The GROSS MISCONDUCT & DERELICTION OF DUTY on the part of Jennifer, Lisa & Mitch are beyond appalling and shameful. No customer should ever be subjected to that kind of customer service ever. I would skip this LLC. You dont want your insurance in the hands of charlatans. They also claim to send you letters that were never in the mail and send late fees for one year policies that should automatically expire. Dont put your hard earned money into this company. Go to a place where the customer comes first. A Customer is the most important part always and here, youre just an after thought.
