We have Alan come by our office once a month to clean our windows. He always does a great job and we never have to worry if he will be here or not, he is so reliable. He is always very pleasant and happy and a joy to work with.

Allen cleaned our windows inside and out today (Saturday). He did an excellent job not only cleaning the windows, but also keeping the inside of the house clean as he moved from room to room. We have been in the home about three years and never had the windows cleaned, so there was some build up on the window well windows that he gave an extra treatment. The house feels cleaner because the windows are sparkling clean.It took him about a week to get to my home to give me an estimate, but it was a very fair price, and he came the next day to do the work. I recommend him for residential window cleaning.

My elderly parents needed their windows cleaned, so while I was visiting from California, I called Let Your Light Shine Through and Allen came to do a walk-through in order to give an accurate estimate. He was very thorough in ensuring he understood all our needs. He suggested a calcium remover for some mineral deposits on one of the basement windows. He also offered to help fix a couple screens that had come off their track, free of charge. Scheduling was a little challenging because Allen runs a small outfit and had limited availability. However, in comparison to another larger company that I called, Allens rates were very reasonable, so I was willing to work with that. Allen put up with quite a few of my texts while I figured out how to coordinate with my brother, who lives in the area and would be his onsite contact that day. Allen did a great job on the windows and we are happy to find a good service for our future needs.
