5 stars! I took my car in this morning because I had a leak in my front right tire. Ive never been to Les Schwab before but I refuse to go back to the other guys. So I gave them a try. I scheduled an appointment online a couple of days ago which was easy and convenient. When I took my car in this morning, I was greeted promptly. My tire was fixed within 30 minutes and I was on my way. They didnt even charge me for the repair. Im extremely satisfied with the experience and look forward to doing business there in the future.

Got an unexpected screw in my tire. Frustrating for certain. Called a few places around and Les Schwab was recommended by other shops.Quick service and best of all they didn’t charge me for the tire patch repair!

Service went well! Brought the car in for an alignment, got the service done in roughly 2~ hours, and at a great price!I accidentally left my dash cam plugged in through the duration of the service. And on the test drive after the alignment, the technician drove my car respectfully and responsibly (Being a somewhat loud modified sports sedan).Overall, 5 stars and would recommend!

Ive taken our vehicles to many different places but my brother swears up and down by Les Schwab so we decided to give it a try. We bought rims and tires for our car and they took good care of us and didnt try to sell something that we didnt want. Everyone there was so helpful and had a smile on their face. We couldnt find our change key for the rims and they immediately helped me get that so I could change the brakes. Definitely go see them, they wont disappoint!

The best guys in the business! I had an employee blow a tire on the freeway. I called and they were there to help her in 10 minutes. They put on the spare and she followed them back to the shop. So very impressed! I went in with a set of wheels I had purchased from another wheel store two weeks earlier. I had a leaky valve stem on one wheel. They were able to get me in within the hour and when I went to pay, they said, No worries, this one is on us! Seriously! Recently my wife’s Lexus gave her a low pressure tire warning. I found a large screw in the tread. We happened to be by Big O tire store so we pulled in. Sure they can fix it they said, just leave the car for 4 hours and we’ll call you. Nope! Drove down the street to Les Schwab. A technician walked out to greet us as we were getting out of the car. Told him what we needed. He said sure no problem, I’ll get right on it. He showed us a seat in the waiting area and 16 minutes later (yes I was timing it) the tire was fixed and we were ready to go. Pulled out my wallet to pay - no charge! What?! Exceptional service with no charge? Looked around to see if we were being PUNKED. Nope, just nice people doing great work. Guess where my next set of new tires will be bought? Yes. Les Schwab. Thanks guys.

I have been coming to this location for over 20 years, they have never been anything but the most professional, respectful, honest, kind, helpful, efficient, and honestly just great people. 10/10 will recommend to anyone/everyone.

My family and I used this place for a few years. In those years they caused several issues with our vehicles, with the worst being our wheel coming off while going 80 mph (a couple days and only a few miles after a tire rotation). They said they would pay for the damage to the vehicle, but took months to even “submit the paperwork to cooperate” and then dodged our calls and questions and never took responsibility. They also talked me into a lift on my truck, which was installed incorrectly- which the guy doing my oil change pointed out! When I took it back they acted like it was no big deal and didn’t even apologize! I now have been going to discount tire and have had zero problems with the 4 sets of tires I have purchased there.

Amazing service, had an odd issue that they were able to resolve for me quickly and car was back on the road better then before the issue origanally occurred! Also top notch communication, always appreciate that when dealing with automotive service!

I came in after finding my tire completely flat and using my emergency compressor to give me just enough time to get to the shop -- Tyler R. walked out to my car, identified the issue, drove it in and fixed it quickly. I had brakes replaced and they require replacement of the calipers with the pads. However, they installed non coated calipers that rusted and stained my rims. I returned multiple times to the location and finally they painted the calipers and then were to call me when they had received the coated calipers. They never did.

Lexi helped me replace a battery and was super helpful. She even checked warranty info for me.

They were fast which was very nice. They had WiFi but I was only there for a few minutes while they changed my tires.

