I LOVE SimpliVerified. My experience with them is in their name. SIMPLE. I am a student at Ameritech for their nursing program. I was required to get a back ground check for admission into the school. I went through SimpliVerified, and they had the background completed, and sent to my school in just under a week. My school then required all students to upload the file again. I procrastinated, and instead of uploading the file then and there, I didnt think about it again until things got closer to the deadline. The original back ground check file had closed because of safety and privacy issues. So honestly I went into this (even though my experience with them so far was smoother than a babies bottom) I went into this process of re-retrieving my background check from them with low expectations. I figured there would be some kind of fee, and if no fee I would at least be waiting for a response back by the weekend. I could not have been more wrong. I sent them an email at 12:40PM and I had a new copy of my background emailed to me by 12:52PM. I not only had all of my questions answered, but they did it in 12 minutes. I again hit another road block, as I did need to have the file put into PDF form. I emailed them again (Erica Quigley was who helped me during all of this) and asked for the file to be put into a PDF. 3 minutes later, Erica replied again and this time my brand new copy of my back ground was put into a PDF. I never write reviews on google, but this was an experience I had to tell the world about. I will be taking my business to SimpliVerified from here on out.
