This Ford dealership is the best! My first visit here was to repair a recall on my Ford Fusion. I had my car back within hours. They did a fabulous job! My second visit was to replace the starter in my Fusion...received a very reasonable estimate that didnt break the bank. My Service Advisor J.G., also informed me that there were two other recalls that needed to be addressed and that he would make sure it was taken care of. I paid NOTHING for the work completed on the recalls. So, with all that needed to be done, I had my car back within 3 days! I am completely impressed and satisfied with the Service Dept! I received nothing but courteous, friendly and polite treatment from these guys! Advantage Ford, you now have me as a forever customer! Thank you for making this stressful situation as easy as possible!

This was the best experience from the beginning to the end. Our sales representative was Rocky Lakhani and he was just the best. He really helped us get into a car even when the managers gave up. He followed up with us and helped us get the best deal for our family in a Ford Edge! I wanted to take the time today to do something a lot of folks probably dont take the time to do and thats to leave a positive review about a very positive experience I had at Advantage for around July 20th of this year (2021). I brought in my 2013 Ford Taurus SHO for several items that needed attention. Once I got an appointment, which, was hard as all the service departments have been very busy lately though I found that scheduling it online was MUCH easier to do, I had a GREAT experience working with Jesus. He reached out to me via phone and email and then handled everything via email after that which was my preference and his as well. He was VERY thorough and took the time to understand all the issues I was bringing my car in for and walked me through how they would address each concern. I think I had a heated seat issue, a backup camera that wasnt working right, a battery problem, and a issue with my engine surging under full throttle acceleration. The heated seat was a non issue and I was just spoiled by another car I have that heats up very hot and very quickly and I hadnt used my Tauruss seat heater in a long time and I just wasnt giving it long enough to work. They said it was fine and I insisted it was not but they were right! The battery issue they took care of as I had had it replaced previously when the previous battery leaked and destroyed the harness as well. This battery was looking like it was starting to do that again and Jesus found it was still under warranty and my replacement of that was a minimal cost to me and Ford took care of most of it as it was a Motorcraft battery. The issue where the engine was surging at wide open throttle ended up being an easy fix. The gentleman in the drivability department properly diagnosed the issue as a loose harness cable. That was fixed in record time! I think a lot of shops could have basically told me anything and charged me something crazy and these guys took care of me. I was so happy I wanted to meet that tech and Jesus walked me over to thank him personally when I picked up the car. I got to meet him and thank him profusely but when I offered to tip him he refused! I repeatedly asked him to please take it as I was SO appreciative to have that fixed and he insisted that it was not necessary and that he was happy to have resolved the issue for me. I just think the auto industry has a terrible reputation by more than a few bad actors that are the cause of a lot of complaints so I felt I REALLY wanted to make sure I thanked both of these gentlemen and Advantage Ford for such great work. Because of experiences like this I will continue to bring my two Fords to this service center and I will continue to recommend, endorse, and buy from Advantage Ford. Thank you Jesus and drivability department tech (they wouldnt tell me his name). Thank you for such a positive service experience and for doing quality service work again and again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Ill be back with my truck next!

Just bought my second truck from Advantage. The only reason I went elsewhere for my last one is that I was impatient and didnt give Advantage the opportunity to find one for me. That was a big mistake! Advantages sales department turned an often unpleasant experience, like my last one, into a very pleasant one. Kudos to Zareh the Sales Manager!This will be the fourth truck which I have used their service department for over 20 years! I can honestly say Ive never had a bad thing to say about their work or their staff.

I always dread going into a dealership, but this was by far the best within a 50 mile radius from Downtown L.A. Tony Castro was my sales person. He was to the point not aggressive and worked with me in everyway possible to get me into the car of my dreams. The last Ford I purchased was in Glendale, I spent 5 hours to finally get a deal. I was literally at this dealership for 2 hours and I was driving my new Lincoln MKC. I highly recommend that you ask for Tony Castro. Avoid other dealerships.

