Most of the workers at the store were rudeattitude. Whenever I went there, I was carefulfor shopping, but today something happened to me,so I finally decided not to go there shopping anymore.I felt disgusting.

Great store. Both smaller and larger choices for a lot of products. Name brands have good prices. Lower prices for private labels. I just dont shop private labels.

Always a clean store with friendly staff and pretty fast check out lines. Very well stocked on my visits.

Excellent chain because the customer does not need to have a membership in order to shop at this chain.They have their own brand which is similar to the name brands that they sell, the quality is the same but at a lower price.In the past there was no produce available but now there is a wide variety of fruits and vegetables including meats.

This is the second time, I go to this store and I have noticed when you talk to the cashier, she does not answer you. I mentioned 3 times, she just gave an smile. weird/rude employee.

Very big store nice but they only had 2 cashiers for that large store and the line wrapped around a whole aisle Plus there is no excuse they needed more workers. And the workers need to be more informed on the products in the store ... I came in asking for crab salad and one of the workers said they didnt have any I went looking for on my own and there it was in the seafood section in the back of the store

They are friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They always have an electric cart charged up and ready for me when i come shopping. My associate and i both agree that it is the best managed store in the valley!

Good prices and is clean .They have rotisserie chickens dailey.

No hot chickens 2 days in a row. No one around to ask why and no signs posted. Had to go in the back to finally find someone who told me the warmer was broken.

Wide variety of groceries and much more so than your typical normal Smart & Final hence the Extra. First time here. Will definitely be a regular. Staff seemed a little moody but it was the end of the day and these covid days ill give them some slack.

Cashier seemed to have a bad attitude like my patronage that contributes to her paycheck was a hindrance. Probably upset to be working on Superbowl Sunday.

Shannon the cashier has one of the worst attitudes in the industry. She snapped at me for asking if bags are free with ebt. She yelled and said Of course not since youre buying alcohol! Excuse me? Buying a pack of beer with groceries is NOT against ebt policies! The register is programmed to accept ebt for the food portion of the purchase, and gives you a total afterward for the rest of the non-food items. Not knowing this, working all day at a grocery store is beyond belief. It felt personal that she got so upset that someone could be buying food with ebt and beer with cash. Shannon was so caught up in her bad attitude that she didnt even card me for the beer and I dont look over the age of 20. Smart and Final has lost my business.

I am impressed with how Smart n Final Duarte is handling the COVID 19. They are limiting guest into the store. Shopping carts are being sanitized. Inside the store is kept very clean. They are controlling the flow at the check out by directing the guest to to the cash registers. Multiple registers were open so the wait in line was not bad.

Smart and Final used to be a good reasonable place to shop for groceries. I find it to be way overpriced now. Big disappointment.

It was shocking to go into the Duarte store and the line to check out was all the way down one aisle, a few feet from the bathroom doors.I asked a male employee to call for help and he did and then I asked the assistant manager and she argued and made excuses. A minute later 4 checkers working and even the AM was willing to work checking out a customer. I thanked the young man for calling for help and thanked the AM but she wasn’t very nice. It is so much better to have 4-5 checkers working than 2 with a line to the bathrooms.

Saturday 1:45 Oct. 10th. 15 people in LINES, 3 checkers. The old system was better with ONE line. Come on Managers and General Managers! Help!

The smart&final on Huntington in Daurte is one of the best shopping EXPERIENCE they are friendly and very helpful ...their choices from produce to bulk food is amazing along with buying everything for large events is all under one roof along with FOLLOWING all the guidlines of keeping you safe...I recommend the trip youll save money and be treated with a positive staff...

This Smart and Final is conveniently on Huntington Drive in Duarte, CA. It is a fairly large grocery store. They may not have everything you want, but you should be able to find what you need. They have fresh produce and lots of other frozen or packaged food. I like to stop by there on the way to work to pickup what I need for the rest of the day.

I’m 71 years old and appreciated the seniors early entry but once I got in there I was surprised by the helpful stocker he helped me with where the items I needed I didn’t need a lot so I was in and out in about 30 minutes thanks to your helpful employee I shop this store often and still don’t know wher a lot of things are the help was nice. Clean. Fairly good selection of products. Prices arent bad either, some way better than regular markets. Its been a great thing since the Albertsons and Ralphs in the area closed.

The store is well lit and clean. The services was friends. I forgot to use a coupon and the cashier was easily able to correct it. They also accept Apple pay and Google pay.

This store always has stuff. I was looking for artichokes but maybe past season. I bought a spaghetti squash, looks good. Also other stuff like Mc Cannes oatmeal instant, my mom likes it plain and they have it. Parking is always crowded but with patience I got a spot. They opened more check out stations which helped Alot!. Good price on large roaster chicken already cooked $7.

This is the WORST grocery store! I refuse to ever come here. I’d rather drive super far to a Ralph’s or Albertsons then come back. The lines take FOREVER. There is no such thing as “EXPRESS” here because even those lines are ridiculously slow. I highly do not recommend this place. Every time I give it a chance I come out even more disappointed that I gave it another chance. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Normally, I love shopping at Smart & Final. I have always received great customer service, but not today. The cashier seemed very distracted and unhelpful. She did not properly bag the groceries for the customer in front of me nor for me. In fact, she seemed to care less. I bagged most of my groceries and rebagged the few she had put in a bag. I walked away feeling annoyed.

I like it here but I wish they had more variety in their spice section.

I came hear to try the place out, I usually go to Costco but smart n final is closer to home. I did appreciate the selection of different items they had and I will go here again for quick pick ups, but overall I do believe Costco is cheaper bye quite a bit.

Just a quick visit to pick up some essentials. The help is very friendly and helpful. We are lucky they moved to Duarte.

Stire was very clean and organized. Worker were a little rude mainly because they were trying to put stock up and clear the aisles. Those shouldnt be excuses. Over all ok.

Usually a well stocked grocery store with competitive prices. The fresh meat department is mostly pre-packaged but good quality. Im a big fruit and vegetable eater. Unfortunately I frequently see produce displayed past its prime. My last visit was on a Sunday morning hoping to find a freshly stocked store but the store was messy and not yet re-stocked. Check out is ok. The parking is good.

Yeah. Its a large store. Feels more like a grocery store than a small warehouse. Its a little farther to drive for me but thats ok. At least they have plenty of parking now. There are 2 stores I like to shop, this is one. You can probably guess the other.

I shop here every Thursday for a cafe in Azusa. The prices are lower than the two companies that were bringing our stock by such a large amount that it is worth my doing it. The employees are very friendly and go out of their way to help.

Nailed it (florescents). You can wear a hood, white gloves, black shoes, a jacket advertising casinos, they take cash & there was no bad ass manager in the evening hour. Dont dare wear a Santa suit or a turkey head during regular business hours. I didnt see any freaked out snitching cashiers (probably hid in the back). The women look kinda Gestapo didnt find the gespachio. Just be careful and say nice things. Carry a bible if you have disrespectful tendencies.
