Loved the experience here at Village for the first time.They have thr best prices over anyone else.Best customer experience.Easy drop off/pick up.And the quality is amazing.I will not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning needs.

I love the Village Cleaners. My clothes look fantastic, they are honest and efficient. I love that they are personable and friendly at drop off and pick up times. They are always ready for pickup sooner than promised. I love that they text me when things are ready. Overall they are a 5-star dry cleaner!

I usually dont complain and have a lot of patience with businesses. However, this cleaner was especially difficult to deal with and provided no resolution. I took 5 shirts to be laundered and pressed. Out of 5 shirts, they broke 19 buttons. I give them credit, they replaced most the buttons. However....on one shirt, none of the buttons matched. On another shirt, they sewed the buttons on with only four stitches. Needless to say, all the buttons promptly fell off or became very loose. I took the shirts back to have the buttons fixed. When I returned, no buttons were fixed. Instead they charged me to clean them again. I ended up sewing all the buttons myself. I wont be going here again. Switched to Tide down the road. Cheaper and better service. Not a broken button in sight.

I switched from the Sandy Location to Draper and its been great! The employees at the drive-up window are super friendly!

My husbands work shirt came back with a permanent laundry ink stain. Brought the shirt back and they wont take responsibility for damaging the shirt. Unable to wear the shirt to work it is ruined. Not even willing to take the dry cleaning charge off. Frustrating when you have to pay for the cleaners to ruin your shirt. 😡 We use dry cleaning weekly, wont be back.
