Called Johns European Auto Services and spoke to Dave. We communicated about the issue of our Mercedes not starting. He asked me if I had a way to bring it in, which I did. Dropped it off in the afternoon of one day. Recieved a call from Dave the following morning with a resolution to the problem (starter), and a very reasonable price. He also notified us that the service A would be due in approximately month. We decided to have them do it along with the starter. The price was extremely reasonable and done quickly. I actually picked the car up in less than 24 hrs of when I dropped it off the day before. I couldnt even get a response from the other shop for 12 hrs and was told it would cost over $200 just to diagnose the problem. I highly recommend Johns European Auto Services.

Great guys at a great price. Brian and Dave have been servicing my car since 2007 and have always done a great job and at a fair price. Once your warranty is out on a BMW or Mercedes the dealer cost of service can kill you. These guys are honest hard working guys and Ive never had an issue with the work theyve done on my 7 series BMW.

Dave and the team at Johns European provides excellent service. We happily recommend them to anyone needing a mechanic.We have taken our Audi A4 and previously our VW Touareg to them for about 10 years. We have always been happy with their work. They are fairly priced, fast and honest.They have saved us money and keep our cars running smooth. Take your car here and you wont regret it. Dont mess around bringing your car to an overpriced dealer or to some quickie mechanic, this shop is the real deal.