To add insult to injury, I tried to get the owner email and be courteous writing to him before I escalate the serious discriminatory issue; that had me in limbo for a month before denial of service; to the Lincoln Car Manufacturer. Now I am forced to write to the Car Manufacturer with greater detail.Then I noticed that owner has responded to all negative reviews with some nonsense. The owner will surely post some nonsense against my comments below.MY EXPERIENCE:I was extremely happy with this dealership for 10 years straight. Service advisors knew me from the tone of my voice every time I called. Never took my Van to any other place not even for regular Oil and Filter change.This was all good till I bought a Lincoln which I like very much.My Lincoln MKC is still under Warranty with 17k Miles. I needed repair to my Rear Gear Scanners (Not the Camera) that show the Live Tracks as well as Front Sensors that Alert you as you get close to the curb or side objects.More than a month ago, I took the car in to get an appointment. I find out that the Certified Electrician is on COVID-19 Quarantine because of his wife and will not return for two weeks.Adviser offered that I stay in contact with him. I informed him that I was flying out of So. Cal for one week which coincided with the return of the electrician. While away; now after four weeks; I called him to make an appointment thinking that after one week of return the electrician may have caught up with the Shop backlog. Could not succeed on the phone as apparently the line dropped on my third try and as we were talking. All my call backs were sent to the Ford Service Adviser Voice Mail, whom I also knew.Upon return, yesterday Tuesday 9/1/20 not being able to connect on the phone for a week, I was at the dealer when they started the day at 7:00 AM.At no fault of mine, the situation went down south very rapidly and left me surprised and confused to say the least.After some heated conversation (I cant figure out why and wished I had it on video to go Viral) the service adviser find my paperwork in the third stack he looked and told me to call him either yesterday or today for appointment.I pleaded with him that for his convenience sake he calls me as I dont want to bother him in case he has no appointment set for me when I call but rather when he set it, he calls me or text me. Then he said Okay but that I can call him on his Cell as it may be otherwise the same problem of previous week when I was calling from San Francisco.We called each other buddy and brother and I was happy that whatever was the cause he came down and realized it.Today I called and left a 10 second message and a quick Text basically reminding him for an appointment.He called and the bottom line, he said that the Advantage Lincoln Dealer Big Boss (Owner) has told him to not take the car. I was shocked to hear that and I asked if that meant that because as he is saying the backlog of the Electrician is preventing them from accommodating me or if they did not want me to take the Lincoln in not even for regular maintenance.If you read so far, you too will be shocked that I was told because I did not buy my Lincoln MKC 2017 with only 15K from Advantage Lincoln and that i bought it from the CarMax next door, they do not want my business.1) Advantage Ford/Lincoln was the first place I went shopping for my Lincoln,2) They do not have Mercedes Benz or other cars neither they had the Lincoln I wanted,3) One has to buy ones car from someone who sells it.4) I locatted two cars with CarMax and they were both had to be relocated to their Duarte location with zero liability and no commitment from me,5) CarMax also gives you a full week of unlimited mileage to return the car if for any reason you did not like it and they also gave me a fantastic service and loaner for a minor work I needed.6) Car was as was presented online and price as set. No Hassle.Now it is your decision;1) My Advantage Ford Service Experience EXCELLENT.2) My Advantage Lincoln Service Experience HORRIBLE.

