I just got my car fixed here everything was good all the staff was friendly Richard was the one helping me through all the processes nice guy and explained everything in detail. The work was done very fast even 2 or 3 days before they promised everything was good look like new i will come back if I ever needed again. Highly recommend

Caliber Collision is chain of repair centers but Caliber of Duarte delivers personable service with quality results like a custom shop. I would recommend and if I need repair services again, I will be back.

I am so happy that I brought my car in to be repaired here after someone backed into it and damaged my bumper and taillight. They were really flexible with my schedule when it came to dropping my car off and made it really easy for me to have my rental ready soon after bringing my car in. They worked on my car really quick and even had it ready sooner than they estimated it be and the whole time they kept me updated on the process they were making on my car via text which was great because I dont really like phone calls. And once I got my car back I was thrilled to see that it looked as good as new.

The Duarte location is one AWESOME PLACE- BUT the Pasadena location straight sucked. Took Groupon to Pasadena and the manager through an employee said groupon was expired which it wasnt expired till Sept 2018. I called DUARTE and they said come on down and they did an EXCELLENT JOB ON RESTORATION OF HEADLIGHTS.THANK YOU TO ALL EMPLOYEES AT COOKS IN DUARTE CALIFORNIA!!!

I had my car fixed a year ago when I got into an accident. I decided to go back with my newer car to get it fixed. The service is horrible. They told me I needed an appointment for an estimate. When I arrived the person that was suppose to help me was busy and no one else could do the estimate a guy just took photos and said the estimate was gonna be emailed. The email never arrived. I called them three times in two different days and they said they would send it, they never did. I will NEVER be back and do not recommend this place to anyone.

They dont take care of you life time warranty you tell the issue they going around we no results the mean they dont take of the issues will never coming back ever