I thought it was a good idea to have an alignment, since I hit the curves sometimes, there’s vibration and pulling, and it has been 5 years since I had one anyway.It was kinda my fault for not asking for the free visual alignment inspection and specifying that I already got my tires balanced at Costco.The mechanic proceeded to do both alignment and balance. The car feel annoyingly the same at the price of ~ $170, not including tax. Because, apparently, the one new tire out of the four caused the unbalance. I wish there has been more communication before they do the job.

Les Schwab is incredible, I have been going there for many years. The quality is superb and no other place has come close to them. Quality is number one, that is why my family and I keep going back.

I am stoked about this place. I usually hate going to places like this since they always seem to screw you over by charging you way too much or for unnecessary services. Not this place. I had a flat tire that kept getting flat 3-5 days after I put air back in. I was dreading having to get it fixed and get screwed again. Thank God I gave Les Schwab a chance. They didnt just take care of it (two nails stuck in the tire) in less than 20 min but also did not charge me anything for it. Needless to say I am a fan and if that is your way of getting repeat business then you guys got it figured out. Thanks Les Schwab.

Les Schwab Lives Up to Its Reputation - #1 on Customer Service.After checking at least 5 different local tire shops, I made one last visit to Les Schwab in Draper just to see what they could do. So glad that I did. I arrived 90 min before closing time and was welcomed by their staff. Greg was awesome to work with - spent the time (patiently) going through several options for my truck, and after selecting one, I asked if I could get them mounted that night. No complaints or come back tomorrow, like I heard from other shops, but instead the whole team jumped in to get it done. They made a couple of upgrades and also helped to get my trucks alignment fixed. They ended up staying late, committed to get the job done right...AND they didnt seem to mind. Adam, the assistant manager, was excellent to work with, fair, and made sure I have a great experience and a good deal. I ended up paying $500 more than I planned on a better quality tire. No regrets. Do yourself a favor and call/ visit Les Schwab in Draper - Adam and Greg will take good care of you. Now off to Moab!

Amazing customer service. Our power steering went out at 5 oclock so we stopped in. They found out the serpentine belt and bearings had gone out which messed up the battery as well. Even though it was approaching closing time they sent someone to pick up a battery and another person for the belt. They easily could have had us wait until the next morning but since we live quite a ways away they stayed and took care of us. Well be loyal customers for life. I was in need of an immediate repair last Friday in the late afternoon. Not only was I told they would be able to take care of it, but I was told the repair would be done at no cost based on the ease of the fix. Les Schwab went over and above to ensure I was a happy customer. As usual, the employees were happy to help and was welcomed with a smile.

I brought my vehicle in for a new set tires but after I had left a few weeks down the road when I take my car to my mechanic he notices two striped out two of my spokes and lugs. I take my car back to Les Schwab to inquire about my striped studs. They say theyll replace them so they did. Three days later I hear this noise almost like a soda can clinging across the ground. Come to find out that two of my lugnuts werent tighten properly. On top of that he notices that I have two more striped out spokes and lugs. So I take my car back for a third time that day. Les Schwab had told me that theyd replace them. While Im waiting a third time for almost an hour then they tell me my rim is cracked and it happened over time when I didnt have that crack earlier that day when it was at my mechanics. I dont blame Les Schwab but I do blame the inexperience on the employees that work in the shop and the managers who hired them. Unfortunately I have to take my car back there for the fourth and final time because one of my lugs wont come off, hopefully this is the last time I go to this location. Be advised that your odds of a mishap occurring is less than %70. I hope I can give you the working citizens a warning before you end up like me.

My experience with Les Schwab is the same every location I go to. Prompts, courteous, professional. Ive never had a problem return after being taken care of here. Ive appreciated the extensive warranties given!