After Ford of Montebello treated me so horribly, I decided to try Advantage Ford which is a little closer to my home. I made an appointment with Marco and everything went smoothly. Ive had so many problems with my Ford Focus and this dealership didnt waste time and they fixed the actual problem unlike the other dealership. I was a little late picking up my vehicle and Marco called to let us know he was leaving and where to pick up my vehicle. That might sound silly but trust me its the little details that count. Ive had horrible experiences before and I do dread taking my car to get serviced. To top off my wonderful experience with Advantage Ford they washed and wiped/cleaned my car. I WAS DIRECTED BY LINCOLN MOTOR CORPORATION BY LETTER, FOR MY CONVENIENCE AND THEY ENCOURAGE ME TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO HAVE SERVICE DEPARTMENT INSPECT FOR NO CHARGE.. ON 8-21-2020 I CONTACTED THE WEST COVINA DEALER FORD/LINCOLN AND TALK WITH THE ONE AND ONLY SERVICE WRITER THEY HAVE ON THAT DAY WHILE SERVICE WAS OPEN THE GUY TOLD ME. At this point I waited and decided to just drop the car off with keys so they have possession of the car to work on it with corporate to fix the issue in accordance with the national traffic and motor vehicle safety act, they failed to show any concern for this statement. The service side was open and i ask them if i can speak to the service manager.or gm even the owner to the dealer. I was sent the sales manager who totally was not helpful at all and not the one in position to call someone above him to take my car i am leaving. He literally rejected on helping the matter at hand regard to safety even when corporate has informed me of this serious issue. I then had to drive my Hazzard vehicle back home with a dang safety concern. I see some nonsense of awards for this dealer and got totally the opposite. They always mentioned each dealer is independent therfore they decide on the service standards. I can guess because it is under warranty maybe thats why. This is bad for business at this time of a pandemic and helping people stay employed is not a issue when you are turning people away. If you ever have a problem do not fall for ray fahan is not the gm. Horrible, horrible decision making by any management

Awful. No concern for you, your vehicle or your time. No communication.Service writers never demonstrated competence or sense of urgency to take care of you as a customer.In my experience they were reluctant to provide warranty service based on their ability to re-coup costs from Ford.Management refusal to remedy repair concerns.•••My review stands to my experience at Advantage Ford.• Service writers did not do their due diligence to investigate my concerns.• My vehicle at the dealership for 2 1/2 business days. I was not called by service writer. I had to always initiate a call. The service I requested was an oil change, wheel alignment and my concern about the windshield cover damage. Nothing was completed.• I was very upset but did not use profanity. That statement was used as a dodge to refuse the service that was expected and did not happen.• Where the vehicle was purchased is immaterial when it concerns warranty service. This dealership represents Ford Motor Company.• As a business owner when a customer is upset it is most commonly an opportunity to try and make the situation right.• The owner left early the day I wanted to talk to him. The service manager refused to come out of his office.• Another Ford dealership did their due diligence and traced the loss of the window trim piece to a windshield repair gone wrong by the previous owner. Having been given this information I was able to get it repaired by the third party.• Im sorry that I dont agree with this dealership owner. Im sure they have many happy customers. If management turns away every customer that is upset business would be very slow. Leadership is shown when things do not go as planned; not standing behind excuses.

My husband and I had been car shopping, this was one my favorite dealerships to visit although they didnt have the car I wanted, the salesman Steve Sherwood and sales manager Rick Covani were extremely helpful and friendly. I had been set on the color, model etc. They had one beautiful White Explorer 2016 the only issue it had a bit more miles than I was looking for. I felt these two went out there way to double check inventory, and made phone calls to see for more. I have to say its people like them that make car shopping a lot more easier, and relaxing. These two men were not pushy at all, but very informative. I just bought my new Ford Edge tonight and I dealt with Jorge Sanchez the sales rep, Rick the Manager, and then ultimately Jeff the Finance Manager.Jorge greeted me when I arrived and took the time to better understand what I was looking for. He clearly told me the differences between models I was considering, as well as made it a no high pressure type of sale - I felt he really wanted to make sure I got myself the right car.As we got more into the numbers, Rick stepped into the picture and he was very clear and upfront about everything, as well as the pricing - I really appreciated his candor and their willingness to work on the price a bit - these guys were able to put together a great deal for me.Ultimately I signed the paperwork with Jeff in finance. Sometimes I can dread going to the Finance Manager because of their relentlessness on pushing additional services and up-sells. Jeff was not anything like this at all either. He took the time to clearly tell me the details of each service and was upfront about the ones that didnt make sense at all. After he made his recommendations and reasoning of why it is beneficial, he backs off and allows you to make an educated decision - no high pressure sales here at all or shady tactics. Also very clear on the paperwork and loved that he took the time and put it more in a laymen terms.I would highly recommend all three of these gents.

