We used this venue for an important family event. We and our guests had a bad experience and would recommend avoiding this venue for any future parties.Most of our guests were expected by 8PM. And we knew that we will be going over 10PM. They mentioned there will be an extra charge of 100$ per hour which we were willing to pay.We had a horrible experience with the server who gave us a strict time-table he will adhere to serving the food. We spoke to the mgr who assured that please have the food before the kitchen closes which was reasonable. Our horror was that at 10PM there was food left-over that people would have helped themselves. But the server started to trash the food one at a time in front of our guests. I can understand that kitchen would close and new food cannot be served. But what explains trashing food already served, just because the clock said 10PM. We confronted him on his horrible behavior and he mentioned rudely that I had forewarned you about the time.Note that they charge 18% gratuity in your final bill. Not sure why they cannot keep servers who are engaged and eager to serve you. And can talk politely with the guests.This was an important family occasion for us and our fun was completely spoil. I would recommend avoiding this venue. And also advise to start looking early for options so that you do not end up with bad hosts such as this.Wish there was a zero star rating to give for this venue.

Nice place for large group. Food was ok but probably depends on what is ordered. You will not get much help from staff

Good place for gatherings for upto 100 people. They were flexible with the menu, allowed us to make a small change to menu even on the day of the event. Really good food. Very efficient in managing the dinner buffet. We went with their recommend DJ and that went really well too. We would be using this place again.

Worst customer service. No professionalism and their manager has no etiqutte. Will never ever book a party there or even go for food. I am writing this review just after my party as their staff not only ruined our mood but also the birthday party of my little daughter .

We had Birthday party and we gathered almost 80 people.It was really very nice.Food was good and very efficiently maintained the dinner buffet.I would recommend this pace if you have any get to gather of 70 people.

Good hall for the gathering of around 120 People. Nicely maintained and the food/service was really awesome.

A good place to have a not too big party

Food is decent and Hall is big enough for most people but the Disco light is blinding when ever it hits you in the face and that happens often, and dont put the speaker volume on max, I could feel the vibrations, and couldnt hear myself talk