I bought a set of new tires for my Tahoe. I wasnt really informed on what I need to do for my warranty. 4 months later I noticed one was wearing uneven so I took it in. They said it was due to an alignment issue, and had I brought it in regularly like I was supposed to it would have been noticed sooner. I paid for them to do an alignment when I bought the tires. They told me I would need to replace it soon. Awhile later I went in for a tire rotation, and the tech signed off no unusual wear. I spoke to someone about that because I knew different. Another tech came out and told me that I would need to replace the tire soon. I spoke to one of the managers about my concerns and they said they would take care of me. I got a flat tire not too long after. Luckily I wasnt driving, and it was on the worn tire.(it actually had a large nail in it) I took it in, and they were going to just fix the flat for me, which didnt make sense.. I spoke to the manager and explained the long ordeal, and with much gratitude, they took care of me and replaced my tire. I get things are missed and we are humans, and what is important to me is that it gets fixed. Dave is great there, and they fixed the issue. Thank you!

Shout out to the guys at Les Schwab in Draper. I came in yesterday on a Saturday at 4:40pm and they close at 5:00pm. I had slow leak in my left tire. The fellas took care of me on this hot afternoon after a long day of work. They could have easily said we are closing soon and to come back on Monday. They didnt. They took on the job. What was a complete surprise to me was that I wanted to pay them and I was told it was a no charge. Wow, that is not only service but too nice to me. Thanks Draper Less Schab fellas! Getting ready to head to Powell and while driving down 12300 South the pin on the trailer sheered and caused the trailer to lodge under the back end of my truck. Not only did this cause panic, but it blocked half of the West bound lane. Tristan ran out with a jack and other equipment, stopped traffic and managed to un-lodge the trailer and get us back on the road. He dropped everything he was doing to get us out of a way bad situation and back on the road. So impressed and huge shout out to Tristan and Draper Les Schwaab

They were phenomenal. I said I had a slight time crunch (had something in 4 hours) and they had me out in two. Got my brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, and wheels aligned. Professional service and very courteous.

After the new car dealer told me that my car was in need of new brakes I took it in to Les Schwab in Draper for a second opinion. They told me I had plenty of brake still left...and as it turns out I didnt need new brakes for the next 12 months! Since that time 8 years ago I have taken both cars in to the Draper center for all my oil changes, tire rotations (which are free) and brake inspection/repairs. The last time I went in they took longer than promised for an oil change but didnt charge me. Their honesty and service has earned my loyalty for sure!

A BAD experience turned GOOD!I went into the shop late on a Saturday because the back of my truck was making some weird noises. The tech thought it was some bad drum brakes and so he replaced them. Turned out that wasnt the problem, and the real problem was MUCH MUCH worse and suddenly my truck wouldnt even drive. Needless to say I was furious and said I wouldnt pay for anything. They let me tow my truck away and said someone would call me to figure out the situation. I got a call today from the manager Dave Lambert saying I could just bring back the parts and I wouldnt have to pay for anything. I said I would be willing to pay for the cost of the parts and he said that was fine.To some it up, I had a really bad experience that made me more upset than any other time I can remember but thanks to the management of the Draper Les Schwab Tire location, they have earned my trust. I can honestly recommend this location to whoever might be considering it because they will look at each customer as an individual and make sure everyone is dealt with fairly!

Adam and the Les Schwab Tire center team in Draper provided me with exceptional customer service and assistance in a moments notice. Needing mobile assistance I was very impressed from the responsive and can do approach shown me by the associate who took my call and in speaking to Adam who said hed be on his way to help in an unexpected emergency with a flat. From the time it took for him to arrive on-site with his truck, to removing the flat and putting on the spare, to inviting me to the store and then fixing the flat, then re-stowing the spare I was back on the road in just under 20 minutes. All-in-all it was close to a 5 hour ordeal for me. Earlier I tried getting the same assistance from a nearby competitor who I have done considerable amount of business over the years making 2 visits and was told in effect they could not help me short of having my vehicle there on site. Needless to say Adam and his team took care of me doing what it took to have a positive outcome. A new Les Schwab fan and customer for sure!!

