Outstanding training! Everything from location to class size, to diversity of students, to the instructor made for an interesting, thought provoking three day course. Discussions ranged from beliefs, values, leadership style, organizations and culture. Exercises put into practice extremely useful processes and procedures for managing resources efficiently and effectively. The collegial atmosphere encouraged listening and sharing. I appreciated the instructors measured and thoughtful presentation style, humor, and precision with expressing concepts. This is a Two Thumbs Up class, a Highly Recommend for new leaders who need some tools in their new toolbox, and experienced leaders who need a reset.

I just participated in a Dale Carnegie High Impact Presentations workshop. What a wonderful 2-day experience it was! Ted was awesome! The group of participants was awesome! It was a tremendous growth opportunity for me - one which I was able to leverage, immediately, in producing six new video lessons the very next few days. I am so grateful for the opportunity. It was well worth my investment.

I do a lot of public speaking and have done them well. However, one can always get better. I wanted to work on the pacing of my delivery and being concise. I attended the High Impact Presentation course with this team and walked away with some really awesome pointers that I can immediately apply to my work and benefit the organization. Great course and very well organized.

I took the “Winning with Relationship Selling” last week. It was a three day course that took us through building a sales process from start to finish.Being fairly new to sales (less than a year full-time), I have been looking for ways to improve my skills and abilities. Now, I’ve read a few books on prospecting, cold calling, and I even took a one-day course on top sales skills. This was all helpful, and I obviously benefited as I was able to make some pretty decent sales.The knowledge was there, I had some skills (obviously, since I hadn’t been fired yet...), but what I really lacked was a way to tie all of this information together into a cohesive process flow. The Dale Carnegie course was just exactly what I needed. I learned a lot of new info, tips, and skills to develop to be truly successful, but most important, the whole process just kind of “clicked” into place.Will this benefit new sales people? Absolutely. Will this benefit more seasoned veterans of the sales game? Not being a seasoned veteran myself, I lack the credibility to give a truly accurate assessment. However, I will say this- as with any profession, even the most experienced professionals will forget certain techniques that, however subtle, lead to further success. If honing your skills in a certain area helps you make just one more big sales, it is well worth the price of the class.Overall- instructors were very enthusiastic and knowledgeable, my fellow classmates were great, and the material was detailed and easy to understand.

I took the High Impact Presentation course about a year ago and it was a really good course. Ive done a lot of courses where instructors come to site from other companies and never seemed to help much. The Dale Carnegie training kept you thinking out of the box and really helped hone presentation skills. Since the course, i have had the opportunity to present in front of 300+ people in multiple situations and feel comfortable. I would recommend this to anyone looking to feel more comfortable while presenting to a group.

I took the three day Immersion Seminar and found it incredibly valuable, regardless of any age or any occupation. I read most of the Dale Carnegie books years ago, had my boys read his books while in college, and now I was able to attend a class and work on those principles. I saw tangible improvement in the entire class and saw many people blossom which is the best description I can give. What I noticed over the years is that many of the most likable people with the best communication and people skills had a common denominator in that they had taken a Dale Carnegie class at some point. Regardless of your starting point, these classes are a great investment in yourself.

Im so glad I took the 8-week Dale Carnegie course! It changed my perspective in such a positive way and helped me with both professional and personal relationships. I no longer dread attending networking functions where I wont know anyone. The skills I learned allow me to start conversations with anyone and lead to better business outcomes. This is a great class. It has really helped my communication with others here at work and outside of work as well. This class also helped me relax when speaking in front of small and large groups. The tools they teach here are simple but highly effective.

The course I took on human relationships and stress management was very beneficial personally and taught me skills that can be used in a professional setting as well. The trainers are very personable and open to helping participants with additional ideas or skills to use.

Not only was there so much information to learn in this class it was super fun! Its not your traditional boring reading books learning environment. All the staff were so nice and professional. I used what I learned in this course in my every day life to this day.

This course was very informative and gave real-life scenarios that helped in day to day managerial tasks. This is not a large class which gives you the opportunity to really dive in and be engaged. All of the topics are relateable and the instructor was able to answer every question asked. This is not a course where you will sit and listen the entire time, you will meet other people and hear their situations, practice speaking in front of others as well as role play situations.

This was such a great, fun class and experience! I have developed many new leadership and communication skills that I can apply everyday professionally and socially thanks to Dale Carnegie. I highly recommend this training and the continuing support that is available.
