It’s not every day (or even every year) that I write a review about a local business. But my experience with both the office and phone staff, as well as the Draper Enterprise store manager (I think) compelled me.I have rented two vehicles from that location in the last two weeks. Everyone I dealt with was professional, helpful, and seemed genuinely concerned with keeping the post-accident frustration with a totaled vehicle as simple, efficient and pleasant as possible. Both cars have been in great condition and were clean and working like it new.My only suggestion/advice, keep up the good HR/hiring practices. I have dealt with store manager Rosie the most. She is sharp, efficient, personable, warm and very professional. When I was dropping off one of the cars I was in a rush to get to the airport for a flight. Without me saying anything she intuitively seemed to sense my urgency. Before I could finish grabbing my belongings out of the back seat, she left the office and met me in the lot, grabbed the keys, and said she would do the inspection and settle the financial stuff and notify me if there were issues later. I still missed my flt, but it certainly wasn’t due to Enterprise in any way. If I was the regional manager, I’d do my best to ensure she is not easily enticed by many other companies looking for, and paying well for 1st class team members like her.

Don’t try and use telephone booking system. Call the location directly and talk to someone there who can tell you exactly what they have. After spending 20 minutes on the phone and being sent to one dealership that turned out to not have any cars. I called this location and talked to Lucas, he was well educated knew his stuff and didn’t jerk me around. Got me in a rental car just in time for my st. George vacation. If you visit this location. Ask for Lucas

When I had been a car accident, my car was undrivable. Enterprise came to the rescue with the most fastest, friendliest, and most empathetic staff ever! I had a vehicle to use within a hour of my accident. They definitely hear you in what you need in a rental. Using this rental locations when in need is a must!

I booked a standard vehicle here using my Costco membership months in advance. I hoped theyd have deals on convertibles when I got there. Upon arrival, I found the facility to be smaller. The parking lot is tiny. I walked in w/ my road trip buddy at pick-up time and was greeted by a manager (?), but I cant remember her name. I said I was there to pick up a reservation, and she asks when I booked. She said they were low on cars and that I was lucky I made the reservation so long ago... like I wouldnt have gotten one? I asked if they had any convertibles, she laughed, saying they dont have convertibles. They were available to reserve here on Costco.com and at the SLC airport. They were out of standard vehicles and gave me to a brand new VW Tiguan which ended up working out well. She grilled us with questions, some of them I had never been asked. It started with Where are you going? I said were taking a road trip east for a wedding. She asks me, Like where East? I say, East Utah, and she says, Where in East Utah? Like Vernal? I say, Yeah. I tell her, and she says, Well, thats pretty far. (Um, yeah, unlimited mileage) Then she starts giving me the spiel about insurance, and I tell her Im covered under my current State Farm policy. She asks me if I have comp and collision, and I say yes. She asks for a copy of my insurance card to verify my coverage and deductibles. She repeats back to me the deductibles I already know, and asks if Im sure I want to decline because theyre $500 each. I say yes, I know the coverage youre providing is unnecessary as I already have my own coverage. I used to work for Farmers Insurance, so I know how it works. She squints and says your insurance card says State Farm, so you worked at State Farm or Farmers? She seems to be insinuating Im making this up. I tell her, I am aware my policy is with State Farm, and I indeed worked with Farmers. She reminds how the process will go if I damage the car in any way. She says she has to verify information that every Enterprise location must confirm. She asks for my occupation, and I tell her Im self-employed. She asks for the company name I work for, and I tell her I am working as a freelance editor. And she responds, OK, but whats the company name? I tell her I get paid under my name, my SSN -- its not mandatory to have a company name when working for yourself. Sheesh. She asks for my full SSN which I have never provided to any rental location, but I needed to get the vehicle and get on with my trip. After that, she asks what my friend and mines relationship is to each other for no apparent reason. I tell her hes my friend. She says OK, because if hes going to be driving, he would probably only be free if he was my spouse. I didnt ask, but she confirmed that Costco does allow one free driver. She adds him AFTER asking him for his occupation, place of work, and full SSN. We walk outside to inspect the vehicle, and she skims over it saying they wont charge for any dents smaller than a quarter, but feeling like she didnt trust me made me not trust her. I start taking pictures of anything I see and tell my friend to open the doors so I can inspect the inside. We walk back inside, she gives me the keys, and tells us to have a good trip. We leave, and I feel shes just watching my every move. I receive a text from Kendall (not the same person) the next morning, thanking me for renting with them and seeing if I have any questions or concerns. If this wasnt automated, I felt like it was a babysitting check-in like, have you wrecked the car yet? I rolled my eyes and didnt respond. The car worked out well. No issues OR DAMAGE. The day I turned the car in, I called to see if I could get a ride back. The same chick answered, asked how far, and I said Lehi. She said it was out of range, so she said get an Uber. I asked if I could get a ride some of the way back. Kendall drove me 5mins south. He seems like a cool guy.