Frank, the service manager, is unbelievably disrespectful. My vehicle is disabled due to a defective part his people sold. They refuse to honor the 2yr/unlimited mile warranty on Ford Motorcraft parts. They gave no solutions and were extremely standoffish. They do not understand the concept of customer service at all. They wanted me to pay $150 for a diagnosis on an issue that literally did not exist before they did this, trying to put blame on me. He continually interrupted and talked over me without allowing me to ask any questions. When I told him I would be contacting the Bureau of Auto Repair, he offered to GIVE ME THE NUMBER in an extremely condescending manner.I drove my vehicle cross country recently and have had no problems with it at all until my accelerator petal developed a catch in it in the last month you could feel in your foot. They replaced the part but gave me one with an electrical problem and are blaming me. It’s a $400 part. I contacted Ford customer service and they say the dealer should replace it. My vehicle is disabled. I would like to be contacted by Frank’s manager or quite frankly anyone who would like to hear the full events that took place.

We bought our new Ford Flex there a couple month back and was over the moon happy with the vehicle and the experience. These guys and this place are first class. Don Wilson was a great salesman to work with because he found a way to meet our needs and let us take our time and feel comfortable with the decision. It certainly didnt hurt that they had the exact Flex I feel in love with on their site all ready to go. Jeff in finance was refreshingly the most no-pressure and forthcoming dealership finance person I have ever met. Our whole was made to feel at home we drove away happy . I wont go anywhere else.

Two weeks ago I spoke by telephone with Ray in new car sales regarding purchase of a new 2016 Navigator. (I currently own a 2006 Navigator, am dealing with a Nose-dive suspension problem that has been hard to identify and will be very expensive to repair, hence looking to trade it in). Ray patiently took the time on the phone to explain everything to me, including the changes in suspension of older versus new Navigators, helped with possible value of my present vehicle, plus other help that he really didnt have to do. Because of the considerate treatment, my husband insists on using Ray to get us through our new car purchase.

My husband and I made an appointment for a recall fix, and was treated kindly and respectfully. We drove from Burbank to go here because of their reviews. Since we were farther away than their courtesy driving limit was, we had to stay until the job was done. We came in and the man (his name was Greg) explained that there were many other cars that came in when they opened, even though we came in an hour and a half after they opened. Since we had appointment, our car was able to be fixed quickly (I suggest you always make an appointment if you can). We walked up the street just a little way to Target and shopped around for about 45 mins until we got a call. Our car was done! They washed and vacuumed it, and we were on the road back home in minutes. This place has the BEST service even when theyre extremely busy, and are patient and understanding. I will definitely be coming here for any service needs in the future!

Dick Cortes is the man! He gave me great advice, which showed he wasnt interested in being the salesman that people dislike and just try to sell me on something overpriced and ASAP. Instead, he made it clear that he wanted me to be happy AND get a new Mustang GT for the right price, even though it meant waiting. This positive attitude is what made me want him specifically to be the person to buy from. We kept in touch over several months. Wound-up custom ordering one, to get exactly what I wanted. And I DID wind-up getting a more than fair price. :)There was one hickup along the way, but it was taken care of by their Service Dept in just one days time. And now, the cars perfect and Im a happy customer. Before this, I owned an 05 Mustang (for 10 years). Loved it, and love this one much more! Its AMAZING what Fords done with those 10 years of technology upgrades and listening to what we stang lovers want. Thank you guys!!