Your service doesnt match up to your commercial. I indicated to the unhelpful manager that I had a small nail in my tire. After waiting for nearly half hour they brought my car into the bay. After communicating with the gal working on my car, since the manager failed to communicate, all I needed was the nail out and asked her to check the tire pressure. Not the most helpful or service oriented group here. Wont be back.

I love Les Schwab, but when it comes to this specific location, I was incredibly unimpressed with the wait. If youre in a hurry, I suggest that you do not go here. I brought in four ATV tires to be mounted and balanced at 8 am (right when they opened) on a Friday and waited TWO HOURS for the job to be finished. When I take my car into the location by my home (Taylorsville) I have NEVER waited longer than an hour — never. Im not quite sure if this location just didnt see my business as important, but they seemed to have plenty of employees there and only three bays full the entire time. The employees were pleasant enough and I have no complaints there, but I will definitely choose a different location next time. I just feel like my normal location hustles because they really want all of their customers to be happy. Maybe you could take some pointers on efficiency from them?

Regretfully I have to post my disdain for Les Schwab, in particular the Draper location. I have been a Les Schwab customer for over 15 years and at one point was employed by them. However, since Les Schwab himself passed away the principles of good service have been eroded by profits and expansion. My wife called to make arrangements for her drive axles to be inspected, as her mini van shook only while accelerating at or above 40-50 mph. After nearly 2 hours some young fella said it was a tire balance problem and proceeded to tell her it would be about $50 to have it done. He was so inexperienced he didnt even recognize that these tires were purchased from them and should have been under warranty. Furthermore had no knowledge of what to look for regarding the drive axles, nor the common sense to ask for help. When asked about the shake while accelerating he said it didnt do it while test driving, after being pressed admitted he never took it up to speed in order to experience the problem first hand. The management team in Draper has deployed uneducated technicians to work on vehicles which transport loved ones. If you care for your familys and vehicle well being please take it elsewhere. Les Schwab in Draper is not the place.

I got a flat tire on the freeway. I limped in on a donut wheel and they said the wheel was beyond repair due to side wall damage. I was concerned about my budget and was planning to just keep going on the donut. The manager found a used tire and gave it to me for free so that I could get to my next destination. They also pumped up my donut. I really appreciated their help when I was in a tight spot. Thank you again for your help.

I stopped by to have a screw in tire looked at by Adam, after I was told I needed a new tire (quoted $450 for the unique brand and size & 2 -3 days - special order) by my regular tire shop. Adam pulled it in right away and took tire off rim, screw never completely punctured tire... He patched it up and charged me nothing! Very impressed with him and Les Scwab of Draper for going the extra mile for a new customer.

Brought my SUV in for a brake check and I was told I need front brakes and rotors and out the door I can get a deal at $560. Well, I took my car to your competitor and they just finished the SAME job for $240 LESS. My car sounds good as new. Your markup was extremely high! Also, was told by you I need rear shocks ASAP and that you can do that for $1,100 out the door!!! Your competitor checked them and said they still have some life left and that the DEALER recommends them swapped at the mileage my car has on it. So really… I would have been taken to the cleaners by you. Man, that’s sad.

Love the fact that these guys always help with flat tires or a tire light! Sad to say they earned my business when I needed new tires but disappointed with how the work turned out. They lost some of my silver stem caps and left my nice rims looking scratched with white plastic residue on them.

I always love working with Led Schwabb because they believe in doing the right thing. It was a long wait is my complaint, I dont think they kept me in the air like I should have been and I wish I could have left and come back but I love the company values and they treat me right.

Do not go there! Bought 1200$ in wheels and 100$ on a new battery last year. Well the battery is going dead daily on me. It says clearly 60 month warranty. Went to get it replaced and they wouldnt help because I didnt have a receipt! They dont have it in their files because when I bought everything they were under construction working out of a trailer! They made 0 effort to work with me!

Call around first they were literally double the price of Discount and Big O just to Mount and Balance pick up truck tires.

They are totally trustworthy!!! The draper Les Schwab is amazing and does an amazing job hands down. Great management and very nice employees.
