly. We forget to pull our yard waste trash can in a day or two. It sat next to our garage door. We get a letter a few weeks later saying they are giving us our FIRST WARNING. Saying on said date it was left sitting outside. How is it we keep our yard pristine and get a letter? Some neighbors do NOT and on a regular basis. There was even one house on our street corner that decided to park their SUV in their yard. This went on for months. There are fences that aren’t cleaned. There is green that has been on many sides of houses that never get cleaned. Trash bins and blue recycle bins stored on front sides of houses and porches. Clearly in view from the street! We get a trash can next to our driveway against the wall next to the garage door?How about the NUMEROUS PET OWNERS who walk their dogs AND DO NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEM!So somebody isn’t doing their job. If there are rules that EVERYONE NEEDS TO FOLLOW WHY ARENT THEY THE SAME FOR EVERYONE? We’re consideringmoving. We’ve only been here a year and it’s been enough to want to sell our house.

I have reported the same issue to be fixed by maintenance in 9/22 and 10/7. Both requests were closed out as complete with nothing being done and no communication as to why. I was assured by the property manager that this would be fixed before my request was closed. I have not been happy with the communication from Associa over the past 3 months my community has been with them. I am asking for your help to resolve before I move on to the BBB to try to get help since I have been calling, emailing and messaging through Townsquare for over 2 months now.

I am wondering why you never get a human when trying to call to ask a question. Return calls usually happened within a day or two. It was a Pleasure to work with Allison Scheetz our manager from RPM as I transitioned out of my role. Her commitment to our community was amazing. Over the past six months, Leah Solis has been exceptional to work with. In this new way of working and because of Covid-19, association meetings and communications have gone completely virtual. However, this has not stopped Leah from staying on top of everything going on within or community. Leah is very responsive to community applications, phone calls and email communications. We have many needs in the Legacy Estates community and Leah is working very hard to ensure they are all addressed swiftly and accordingly. Our HOA board receives a weekly summary report detailing the accomplishments and ongoing projects. This wasn’t the normal process prior to Leah taking over as our association manager. I was initially new to condo living and Management Companies, but have now served on our Board for about 4 years. My experience with RPM has improved over the years and peaked with the superb leadership of Leah Solis as our Manager. When she was promoted, I feared what might next occur, but it has been 2 yrs of pure enjoyment with Allison Scheetz as our Community Manager. Allie has continued to educate us as a Board in our responsibilities, but she balances that with her own suggestions in how RPM might make our work easier. Her expertise and past experience in community management has been such an asset to us. She has a pleasant, but fully professional handling of our quarterly meetings and always gets back with us regarding items that need her follow-up. This year, our annual Budget prep was less difficult with her guidance. While we might not always go along with her recommended vendors (as we want to keep work done by locals, if possible), she has been helpful in getting our vendor choices approved. Our Board is fairly involved in our Community activity, and Allie has encouraged that to a safe degree. She is a quick responder to my many email questions, and she often calls to give a complete report on more complex issues. Finally, I must admit, my many questions must sometimes put her patience to the trial, but she has always been fully respectful and gracious with her answers. Leah and Bridgette were very helpful when we wanted to get a fence in our yard. Especially after our application stalled. We had to have an accommodation due to the way our backyard was landscaped by the builder. We actually have a steep hill in a really small yard. So it made it hard to build our fence. They helped us get all of our documentation together to present to the board and tried to keep the application moving. We really appreciate their help!

Horrible company. They make up rules as they go to enforce. They misinterpret the rules . Their inspectors don’t have any common sense. I called them and my call was conveniently disconnected. Now they won’t return my calls. They seem not to realize they can be sued not only as a company but also individually. That goes for the inspectors, the appointed board members and individual company employees. Lawyer is next step. Each community can pitch in to pay lawyer fees.

In my experience they are a very litigious company. Their business model is to continuously harass residents until they begin to ignore the, create fines, then sue. They lie about what they have seen as a violation and when you call them on it, if they respond, they respond with oh it must have been there or I wrote the wrong house. They continue to influence boaa4rd members to make enforcement more restrictive and increase fines as well as HOA fees. I have beet this company in small claims court and they have a long vindictive memory. The court had ruled there reporting of violations, amount of fines, enforcement and accounting practices were arbitrary and the company could not produce any evidence otherwise. Kick these people out, they are not honest, trustworthy or fair. For the attorney, this is my experience and my personal opinion as well as my best recollection of everything mentioned.

Horrible service since switching over to this management company. Do not trust the falsely inflated reviews on their website. I have been trying to reach out to resolve an issue with our account for over a month now. I emailed 3 people Amy, Lisa, Sherry, and not a single response. I had to drive up to the Dublin office where I met Lisa who did not even apologize for blowing off my email but explained to me that people originally responsible for my account had switched properties. That is fine but they could have responded back and directed me to the correct person. Melanie is now in charge of our account and almost two weeks later I have not had a response back and I am not driving back up their on my limited mobility just to get blown off again. Highly disappointed with everyone involved. Terrible service.

Not real happy with someone accusing me me of something and not getting an apology saying they were wrong. I received a letter stating that on 9-24-19 I had broken chairs on my patio and that I had to remove them. I did so upon receiving the letter. I received another letter dated 2-25-2020 stating these chairs were still on my patio on 2-19-2020. This was wrong and I think I deserve an apology. If you are going to state something make sure you are correct before making an accusation.

Doesn’t listen, makes false promises, skimps on the fees charged. Would be better off without a property management company that expects your monthly fees and leaves intercoms broken, security doors unsecured, lights out in common areas. They don’t even deserve a 1 star rating but you can’t rate them any lower on the site. Doesn’t even deserve me writing a review they need thrown out of our neighborhood and someone who cares brought it.
