Got billed in 2020 for services they never performed. Requested a refund that I never received. Got billed again in 2021 for services that I had cancelled in 2020. Disputed it with my CC company. Called and text the number. No reply. Not a legit company.

Paid for the annual service and had about 6-8 months of cleaning. Service was great while it lasted and then all of a sudden he stopped coming.No response, no explanation, nothing.I’ve tried calling numerous times with no response. I was just charged for another service even though I had cancelled.Do not use this service or company.

We paid Nate a years worth of trash bin cleaning and he only showed up a few months. After I and my partner both reached out to him numerous times to see what was going on, we requested our money back. Still have not received a reply or a refund. This guy preaches on his Facebook that we should be there for each other struggling during this pandemic and hard times and yet scams people out of money. Pretty lame. Do NOT use his services. Happened to the family that lives below us in our condos as well.

Just so you know, it is NOT easy to get a hold of these guys if you have a problem or a question. They do not answer the phone and the voicemail is full. One of their customers came into Vivo Offices in Draper looking for them, since they dont answer their phone(and since they havent come to clean their garbage cans for two months now), but they unfortunately are no longer tenants here at 12884 Frontrunner Blvd suite 140. If anyone has alternate contact info for them that would be great to know.

I have signed up for a yearly service. Guy on the phone was really friendly And said that they will perform first service next week on Tuesday maybe on Wednesday, never showed up. When I finally got hold of them on Thursday they apologized and said that they will for sure be here next Tuesday. Well it is Wednesday now nobody showed up and I havent been able to get hold of them. Not a good way to do business. I have left them a voice mail and sent an email asking to cancel my subscription and still havent heard back from them. Dont waste your time with Bin pros!!!

Okay. I wish I would have read the other reviews before I signed up.... The guy WAS really nice. But they didnt come out when they SAID they would. I had all of the emails with what dates they would come, and they didnt come out. I talked to them on the phone and was told when they were going to come out. Nope. He tried to come out on a Saturday and I had no idea he was going to do that. They dont usually work on Saturdays. I didnt get any notification. He tried calling when he was already here. If I get an email saying you are going to be here on a certain date, you need to come. When I called to cancel, he ended up getting frustrated and told me he would get around to refunding me. Then he hung up. Not a great way to handle that. When running a business, you need to expect that you are going to have unhappy customers. You need to handle it professionally. This wasnt professional. We ended up having to dispute the charges with our bank.

Terrible experience.I signed up for them to clean my garbage for the first year and they showed up whenever they wanted. After first year, i cancelled the service as i moved away. Im still getting charged every year and no answers to phone calls or emails.

UPDATE 5/1/2020Was charged again!!!!!!! 2 years after canceling. Went straight to a dispute with my bank. He ended up calling me and said that I had to cancel the dispute and that was the only way to refund me. After talking to my bank I found out he was trying to avoid a fee that he had to pay to my bank for the dispute. After calling him back and telling him I was not canceling he said okay 🤦🏼‍♀️ You don’t have to lie to people to get business.I loved the service when it was actually done. But they are very unreliable with when they get cleaned. I canceled my membership when we sold our house and was still charged again at the year mark. After almost 3 months of back and forth calling and emailing and being told 3 different times he would refund me no problem, i finally had to dispute it with my bank since he never called me back the last time. Wouldnt recommend.

I love coming home on Bin Pro Trash Days - opening our trash can - looking inside - and sighing NICE! - Its so worth it!

I signed up several weeks ago to have our bins cleaned. No one has come to clean them. I cant get a hold of their company through the phone number on the website (no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full). I even tried to find their office in person, but no one had heard of Bin Pros at the address listed for their business. This is crazy. I’m beginning to think it’s just a scam.

If you are thinking about doing business with this company run as fast as you can! If I Could find words to describe this company, I would say it is the most dangerous company I have ever come in contact with!

The service was great when he came! But then he stopped coming for the remainder of our “year” of service. We contacted them multiple times and just kept being told he would come later that week and They never did. I wouldn’t recommend!

They stopped showing up to clean my bins, and continue to charge me after I have reached out to cancel. Guess Ill just keep submitting charge-backs.
