Highly Recommend! I hired Mrs. Burgess to represent me when I was pulled over at my hotel after being followed for around a mile and was arrested for DUI. This was a two and a half year process, which I only had to go to court one time. Mrs. Burgess went on my behalf, emailed and responded to my email promptly within hours. During the first part of this process we were unable to gain a dissmisal. Mrs. Burgess was unhappy felt we had a case and offered to hire someone to write an appeal. Well the additional fee was money well spent as the case was dismissed. The officer video showed that I drifted over the white line for less then a second. Appellate division found there was no reasonable suspicion for the stop. I did not expect this outcome. I was just hoping she would keep the penalty at a minimum. Wow, I can not say enough about Mrs Burgess professionalism, tenacity and ability to handle the court room. I highly recommend her if are you in need of a great lawyer!