I was in a bind when my car broke down unexpectedly. Working two jobs and in the middle of a move, I came to Enterprise for a rental to get me through the week. I had no idea how long I would even need the car for. Rosie was absolutely amazing and so accommodating. She worked with me to provide flexible return options, didn’t pressure me at all into buying the rental insurance package, and even waived my drop off fee so that I could return the car to a location walking distance to my mechanic, saving me the cost and time of a lyft. I am blown away by her customer service and would come back and rent from here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Rosie!

I had to go through enterprise after I got into an accident in my own car and they were incredible. Rosie, the manager was incredible to work with. After my insurance stopped paying them for my rental, she was incredibly helpful and understanding. Even when I was frustrated with the situation with my car and the repair shop, she was with me every step of the way to ensure I had the best experience possible. Thank you Rosie for the Incredible service and experience, especially during such a tough time, it was a pleasure working with you.

We broke down in our car just as we were leaving to go on a road trip and decided to rent a car here after looking at other rental car agencies. We had a great experience. We booked it online at 5 AM for a pickup at 8 AM that same day when they opened. I got a call from Katie at 745 AM telling me they were cleaning the car and it would be about 20 min later which by no means was inconvenient since we booked it 3 hours before they even opened. Great customer service from Katie and my experience was really quick and easy. Thank you enterprise! We will definitely use you again.

Rosie was amazing. We needed a truck to go down South and when I reserved it, there was no messages stating they were low on trucks so just to be safe I called the Draper location and spoke to Rosie, she said that since its a Holiday weekend and that the trucks were the lowest price for rental that they were not sure I would get one since so many had reserved a truck as well. She actually went above and beyond and called me a day before our rental and assured me we would have a truck for our rental. I went on that Saturday and sure enough she had it pulled up front and ready to go. Now that is what I call, excellent customer service. Thanks again Rosie!

We were rear ended and got a rental while our car was being repaired. There was a miscommunication when we picked up the car, but Johnny was super understanding and helped us out! This was a great experience and I will be renting cars from them in the future (hopefully not for accidents, though.)Tldr: Great customer service and super understanding people! I arrived here 10 min before they closed to drop off a vehicle. There was 1 customer in front of me. The previous customer took 15 minutes. When the representative finished helping the customer in front of me he walked back in the building ignoring me. I asked for help returning my car and he said he can’t help because they are now closed. He went inside and shut the door.

I needed a rental after an accident and I went here. The car was dirty and smelled like smoke. I called and asked for a replacement and they were kind and quickly obliged. The next car didnt smell as bad but was still worn and stained. Ill ask to go somewhere else next time.

First let me say the service and attentiveness at the Draper, Utah location was fantastic. Great to work with on the right vehicle, price, and readiness.We rented a large passenger van for a family ski trip, which involved winter driving on snowy, uphill mountain roads. I believed I was renting a front-wheel drive, which I confirmed twice with the sales people. Only after getting stuck did we realize it was in fact rear-wheel drive and potentially put us in harms way. I would never have attempted the trip knowing the van was RWD, and we had to cut our vacation a day short to avoid a pending storm and icy roads. Fortunately we returned home safely.The sales guy was apologetic and claimed they had been told the van was FWD. Disappointed. But I guess the moral is do your homework on the specific vehicle.

The moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted by Jack, an Enterprise employee, who was very polite, helpful, and professional. The other members of the staff were also very friendly and supportive in helping me choose the best option out of the available vehicles. Jack inspected the car with me to confirm there was no damage or concerns about the vehicle before I left. I dropped the car off on a day that they were closed, and received a phone call the next business day from an Enterprise employee to confirm they received the vehicle and that it was in good condition. I rent a car multiple times a year while traveling, but never have I gone through Enterprise, which I regret cause I have never received such excellent service.

Very impressed with their customer service. When I called I was told they had just rented the last vehicle that fit into my insurances bracket. They said to call another branch and when I did, that branch was very unhelpful and rude. I called this one back and Jordan figured out a solution for me and went and GOT me a vehicle. Cant say enough good things. I rent weekly and the staff knows me now and acts like it. They are always willing to get a car I need and pick me up and take me back to my house. They are genuinely interested in my trips when Im there. Look no further for car rental places. This is how customer service should be.

I was in a car accident and my insurance coordinated a car rental through Enterprise in Draper. There was an extreme lack of communication between Enterprise and my car insurance. Then they decided to charge my card on file for $300 without bothering to call and tell me that my limit through my insurance had been met. It has been such a headache trying to deal with them and I would not refer a friend or family to any Enterprise location because of this. The least they could do was send an email or call and explain that my limit had been met to give me the option of continuing to rent the car.

Had to leave a bad review with my recent Budget experience, completely forgot to leave a review for my experience with these guys. Awesome staff, super friendly. I believe I booked a full size (maybe standard) and they had a Maxima on the lot that I was willing to take. However, the front bumper had too much paint missing and they didnt want me to have to take that (even though I didnt mind). They ended up upgrading me to a Jeep Compass for free for the hassle (if you could call it that). I also ended up returning it early and there were zero issues. With my latest awful experience at Budget, Ill 100% be seeing these guys again even if I have to pay a few bucks more.

Patronizing and rude. I will never use this Enterprise location ever again! They require appointments and then ignore them. If you are male, youll do fine here. If you are female, try the Enterprise on State Street near 7200 S. or find a Hertz.The car we came to pick up should have been covered by insurance (after an accident), but they tried to charge my family member more than $300!Oh, I guess I should stop. is not the same as an apology after harrassing an injured woman.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Called this location spoke to the guy working there and explained the situation. Then asked if we could come and pick up the car and he said that would be fine. So we drove to this location not 30 minutes after speaking with him. When we arrived he asked if we had a reservation and we stated no we just spoke with you or some at this location. So we then pulled up the website and said if we book a reservation on your website and request the pickup time for 6pm (it was 5pm at the time we were there) can we pick it up and he stated no it will be at least 2 hours til you can pick it up. It will be that way anywhere you go.Needless to say I as well as many people have rented cars before and this is NEVER the case. This gentleman has NO CLUE what customer service is and his manager should seriously consider this employees employment there as they have just lost not only my personal business but my companies as well.Lastly this is a very SLOW location meaning low traffic so the fact they cant get a customer taken care of is absolutely pathetic.

Got a car from insurance due to someone hitting my car. They didnt have the size that insurance would pay for so they upgraded, but the worker didnt note that so I got charged the difference with no notice to me. Had to call in and the manager took care of it immediately. Other than that it was a good experience.

No cars available as promised, my scheduled appointment to get a car the next day at another location was moved back by two days with out a reason only twenty minutes after scheduling, and the empathy for my situation was completely unrecognizable. One phone call to Hertz in Draper and I had keys in hand thirty minutes after walking in the door, five minutes of which I spent chatting with the very friendly agent about her day.

Very poor customer service. Gave away my reservation. Had no cars ready when I arrived. Kept interrupting helping me to go take care of other people instead of her my car ready. Shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a car rented when you already have a reservation and everything was pre set up.Normally it takes 5-10.Don’t use this location. And don’t use Joe!Follow up! Now it’s been over an hour! No respect for peoples time!Then after waiting for one and a half hours and I got upset and asked Joe why it was so long all I got was rudeness and back talk. I asked to speak to his manager, so he refused to rent me a car and went outside to call the manager on his private cell phone so as not to have it recorded on enterprises phone line and refused to let me speak with his manager.And He made it personal refusing to rent me a car when I had a sick kid vomiting and waiting for me to pick him up, and Joe didn’t even care.What a horrible human being.
