I did get a job with them as my representation, but I asked them to submit me for the job, they didnt find it for me.Theyre all very friendly here but social skills only go so far. When it comes to taking care of business their ability is pitiful.I asked one of their staff about good IT certifications to have and work towards and they didnt know until they texted one of their friends. Not another employee of the company, one of their friends. Why doesnt the company know this info?Make sure you check your e-mail frequently with this company because you will be surprised many times with documents that are time sensitive and wont receive any warning from the people working at the office that theyre coming.I had to remind them a few times to submit certain thingsAnother thing they do is use terminology you would only know if you worked in HR or with their company and that really gets annoying.Example: This company wants you to submit a Form 34B to them.Okay... what is that?OrTheyre still fixing their billing cost centersWhat is a billing cost center??

This is my third contract with Fahrenheit IT. Spent 2.5 years on one gig, a year on another. Currently working for them for a major retailer and I love it. The people in the Dublin, OH office are great to work with and are always professional.

This was an awful place to work. They promise lots, but treat you like just another tool in the toolbox. I wish I had never worked there.

I was contacted by a recruiter named Andrea on 7/20 regarding a position that I know I was A+ qualified for. I spoke with her via email and over the phone about the role, and was told that she would submit my information to the company/hiring manager....and then I never heard from her again.I sent a follow up email on 8/1- received no reply. Sent another follow up on 8/9- no reply.The practice of just assuming people will take the hint shows lack of diligence and professionalism. You can give those that you are working with the common courtesy of following up with them, whether the news is good or bad. Each quick follow up email that I sent to her took all of 2 minutes maximum to draft and send...I dont think that eats away at anyones time. That could be the little token that allows you to build trust so that you could draw commissions from that applicant for another position.Not impressed with the way that Fahrenheit IT does business.

Do not use this company! They absolutely screwed me out of getting another job with false promises. Theyll do the same to you.They have no integrity. Honestly, Im not sure how theyre still in business.

Experience was poor. The company doesnt seem to care about their employees and just want a but in a seat weather or not its a fit.
