Absolutely horrible experience with PostNet!!! I have never left a bad review for a company but had the worst customer service. Wish I could give zero stars. I called for a quote on an enlarged poster print. I was given a price of $5.99 for color. I emailed my prints over and then was called late in the day and told it would be $45 for each poster I needed!!! I was blamed for the jump in price that I made her give me a quote over the phone. I only asked for a quote and was given one. If I was told I needed to send what I needed for a quote I would have gladly done so. Not only was I given an incorrect price and it was not honored but the price increase is outrageous!!! The person I spoke to was very rude about it and was not apologetic at all. She did not feel bad and wanted to blame me. Office Depot and Fedex only charge $15 for the exact same print. I have never had such a dishonest experience. Oh and what top this all off is this is for an elementary school teacher appreciation week and postnet wants to charge triple the price as their competitors.** To comment to Lindas response: Thank you for letting everyone know on Google Reviews that you would rather your customers look bad then take the fault that is yours. I love how you exaggerated that I was yelling to try and make yourself look better. I was surrounded by many people who were shocked you would quote $45 after giving a quote for $5.99 and also heard the whole conversation. You continually yelled my name over and over. You could have easily apologized and said I am so sorry for the mix up this is what I can do for you or because of the mix up I can offer you a discount. Instead you yelled at me that it was my fault that you gave me the wrong price and acted like I was a bad person. Told me it was my fault and said I made you give me a quote and I had to pay $45 for each copy if I wanted them. Thank you for showing me how confrontational you can be. I am so glad you showed your true colors before I placed my order with you. I am so grateful there are other companies who value customers and will not try to place blame that is not theirs on them. You can tell they care about their customers and know your name when you walk in. Yes they print and ship but also just try to solve any problem you might have. We went in to mail some packages that had been building up for a while. I learned that some of items still had price tags, some were not wrapped no tape. The cards werent signed. Linda and her Husband, very calmly helped me. They helped point out tags I missed (Huge Thank you). Talked with me while I packaged the presents in there gift bags. Waited for the cards to get signed with friendly professional attention. When discovered no wrapping paper for the last gift these pure super heroes produced some I could use and (yes, And) helped wrap it in a beautiful way. Post Net you were my savior today! Always takes a long time. 1-2 hours for just a few prints...prices seem good until the manager continues to increase them more and more each time you go in. No prices listed on the board until you get to check out. Will never go here again.

What a wonderful place. They helped me design and print business cards and they turned out great. It is one of the only places I know where they remember my name and are genuinely happy to see me.

This place had already bound my cookbook completely backwards, but I gave them another chance. I took a gift memory book there to be spiral-bound, and noticed when I got home that they had not only done it mostly backwards, but with some pages out of order or rotated wrong. I took it back to get the problem fixed, and was subjected to a barrage of verbal abuse by Paul, who refused to accept any responsibility or take any steps to fix the problem. Thank goodness for the teenager there and the woman I assume is Paul’s wife, who calmed him down a bit and sent him to sit in the back of the store while they redid the project. All the while he was sulking and making rude comments. You’d think a place might want to retain customers, especially at a time like this, but I guess not.

We still use a lot of paper and other paper products. Postnet helps us look professional whether its business cards, cover sheets, envelope printing and shipping. We even got an outdoor banner made there. As a business owner they can save so much time.

I needed a large an extra large print and they were able to do it while I waited! They are professional and very personable. I highly recommend them!

Very rare to see business giving exceptional service like I was given. They have a wide variety of services please go there. At the end she shook my hand and thanked me for coming in. My wife went in and got some copies that turned out really good. She was then asked if she wanted our child to get a picture with Santa. They didn’t mention anything about a price until after they took the picture and printed it out for her. It was only $5 but the fact that they tricked her into this is a little dishonest IMO. And not to mention the photo quality was absolutely terrible...

According to DHLs app, this place was to be open till 6:00 on Christmas Eve so I had my package sent there so I would make sure to get it before Christmas. WOW, they closed at 3:00 this has most likely screwed up a lot of peoples plans.

Don’t make the mistake I did and do business with this place The owner, Linda Schiele, has no integrity. I got her agreement, looked her in the eye, shook her hand, and got her agreement of repaying me for a $700 shipment that never left her place. She was broke and I agreed to take $100/wk payments. The following week when I went in to get the 1st payment, she did a 180 on me and refused to pay me a dime; ever.How you lose a 4X6X8 package in such a small store is beyond me. I talked to the local USPS postmaster, Cindy, and she told me they never got the package. Going to Phoenix, the package would have been scanned 4 times. It was not only never scanned, nobody signed for it being picked up. Because USPS never got the package, the insurance was worthless. Forget printing or postal services. Save your money and take it to some other place. This place is worthless.

Friendly service, prompt printing! I hate sending a 2 page printing job to a big box place only for them to say it will be done next week. Thats not the case here.Great print quality, fabulous paper choices AND you can email the files directly. No email fee (alphagraphics charges a fee if you email them a file to print- its ridiculous).Im a huge fan.
